San Francisco Fortress-3 Laboratory was originally under the jurisdiction of the Eagle Country Navy, managed and coordinated by the Salvation Army.

As one of the largest laboratories on Eagle Country’s entire west coast, the Fortress-3 Laboratory building housed many cutting-edge scientific research projects, including the development of Super Giant War Armor like Oglala Mad Horse and Steel Glory, as well as other research initiatives.

It also brought together the top Salvation Army scientists from all over Eagle Country, steadily producing all sorts of advanced weaponry during the early stages of the war against the World Beasts.

Until the whole of San Francisco was submerged.

All the fortress laboratory buildings worldwide were designed with reinforcements to withstand foreseeable tsunamis and could even handle the high-pressure environment of the seabed.

However, the construction of the entire laboratory was only half-complete. The original plan included building a full-fledged ecosystem, installing submarines, and more.

When the first unexpected tsunami struck and submerged San Francisco, the staff inside Fortress-3 survived unharmed, with no casualties. The laboratory building’s Fusion Reactor also continued to provide a stable supply of energy.

In theory, they had an infinite supply of energy and water.

But no one had expected the sea level to rise so drastically. From the very beginning, they were already dozens of meters deep beneath the sea!

Several World Beasts had even made San Francisco their new lair, choosing to settle there.

Then, as the sea level continued to rise with each battle between the World Beasts and humans, Fortress-3 was left to its eternal slumber at the bottom of the ocean. One by one, its compartments failed, until only the most well-designed main laboratory remained intact.

After reviewing this information, Shen Feng was filled with a sense of sorrow. He couldn’t help but recall a story from the epics told by the Witch Tower about a fortress—it was clearly referring to this very Fortress-3 Laboratory.

Or perhaps all the fortress laboratories.

And the experiments conducted in this laboratory were none other than partial experiments for the Super Giant War Armor and the Quantum Force Field Core!

He had originally thought he might find related information in the wreckage of the Super Giant War Armor Oglala Mad Horse, but to find the data here instead was a surprising turn of events.

And the data on the Quantum Force Field Core also showed that the metallic sphere, which seemed like Magic, was also a creation of human Science!

However, the data here was incomplete, just a small portion covering certain important experiments.

In addition, there was information on the refining and preparation methods for Beast Gold, as well as a large amount of data on various other cutting-edge technologies.

From this information, it was clear that Fortress-3 Laboratory was just one of the more important fortress laboratories scattered across the globe. The data from all these labs was ultimately consolidated in the "Red Fortress" laboratory, located on the other side of the Pacific Ocean!
