Jocelyn calmly walked out of the palace gates, and sure enough, she immediately spotted Julie and Catherine not far away.

The two women were still standing where they had been, unabashedly casting their gaze onto Jocelyn’s face, likely observing the dynamics of the situation here.

Jocelyn Morgan’s footsteps did not pause, nor did she express any shock or surprise. She confidently lifted her steps forward; she needed to return to the King’s palace.

As she began to consider what she would do if Princess Catherine started to suspect her again, and if she would make things difficult?

Julie, however, shifted her gaze back to Catherine and whispered, "Princess, she was only in there for four minutes. It seems she really just saw Prince Louis, placed down the tea leaves, and left."

Even if they were old friends, a casual chat would take more than four minutes.

Catherine nodded thoughtfully, glancing at the girl approaching them, "Maybe I was overthinking it. She doesn’t know Louis at all."

And Julie also believed that perspective.

"Let’s go." Catherine wished to avoid an awkward encounter, so she stepped towards the small path made of blue stones.

"Aren’t you going to see the King?" Julie quickly followed, reminding her of the purpose of their visit.

"Not for now, preparing to welcome CEO Kingston." Catherine was not here to see the King?

She simply wanted to meet Jocelyn Morgan, to see what state she was in.

Suddenly arranging for an Arabian doctor to enter the royal family, and then arranging for a translator, somehow made this whole thing feel... the more she thought about it, the stranger it seemed.

But now that she saw Jocelyn, she felt there was nothing unusual.

Since she is Justin Kingston’s sister, it’s best not to be suspicious. Choose to believe unconditionally this time.

Men who thrive in the business world usually pamper their sisters.

Catherine vowed to hold tightly onto Justin Kingston as her reliable pillar!

With the power he can lend, elevating Taylor to the throne would be within reach.

The King’s health truly seems to be deteriorating, and even the skilled national doctors say that hiring ten Arabian doctors would be of no use.

Now it appears that Prince Louis poses no threat whatsoever; apart from tending to flowers and plants, it’s unclear what else he can do. He hasn’t even allied with his uncle and has only met Arthur privately once, she knows they were just childhood playmates.

Moreover, Arthur does not hold any military power, making him no threat.

Ever-wise Catherine has relaxed her vigilance with regard to Louis.

She is preparing to appeal to Justin Kingston’s tastes, having recently obtained information about his interests, culinary habits, and his preferred activities for relaxation outside of work.

In Prince Louis’ palace, after Jocelyn left, he carried the tea leaf jar upstairs.

Entering the room, he locked the door.

He gently placed the jar on the table where some utensils were, then opened the lid and, as expected, found some small handkerchiefs atop half a jar of tea leaves.

Ian Shelby hurriedly extracted them, discovering they contained food samples, evidently taken from the dining table.

After all, the last samples were taken from the kitchen.

Ian Shelby was delighted—the research results from the last batch were soon to be concluded, and using the previous methods, research progress this time could be accelerated.

He took out the small handkerchiefs, inadvertently glancing out the window, only to see Taylor grinning broadly as he put his arm around Jocelyn’s shoulders, the two of them heading towards the King’s palace...

Ian Shelby was slightly taken aback, his eyes dimmed as they gazed at this scene.

In just an instant, countless emotions were written in his profound gaze...

The weary complexion he wore suddenly turned serious and solemn.

Outside, not too far below.

Jocelyn instinctively brushed off Taylor’s hand and deliberately maintained a distance from him, her gaze conveying countless unspoken words, "Could you not touch me?"
