Episode XIV: Floating in the Blue Sea

A group of seven men and women were arming themselves in front of the crate on the border between Count Sola's territory and Viscount Trinen's territory, ruled by Chaff, who became Viscount.

"Everybody, can't you cook food for your guests, starting with an apprentice?"

A big man carrying a crate roars at reports of his companions infiltrating Count Sola's territory and drops his gaze on the crate.

"I can't even eat it, but unlike dried food, it doesn't even get sunny. I don't know what to do."

"At all, you didn't expect one of the cook's daughters to scratch you around. I didn't mean to stumble on it."

A little man with a shoulder clasp clings to the crate with his toe.

The impact on the little man makes the crate lid uneven and the contents revealed.

Inside the crate was a clean array of fish meat condiments.

A big man cleverly re-closes the lid with his toes.

"Suppose I take it home because I have no choice? If Count Sola finds out. You should be able to serve food to your guests as soon as possible."

"We're not cooks."

"- Right. You are agricultural slaves."

When the little man scratching his head with a bitter smile says back, suddenly a voice can be hung from the bushes around him.

Before the seven men and women who reflexively turned to each other's backs and formed a circle, a man appeared, tearing apart the bushes.

"- Who?

A big man asks the man as he points his sharp gaze at the bushes around him.

"Say hello to whoever it is. Geist, general manager of a restaurant directly run by the Orsk Islands. I'm your apprentice cook's employer."

When Geist is named, four men and women, called apprentice cooks, peel off their eyes and look at each other.

I guess we didn't think the store we got into was a series.

"What's that general manager doing here?"

Looking around at the seven men and women who fit in, Geist points to the crate.

"There is also evidence. Now we're done."

evidence, men and women moved quickly since the word with was emanated from Geist.

I instantly get my hands on my nose and when I take out my big knife, it hits Geist.

But their blades never reached Geist.

And the nets were thrown in from the bushes round about, and the bodies of seven men and women were entangled.

He cut the net with the knife at hand and tried to escape, but saw the number of people who appeared loose from the bush and immediately decided that the resistance was futile.

I can't help it. In addition to the seven former Ogarite villages, the relatively young Islanders of the Orsk Islands, numbered about thirty in total.

"It was true that you were hunting and making a living after you left the village. I didn't even realize they were here until just before."

I admire my daughter, who was next door with a young man holding a rope connected to a net.

When I saw the young man, the little man opened his mouth halfway.

"So, even the manager was here... wasn't he just a cook?

"No, I'm a cook now. I was a fisherman a while back. I'm a former homeless boy."

When the young man shows his white teeth and amazes the little man, his daughter, who was next door, opens her mouth.

"You were in charge of stuffing when you were a stray."

"Don't tear it up."

The moment the young man blamed him for pointing his lips, a large man who was watching the occasion rose without a net wrapped around his body and tried to escape.

But a young man turning in front of a big man in one breath slaps his fist relentlessly into his side head, causing him to faint.

A man and a woman remained captured by a net in a bright hand.

"He was guarding the Chamber of Commerce in Zira, so it just hurts to see him try to escape."

A young man tells a man and a woman to watch a geist.

"Then do you want to pull up to the crossport? Sharina's guy's gathering people, right?

No one noticed that the little man's mouth was dirty and distorted by the youth's words.

At the Grand Tree Hall in Crossport, Sola wrote to Prince Wang.

It is a report on a food terrorism incident in Count Sola's territory.

Because similar incidents may occur within the Kingdom, intelligence agents have arranged to report incidents and share information on an ongoing basis.

As Sora was writing about the incident, the office door opened and Razette came in with her eyes rubbed.

"The killer was caught in Grant East. Everything is on schedule."

Reporting with a lack, Razette lowered her hips on the couch and leaned back to weakness.

"Scattered up my work, and the geists took everything delicious"

"What, you wanted to go get the killer?

"I don't like going to arrest you because it's a hassle. Oh, you could have pushed something nasty."

I wonder if this one is better for mental health, whining of its own accord, and Razette reads out the report.

"He said the culprits were seven men and seven women, all from the New Ziyuz Nation. Viscount Trinen smuggled the poison into the woods near Grant Ease, and Geist caught it."

Rest your hand in writing the report to Prince Wang, and Sora listens to Razette's report.

- Is it because you're second-rate as an intelligence agent or is it another reason?

Sora urges Razette to continue her report as she tries to find out when questioning him later.

"It's seven men and women of the killer pulled by the Geists to Grant Ease, but as expected, they complained that the Cigatella poison case was Sola-like's do-it-yourself. They said there were people at the Grant East restaurant that Sharina called, so I guess they were going to take it backwards."

"Geist gave you back?

"He also remembered the former church faithful who lived in Grant Ease in the past, when Geist was the first bishop of the church. The fact that a church official who was hostile to Master Sola captured the killer was first made known within Grant East."

The conflict structure between Sola and the Church has long been famous, and Geist was the most prestigious church official in Viscount Kleinsert territory when he was active as first bishop.

Inevitably, it was thought that the flag of the Church in Viscount Kleinsert territory, which was confronting Sola head-on against him, was Geist to the people in Viscount territory. As a matter of fact, no one knows that Sola put a collar on her and that she was a killer.

People think that Geist, who was in conflict with Sola in the past, can't possibly take on one stick of Sola's do-it-yourself, and question the words of a food terrorist.

Still, I can also see that Geist captured the killer independently of Sora's plan.

But Geist made it clear and showed that "Sola, who was once an enemy, could not take the indiscriminate way of tormenting the people, such as mixing poison in.

People are surprised that opinions were expressed defending Sora from Geist's mouth, which should have been in conflict in the past, but Geist's words had gained credibility because they were in a conflict relationship.

"The killers claimed that Cigatella poison was developed by Sola, but Geist was exposed to fish poison, and Sola watered the killer theory, and no one seems to believe the killers' claims anymore."

"One thing settled."

Sola asks Razette after being moved from the razette to open her mouth.

"Where are the killers going now?

"I put on a handkerchief and was taken to the Orsk Islands. Sharina says she doesn't think it's expendable, but she doesn't condone it."

"That's not cool. As much as I've traveled through countries looking after Geist, they know how to add and subtract him. Well, that's all right."

Sola decides to ignore the killers' safety and looks beyond the crossport at the islands floating in the sea.

"After plowing the fields, I knew it was river dredging. Rowers of pelagic fishing vessels, okay?"

"You're sad. You deserve it."

Razette, who puts the report in front of the imaginary Sola, shuts up to the Orsk Islands, where there are killers who are likely to be put to work until his death.

"Whatever it is, now you're settled for Cigatella poison."

Sola stares at the Orsk Islands and snaps.

Recently, Sania and Rhulu came up with a proposal that Sora cooperate in the development plan as a reward for Geist's capture of the culprits of food terrorism.

If Sora gives an inkling to the development plan, no one will fear that supporting Geist, who was once in a conflict relationship, will buy Sora's unhappiness.

At the same time, this proposal is a manifestation of will on the part of Sania and Rhulu. The two of them forgave Sharina and the others and resolved to cooperate.

"You're gonna be busy."

With half certainty of the success of the development plan, Sola looked to the Orsk Islands floating in the blue sea.
