Umi to Kaze no Oukoku

13 Prince Philip and Shaw

After finally finishing his proposal to Mimi, Shaw sent him to Leudenheim's dorm.

"Maybe you came to propose to Princess Mimi?

Ambassador Nooton frightened me, but he was right, so I didn't make excuses.

"I was also concerned about Erica and Prince William. I'm relieved it seems to be working."

There was an accusation that Ambassador Nuton was aware of the current political situation in the Kingdom of Iran. He avoided his eyes and tried to escape to Mailing without wanting to get involved, but he couldn't fulfill it.

"I see Prince Philip."

Already! Because Ambassador Nuton is holding back, Shaw gets angry, but William tells me that he is through.

"Eh, you can't mean you're not here."

Of course, Ambassador Nooton scolds me, and I ask you to be careful not to take the horn, or the vernacular, before entering the reception room.

"Sorry to bother you all of a sudden."

If you would normally like to see a prince at an embassy in another country, it is your manners to send out a letter and then visit. I know it's something I don't want to hear about Prince Philip's business I've been visiting since I broke it, but both Shaw and Ambassador Nuton greet him with a smile.

"Congratulations, Prince Philip, it's almost the wedding. Miss Liliana will be busy getting ready for the wedding."

Replying to Ambassador Nuton's social dictionary, Prince Philip also thanked him, and a seemingly soothing conversation ensued during Shaw's mitzvah that he wanted to attend with Liliana.

"By the way, I pushed my rudeness to the embassy because William told me Prince Shaw was here. Prince Shaw asked you to retrieve the Marigold disguised as the Peschens from the pirates at the port of Zordas in the Kingdom of Laurent, didn't he? Actually, the owner's family wanted to thank him for it."

Shaw thought it was useless to stay in Jungfrau for a long time now, so he left it to the captain, so he told Shira that he was not directly involved.

"Oh, Ariena wrote to me that Prince Shaw had boarded a pirate ship..."

I tongue it cheeky inside. My sisters are married to the Kingdom of Laurent and the Kingdom of Cazaria, so I've checked every detail.

"Come on, you must have complimented me greatly. The Marigold was recaptured by the Cadfell, but the actual command was taken by Prince Alexei, so please tell your family that."

Being thru that it was only a sub, Philip throws out the family matter that was originally just the thread of the story.

Actually, my father wants to talk to Prince Shaw.

There it is! and Shaw take it with a full smile planted by Chancellor Flanagan.

"Hey, I'm in trouble. It's a very embarrassing story, but I'm finally going around proposing. I just finally proposed to Mimi today, and I'm going to have to go propose to Melissa in New Paloma. I proposed to the younger Mimi first, but I have to go before I find out."

For a moment, Philip was taken aback, but he can't let the boulders get away with it.

"I won't let you take the time..."

Philip also leads him forcefully to the Royal Palace with a full smile engraved in Foreign Secretary Mauriz.

"I knew I should have called Mimi to mailing"

Fortunately the carriage is different, discuss it urgently with Ambassador Nuton.

"King Gregorius didn't want a naval battle or anything, his father said..."

Ambassador Nuton agrees with me on that.

"Even if the king thinks so, national sentiment is going to explode. The Marigold, on which Prince Shaw was recaptured, had many young sons studying at the University of Paloma. Bad news is that one lover of that son killed himself less of a grief, and because of the national nature of his romantic physique, hatred burned against the pirates..."

Ambassador Nuton's words make Shaw shudder.

"Well, it would be sad if my fiancée did die from a pirate attack, but I can't believe it. Besides, is it a naval battle in sympathy for that suicidal girlfriend? If there's a naval battle, there's not a fiancée, there's a war victim."

If he doesn't know why, Shaw flaunts his shoulder. I shake my head that Ambassador Nuton is incomprehensible, too.

"Well, is the Kingdom of Iran a romantic supremacy country?"

"Are you challenging a reckless naval battle in your country? I'm sorry. Well, I sympathize with the deceased, and I hate pirates..."

A carriage arrives at the royal palace, guided by Philip, and passes to King Gregorius' office.

"I'm sorry, I called you out of the blue."

His father also keeps him young, but Shaw admires something odd, as King Gregorius also keeps his dragon knight uniquely young.

"No, as I explained earlier to Prince Philip, I am more familiar with the Marigold, Prince Alexei of the Kingdom of Laurent"

King Gregorius laughs bitterly, even though Shaw is at his back from the start, not wanting to get involved in the problem with the Principality of Malta.

"But we have heard that it was the Cadofer of the United Kingdom of the Southeast Islands that recaptured the Marigold. I thought you paid the Cadofel for the reclamation."

That's true, so Shaw snorts reluctantly that it is.

"I wanted to ask you a few questions about what was going on at that time, and I wanted to thank Prince Shaw for his efforts. There is now a stronger wind to refugees from the Kingdom of Laurent and constant harassment of the camp. That's because rumors spread that the pirates aboard the Marigold were refugees in the Kingdom of Laurent."

Shaw sighs.

"Your Majesty, that is as rumored. The crew of the Marigold were mostly refugees from the Kingdom of Laurent. It's just that the Marigold wasn't an armed pirate, and if you let them smuggle you on a fare all the way to Mailing, you tricked the refugees, and the women and children were pirates who scammed you to sell them off in the Principality of Malta. Some of the crew members were young refugees forced to pirate, unable to resist and surrendered."

King Gregorius darkened his complexion to an unsaved story, but clenches his fist that there will be refugees unless the Kingdom of Laurent, whom his daughter Ariena married, recovers.

"Still, what an early start the Marigold, which went missing in the Arzier Sea, stops at the port of Zordas in the Kingdom of Laurent as the Peichens. It's decided to fake it somewhere."

Somewhere, even though it is up to the Principality of Malta, Shaw asks in confusion what King Gregorius wants to say.

"The Marigold had several young people from Jungfrau aboard to head to the Kingdom of Cazaria via the Kingdom of Surah. The families of the victims expect them to be in good shape and possibly captured in disguised places. Now that we can't get in touch with our country and the places where it might have been disguised, we've called Prince Shaw to investigate."

Shaw understands that he does not accuse the Principality of Malta by name because he has a slight hope that those young people are not alive and held hostage.

"Your Majesty, a hostage's ransom demand should reach their families. Indeed, in some cases ransom was requested and the crew members who did not resist were returned alive, in which case the letter is sent early. It's costly to keep the hostages fed for a long time."

King Gregorius was also aware of Shaw's words, but he hoped they would contain the national sentiment on the verge of an explosion. Ambassador Nuton offers to notify the embassy of the Principality of Malta to put it down if he can return it after about an investigation.

Take them to the carriage. Philip comes to drop them off and sighs that they still won't be held hostage.

"My father tells me that this matter is different from my wedding, but Liliana cares. I'm sympathetic that a young lady her age committed suicide. If it's a war, it's not a wedding, and you can't have a ceremony in the sunny mood under these circumstances."

Shaw is surprised to learn that Philip, who looks just like him except for King Gregorius and the color of his eyes, is still a romantic supremacist of the temperament of the Kingdom of Iran. Of course, Philip is also worried about the survivors who were attacked by pirates, and he is angry at the Duchy of Malta, but more than that, he felt his beloved Liliana's distressed tone.

On his way home, Shaw asks Ambassador Nuton if he feels wrong.

"No, I think Prince Shaw was right. But don't think that's why, just in case Prince Philip starts a war, he'll have a feminine attitude, etc. The dragon knights and army of the Kingdom of Iran are the strongest on earth. They're just vulnerable to your lady, they're strong against your enemies. Right now, the Kingdom of Iran is an engagement rush."

Engagement Rush? Even though Shaw is tilting his neck, Ambassador Nuton explains with a tickled finger up and shaking.

"Sometimes Prince Philip, Prince William has sold, but the ladies of your age are busy getting engaged to lovers who might go to war, having weddings,"

"I understand that you gave up being the Crown Princess, or that Prince William of Beauty was actually a dragon fool, and you knew that you were dating Erica Lovelab Dragon, and you limited yourself, but are you rushing your engagement or marriage because there could be a war? Instead, isn't it smarter to wait until the war is over?

Shaw thinks calmly that it would just be hard if his fiancée or bridegroom died in battle.

"Well, Prince Shaw is right about reason, but the Iranian kingdom has a different temperament. First, the King and his wife were also engaged before the war with the Kingdom of Laurent, so I wonder if it's a tradition when this happens."

Shaw was surprised to find King Gregorius engaged to Queen Yuri before the war, keeping the young looking appearance he had just met, but also making the calm king Pierce feel.

"At the time, Miss Yuri was regarded as Prince Rudolph's Queen in the discretionary words of the Kingdom of Laurent, so Prince Gregorius was insensitive."

Shaw also learned the case of Princess Tsu of Baroa Castle in history, so he puts his face to shame.

"You used to have Princess Ariena daughter-in-law in a country that was so deceived and imprisoned in Castle Baroa that he was forced to marry Prince Rudolph or King Gregorius was also deceived by Cairon to call him to make a friendship agreement and was about to be killed. Even if you hadn't engaged Queen Yuri, you would have killed King Gregorius, so the war would have been inevitable."

Ambassador Nuton also agrees that the state of King Gregorius, who married Princess Ariena to Prince Alexei, is incomprehensible.

"This neighborhood is the incomprehensible temperament of the Kingdom of Iran, isn't it? Did Princess Ariena and Crown Prince Alexei allow marriage because of compassion, or did they make it a throwing stone to get the tri-national alliance signed? It seems like a swallowing choice, and if you think about the back, it's also a ruthless choice. King Aslan is arrogant and feared, but he will not be daughter-in-law of a country with a twisted emotion so far."

Shaw also thought that if he were himself, he would tell Princess Ariena how she and her mother had been treated and listen, picking the buds of young love.

"Maybe we don't understand the suffering of a country with a continuous border. In this way, we may have to avoid the war with impatience."

"Well, that infamous former King Georg was also conceived by a princess who married him from the Kingdom of Iran. The three former empires have repeated marriages. Cousins and brothers have fought the war."

The South-East Islands also had mountains of problems in matters of trade with countries, but there was nothing to threaten the lives of their citizens because they did not border.

Shaw leaves Ambassador Nuton to investigate the Principality of Malta and fly off to Mailing.

The feeling that was rising in my proposal to Mimi made me shun.
