Chapter 234: Damian Gets Carried Like Laundry
Damian looked at the three King Grade weapons around him and felt his mood become strangely good.
For a moment, even he felt a little stunned.
All three of them were now following him out of the [Forbidden Deep Tomb].
Damian’s lips slowly curved upward. "Hehehe..."
The pipa spirit immediately looked at him with disgust. "Why are you laughing like that again?"
Damian placed one hand on his chest and lifted his chin proudly. "Nothing. I just realized I got three King Grade weapons in one trip."
The hammer spirit snorted from the storage ring. "Barely."
The silver sword said coldly, "I am not yours."
Damian waved his hand. "Details."
The silver sword released a dangerous hum.
HUMM...
Damian coughed. "Fine, fine. You are not mine. You are Selvara’s future sword. Happy?"
The silver sword became quiet.
Damian’s smile became even more shameless.
"Damn. Simp sword is really easy to handle when Master’s name is involved."
The silver sword’s killing intent stirred. "I can hear your soul moving."
Damian’s back instantly went cold. "I thought that was private."
"It is not."
"Damn."
The pipa spirit looked toward the direction they came from. "Since you have taken us, it is time to leave."
Damian nodded. "Yeah. I should return."
He turned around, then froze.
The path back was still filled with endless darkness, heavy weapon pressure, and twisting killing intent.
Damian’s mouth twitched as he looked at the long road behind him, then at his own injured body. "Damn it. The entrance is still so far."
The hammer spirit laughed. "Walk."
Damian glared at his storage ring. "Easy for you to say. You’re being carried."
The pipa spirit floated calmly beside him. "You can still move."
Damian snorted. "That doesn’t mean I want to suffer for several hours."
The silver sword suddenly spoke. "Fine. I will bring you."
Damian’s eyes brightened. "Oh? Thank you, silver sword. You’re actually quite ni—"
Before he finished speaking, the silver sword flashed behind him.
SHIIING!
A cold feeling touched the back of his neck.
The silver sword stabbed through the back of Damian’s robe, right below his collar, carefully avoiding his flesh.
A moment later, silver sword Qi surged.
Damian’s feet left the ground as his entire body was lifted into the air like a hanging piece of laundry.
Damian froze.
The pipa spirit froze.
The hammer spirit also went silent for a breath.
Then Damian shouted, "Damn it! Can you change the position?!"
The silver sword flew forward calmly, dragging him by the back of his robe. "No."
Damian’s body swung in the air as the sword carried him through the darkness. "Why not?!"
"This is efficient."
"This is humiliating!"
"You are alive."
"That is not the point!"
The hammer spirit suddenly burst into laughter.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
The pipa spirit covered her mouth, but her shoulders trembled faintly.
Damian’s face darkened as he dangled helplessly behind the silver sword. "Laugh, laugh. Just remember, all of you still need me to meet your future wielders."
The silver sword replied coldly, "Then do not die."
Damian gritted his teeth.
"Damn simp sword. The moment I give you to Master, I’m telling her everything."
The silver sword’s voice became colder. "I heard that."
Damian immediately shut up.
The darkness rushed past him as the silver sword dragged him forward at terrifying speed.
His robe fluttered wildly.
His hair was blown into a mess.
His injured body swung left and right like some unlucky sack of meat.
Damian clenched his teeth and forced himself not to scream.
"Damn it... I survived Nolan, survived the pipa’s dirty illusion, survived the hammer’s forging test, and now I’m being carried like laundry by a simp sword."
His face became uglier the more he thought about it.
"If anyone sees this, my handsome young master image is finished."
The pipa spirit finally could not hold back and let out a soft laugh.
Damian glared at her. "Don’t laugh."
"I am not laughing."
"Your shoulders are shaking."
"That is the wind."
"There is no wind in this damn tomb."
The hammer spirit laughed even harder.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Damian closed his eyes and took a deep breath.
He decided to endure.
For Violetta’s pipa.
For Vulkara’s hammer.
For Selvara’s simp sword.
Most importantly, for his own damn profit.
A few moments later, his expression slowly relaxed. "Fine. At least this is faster."
The silver sword said coldly, "Be quiet."
Damian sighed. "Rude."
---
The silver sword carried Damian through the darkness at terrifying speed.
A while later, the heavy pressure around him finally began to weaken.
Damian opened his eyes and saw faint light ahead.
The entrance of the [Forbidden Deep Tomb] was finally close.
More importantly, he could see several disciples standing outside, looking around with nervous expressions.
Damian’s face changed instantly.
"Stop, stop, stop!"
The silver sword slowed down slightly. "What?"
Damian pointed to the side with a serious face. "Drop me somewhere hidden first. I can’t let people see me being dragged out like laundry. My handsome young master face still matters."
The pipa spirit’s faint voice came from beside him. "You are seriously worried about that now?"
"Of course I am."
The hammer spirit laughed. "Ridiculous."
The silver sword said nothing, but it still changed direction and dropped Damian behind a broken stone wall.
THUD.
Damian landed badly and almost cursed, but he held it back.
A moment later, the pipa, hammer, and silver sword all turned into streams of light and entered his storage ring.
Damian adjusted his messy robe, wiped the blood from his lips, and forced himself to stand straight. "Good. Now I look tragic but cool."
He walked out from behind the stone wall.
The moment he appeared, the nearby disciples noticed him.
At first, they looked shocked by his injuries.
A second later, their expressions changed.
Damian’s aura was different.
It was heavier, sharper, and somehow carried the faint pressure of several terrifying weapons.
The disciples frowned and subconsciously stepped back.
Even the old tree near the entrance trembled slightly, its branches shaking as if it had sensed something dangerous.
One disciple muttered, "His aura... what happened inside?"
Damian felt their gazes and slowly grinned.
"Hehehe..."
For once, being stared at like a monster felt really damn good.
