18 Helios Ambition

The priest who serves the Temple of the Serpent God is roughly divided into two classes. It's a senior cleric with the ability to talk to the Serpent God and a junior cleric who can't.

Helios was a senior cleric who could talk to the Serpent God, yet full of ambition.

"Has Prince Shaw told you he wants to see Prince Jenas?

Having received an expert letter from Jenas, Helios figured out why he wanted to see him.

"For Prince Shaw, who marries Princess Zelia, Prince Jenas will only be an obstacle..."

In shame that he had not greeted himself, the prince of the Kingdom of Surah, the king of the island nation, the prince also remembered his courtesy, in great writing, but Helios was not as simple as Jenas, who seemed to see clearly what was being haunted.

Even though I have the ability to talk to the Snake God, I have had a lot of difficulty building my own party at a young age of twenties.

"You can't have Prince Jenas killed right now."

In recent times, the tightening of the snake god against the clergy has become tighter, and the abbreviated festival has had to be properly executed. Helios is also a cleric, so I have to cage him in the temple at the festival, but when I took my eyes off him, Jenas had a reckless plan to assassinate Zelia.

Helios is sick and tired of foolish Jenas too, but until his daughter-in-law's sister has a child with the ability to talk to the Serpent God, if he doesn't live, he will lose his plan to rule the Kingdom of Surah.

"Then I hope the Southeast Islands take the liberty of destroying Prince Jenas..."

Helios even went to Jenas' mansion right now and felt a rush to step up his security, but he couldn't fulfill what he hated.

"Cleric Helios, the Serpent God is here for you."

I have no choice but to obey the call of the junior clergy, even though it is caustic. In the Kingdom of Surah, defying the Serpent God means death.

"That junior cleric is certainly one of Rubins' factions. Rubins is plotting to get into Zelia to be the next queen '

The elderly clergyman, not with his wife but with a concubine or a slightly corrupt life, was at peace with the days of serving the Serpent God under Queen Alger's rule.

However, the young clergy was parted by the Rubins of Zelia, a legitimate trace, and the Helios, who had expectations for the children of Jenas.

Judging from outside the temple, I feel like I have no winning eye for the Helios, but the Rubins tend to run into the young, unique idealism of denouncing the decadent lives of senior clerics as well, accustomed to the traditional loose rules and turning the clergy around to enemies who do not want to let go of their luxurious lives.

As a matter of fact, the Serpent God didn't care if the cleric surrounded the concubine, but lived a little extravagant, but some final problems.

The priest's marriage was forbidden only if he was composed by the queen's companion, a priest who could talk to the serpent god told him that he might attempt to monopolize power.

Other than that, in the sense of increasing the number of children with the ability to talk to snakes, Snake God thought it was okay to surround concubines. But Zelia asked me about the clerics' decadent gestures to make them follow the rules just a little bit or make the festivities decent.

I summoned Helios today because I realized that the young clerics were splitting up into two factions.

Rubins smells blue. That's going to pull Zelia's leg. We need to be a little more flexible and get the elderly clergy on our side. "

Rubins' idealism, unlike his own loose ways, seems troubled.

'Helios must have expectations for the children of Jenas. That's not bad in itself, but if we're going to get around Zelia's enemies, we have to finish it early. Algiers hesitate to end Jenas, but even though good flowers don't bloom from bad seeds...'

Snake God understood that Alger was keeping Jenas alive not only as a sentiment for his mother, but also as a keepsake if Zelia did not have a child with the ability to speak to herself, but he did not agree.

I'm sure I can't hold the throne of the Kingdom of Surah without the ability to speak to myself, but if I took over Jenas' character and retardation, I couldn't even look him in the eye, and the Snake God seemed uncomfortable.

"Why are you such a smart Alger's son so stupid... his father was usually smart too, it's weird..."

When the Serpent God is thinking, a cleric serving on duty tells him that Helios has arrived.

"Yes, then you stay back."

When Queen Algiers or Princess Zelia arrives, they may pay, but rarely pay to talk to clerics.

Helios was also surprised, but did not put it on his face, kneeling before the snake god over the curtain.

"I heard you calling."

The Serpent God also remembered Helios' parents, grandfathers, and ancestors before him. Generations have clericalized children with the ability to talk to the Snake God.

Helios, indeed, is highly capable and clever. If you're not a cleric, you might want to add to one of Zelia's sons. But I can tell that the core of Helios' heart is cold, and Snake God lifts his neck uncomfortably.

As Snake God speaks nothing, Helios stands by in a kneeling position.

"Helios, if you don't abandon your ambition, I'll have to kill you. Your clan served me well, so I don't want to kill you if I can. If you understand, stand down. '

Helios served the Serpent God, but never thought he could see through to his heart. He turned bright blue, shuddered as he shuddered, and quit before the Serpent God.

Returning to his own room in the temple, he collapses to the floor disappointed. For a while, he was stunned, but Helios stood up with good strength in his stomach.

"Like my father and grandfather, I'm completely sorry for my life just serving the Serpent God as a cleric! Sura, I will hold the kingdom in my hand!

Helios was warned by the Serpent God and ashamed of himself for realizing he was scared. And I had to think of a ploy to build a weakness in the way Snake God did everything slowly, to burn my ambitions.
