Twenty-seven arrests!

Consul Tajin, can I see the materials on Mailing's port facilities?

Shaw gives Link a tour of Mailing's port and wonders if he can use his previous life's knowledge. If you want to wrap it around yourself anyway, Shaw broke it off to work for the national good.

Since the United Kingdom of the Southeast Islands is a maritime state, of course it had all the materials in place to observe port facilities and incorporate them into its own country. Shaw realized that his father wanted to build a pier that could also cross the ship into Leyte's harbor, so he made him look into it, but at the same time he realized the problems that could not be implemented.

"The Gulf of Leyte is shallow... if you're a small boat, you don't have to know, and even if you build a pier or something that traverses a large ship, it just sits on a reef. But... don't you have the right coast?

Carrying luggage back and forth in small boats is lively and fun to watch, but Shaw also thought it was inefficient, so I think we should improve port facilities.

"There's no way I can do that. Now that it's built in Mailing, there's no way you can build it in the United Kingdom of the Southeast Islands if you bring a technician home... why, Father... is it awkward to transition from Leyte, the capital of commerce?

Shaw thought that he would not have to know if there was a main industry called the Agricultural Kingdom, like the Kingdom of Iran, to build only port facilities apart from the capital Laete, and that he might be prepared to transition capital in the southeastern islands where the deal was fundamental.

I wasn't interested in port facilities in my last life, Shaw, but I'll try to remember that.

"Yes, the airport was built by burying it in the harbor, wasn't it? If the harbor is shallow, is landfill possible? If we bridge that far... I have a lot to study."

Though the idea floated, Shaw couldn't even tell if it was feasible.

"Consul Tagin, do you know who planned the renovation of Mailing's port facility?

"I hear His Majesty King Gregorius has taken command. Of course, it seems that the University of Jungfrau has contracted the technical work, but the Prius Canal and the good ideas are not normal."

"You're quite an idea man,"

After listening to Consul Tagin, Shaw thought he would like to see King Gregorius once.

When Consul Tagin and Shaw were looking at the drawings of the Prius Canal and discussing how to adjust the height at the Watergate, there was a big problem on the Euca.

"You're the captain of the Euca, aren't you? An arrest warrant has been issued for the non-payment of Perignon's well royalties and the violence against the harbour administrator"

Captain Cains was surprised when the harbour administrator of the Kingdom of Iran, who had boarded the Euka, told him that an arrest warrant was out.

"Isn't that some kind of mistake? I did refill the water with Perignon, but I paid for the well. And violence against the harbor keeper..."

While protesting, Captain Cains remembered that speaking of which, it was not long before Ingas Deck Master came back to the ship and complained that he was trying to wear out the well royalties. Mailing's harbour administrator was familiar with the captain not reloading the water himself, so he asked who did it.

"I'm responsible for your suspicion of the Yuka. You can arrest me if you want."

The harbour administrator tried to arrest Captain Cains and put him on trial, saying he had no choice but to do so.

"Give me a minute. Captain Cains doesn't know anything. I went to refill the water and rubbed it because I tried to get rid of the well royalties. But I paid a regular well royalty. And I got my hands on it from them!

"Ingas, shut up!

I don't even hear Captain Cains controlling me, and Ingas has named me, so I get my hands tied behind my back and taken to jail.

"It's been awkward."

Unpaid well royalties would be fine, but Captain Cains is baffled that violence against port administrators is likely to become more prone.

When they arrived at the harbor, the sailors took off their wings and fought, so getting stuck in jail was a routine tea meal, and they heard a little about the fact that if they were injured, the ship would not be tried or jailed in time for sailing. However, in the case of a fight between drunks, the majority of whom remind the parties of drunkenness, the fines were settled by the captain paying in advance of his salary to get him out of prison, but the harbour administrator is a civil servant in the Kingdom of Iran.

"I have no choice but to ask Prince Shaw and Consul Tagin"

I have confidence in the sailing of the ship, and although I was Captain Cains working hard on some of the commerce and still immature points, I have no teeth in the laws of other countries.

"The consulate is for when our own people get into trouble with mailing. I'm gonna talk to you about the Ingas deck manager."

Cains had seen several fights crushing liquor stores and sailors slammed into barges returning home with them on an outside ship at the consulate.

"I wish you weren't Ingas' father. No, the others are awkward, but they can't sail without a deck leader..."

Shaw was surprised to hear from Captain Cains about the arrest of Captain Ingas Deck, but was puzzled when he heard from Link that Perignon's well usage fee had risen, so it turned out awkward.

"After the storm, Mr. Link told me that Perignon's well royalties had gone up. Ingas, you didn't know the deck manager."

Shaw regretted that Cains and Ingas had told him that if he had gone to the flagship Lerouche during the night he survived the storm, he would have told him that the well royalties were rising.

"The outstanding matter of the well royalties is paying royalties before the price goes up, so you'll have to apologize it was a misunderstanding and pay the rest of the money and a fine...... it's awkward that you hit the harbor administrator"

Consul Tagin frowned, but summoned the lawyer employed at the consulate.

"The Port Administrator is a civil servant of the Kingdom of Iran. Besides, it's violence at work, so it can also add obstruction of justice to the violence. To make matters worse, you might live in a cabin for a year."

"But the Ingas deck manager said the other guy got his hands on it first, didn't he? Then I wonder if you could consider the fall of Perignon's harbor administrator."

Captain Cains believes in Captain Ingas Deck, but held his head in the words of a lawyer who said that the words of a public official in his country would sound more truthful in the trial than the words of a foreign sailor.

"Well, if it's true, how many days is Ingas Deck Manager's prison term?

The lawyer still only made a weak-hearted statement because he couldn't go wrong beating up a government official.

"If we don't do this, we're gonna lose the trial..."

Even when his lawyer came to meet Ingas in the cell, he heard that it was the crew of his own ship he saw his opponent getting his hands on first, and told him he had no hitter.

"That's right! I got a letter from my father saying if I got into trouble in the Kingdom of Iran..."

Shaw takes the letter to Franz von Mauritz out of the luggage he transported to the consulate and looks at it.

"Shall I talk to Consul Tagin?... Consul Tajin is a good man, but he may not want to use the help of diplomats from other countries for Ingas deck leaders. For him, Ingas Deck Manager is just one of his own people who caused the problem. He'll arrange for a lawyer, find a boat to get him home after he leaves the store, but he's not going to move any further than he's supposed to."

Shaw, for a while, was holding up a handwritten letter, but decides.

"I don't know how much help someone named Franz can give me, but it's nothing like asking me to bow my head, and I'll just do it."

Shaw flew singly to Sands and the capital, Jungfrau, with a letter on his chest when he changed into his best clothes.
