Chapter 212: Betrayal...
Hernand’s fist landed on his mouth which made it bruise and plump.
"You?! How dare a filthy Luminasiarian healer touch someone who’s noble as me?!" Virgel said as he was glaring at Hernand who on the other side looks like wanted to devour him in anger.
"I am the man who’s going to skin you alive."
Hernand said angrily as he held Virgel on his hair to make him face him and meet his eyes.
"You can’t even protect the people you were healing and you dare to threaten me with empty words?"
Virgel said as he looked at Hernand and smirked which made the latter to throw a dagger on his way that if he didn’t dodge it, he will be dead by now.
"Don’t try my patience."
Hernand said as he get another dagger and stabbed it to his leg and even push it more to make it worst.
"You insolent fool! who act so monstrous!"
Virgel yelled at Hernand as he wass screaming in pain.
"You call me insolent and calling me for acting monstrous!, But what are you? You are worst than me!"
Hernand said as he took the knife and slice Virgel on his face, while Sherama was crying on the other while still on tied.
"How can you call out someone’s manners here when you, yourself acts audaciously."
Hernand said before he turn to Sherama who was still crying at the moment.
"By what right do you have to cry?"
I was the one to asks it as I can see Hernand sighing while looking at her, I know it was so hard for him getting betrayed by his trusted pupil as I know the feeling of it.
"I am sorry," She whispered as she continued to cry.
I didn’t looked at her again instead I pulled her hand that was still with the shackles I made for them and drag her outside the room to the infirmary where there are plenty of people. Who were waiting to get healed and fight again for the empire.
"Look! Can your sorry ease those knights pain? Can your sorry bring the back the lives of those knights you poisone just because, Virgel feeds you false information?"
I said as I looked at her angrily, while the people who were there were shocked to see and especially seeing me with their healer who I drag here.

She yelled as she was crying more than she ever did awhile ago.
"I only did this because of you, You killed my parents!"
She yelled and this time here eyes were full of anger against me.
"I killed your parents?"
I said and I looked at her without showing any emotions on my face.
"You still dare to ask it?"
She said as her eyes were burning in anger, like she wanted to eat and skin me alive.
"You betrayed this empire and sacrifice the people lives because of that?"
I said as I get her hair to make her meet my eyes.
"You are benighted! with someone’s words you believe it?"
I said as I looked at her and now the other people were now looking on us, like they were curious at what was happening and angry at what they heard.
"Why wouldn’t I trust him? He was the one who helped them."
She said in a lower voice as she looks nervous when people gather around us.
"Helped?"
I said as I looked at her.
"Let me show you what he did. Hernand bring him here."
I said as I looked at Hernand who sighed and before he go back to get Virgel he looked at Sherama with pain and disappointment in his eyes.
He get back with Virgel who was still spatting some words.
"You let me go! You dirty Luminasiarian!"
He yelled as he was still writhing in pain because of his wounds that Hernand gave him.
"Now, this is the man you claim to save your parents."
I said as I looked at Sherama and she looked at me disgustingly.
I put my right hand on virgels head and my left hand to Sherama who was still try to break herself from the shackels.
Virgel cried in pain as I was using my power to let Sherama see the truth behind her parents death. There were some blood streaming down on his face as I continued to delve into his mind and see what really happened.
"No..."
Sherama said as she looked at me with sadness in her eyes, and she looks like she can’t believe what she just saw.
"No, it can’t be!"
She screamed as tears streaming down her face, while Virgel on the other hand was writhing in pain as blood was all over his clothes and face.
"What did you do to me you scoundrel!"
He yelled as he keeps on cursing while writhing in so much pain.
"You lost your title and your name, and yet you still managed to get rich in that short span of time?"
I said as I pulled two chairs from not so far using my magic, and make them sit there.
"Who are you fooling?"
I said as I made him looked at me, but his eyes were still close because of the blood.
"Do you think everyone was as fool as you and the people who believed you?"
I asked as I looked at Sherama who looked down, but she was still sobbing.
"You how dare you! You charlatan!"
Sherama yelled as she was looking at Virgel with so much anger towards him.
Getting betrayed by someone she thought was her parents savior, someone who she trusted because they came from the same place, but then she was fed with lies by him too.
And worst!
He made him betrayed the empire who foster her, and most importantly betrayed the man who she looks as her second father.
"I am sorry, I didn’t know..."
She said as she was crying as she looks down.
Hernand looked at her, but never speak a word, instead he turned his back and he seems to be going to is room in here.
"Does this mean she killed those knights who died?"
One woman who was still in shock asked as so as the everyone like her who didn’t even say a singler word since we entered and it seems like had grasp on the situation.

When I am done with everyone only in this room, I feel the tiredness all over my body that I can see my visions turn black.

I heard someone called me and I smiled as I know who it was and finally closes my eyes.

I was awaken by the sun that it’s light illuminate all over the room.
I took a quick shower and Mildred entered the room, and her eyes were full of happiness to see me.
"Mildred!"
I screamed as I yelled up in my bed and run to hug her.
"It’s been awhile, Your highness, I am very glad to see you again."
She said as she shed some tears as she looks at me.
"I am glad to see you too, when did you came here?" I asked as I didn’t saw her yesterday.
"His Highness Hellion took me from your residence and we bumped to Lady Dorkinya and Lady Roys too."
She said and I smiled at what she said.
"They are here too?"
I asked as I looked at her and she nodded.
"Let’s go to them."
I said as I pulled her to get out from the room.
And they were all in the garden.

Evangeline said as she greeted me with a big smile and Dreanna smiled at me to when she saw me.

"You both came here too?"

"Yes, father said yesterday that the duke summoned them here, so when we bumped Hellion when he fetch Mildred we went with them."
Dreanna said as she looked at me.
"I am really glad to see you both again."
