Seeing Sharon crying so hard, Director Ford got anxious.

"Sharon, don’t cry, don’t cry. It’s okay if you don’t agree, I can keep waiting." Director Ford hurriedly stood up from the ground.

"Kneel down, who told you to stand up?" Sharon glared at him.

Director Ford was stunned for a moment and then knelt down on one knee again.

"Put it on me." Sharon said, her cheeks blushing. At their age, they still felt butterflies like young lovers, which was embarrassing to admit.

"Huh? Oh, okay! Okay! Okay!" Director Ford was initially dumbfounded, but after realizing, he shakily took out the ring and put it on Sharon.

Bella Acker watched from the side, gently wiping away tears from the corners of her eyes.

Damian Sinclair stood two or three steps behind her at an angle, silently observing her every move.

Bella Acker sensed the gaze beside her and slightly turned her head to look.

Damian Sinclair did not avoid eye contact and continued to look at her.

Bella Acker was momentarily stunned, but quickly smiled faintly and nodded at him as a greeting.

Damian Sinclair frowned. The thing he disliked most now was Bella’s kind of smile. It was fake and hid her true emotions, making it hard for him to read her.

Here, Director Ford was holding Sharon’s hand, and their excited emotions finally calmed down a bit.

Director Ford said, "There’s an open space over at The Sunflower Field, near a creek. Let’s set up camp and have a barbecue there today."

"Wow, barbecue?" The little girl asked excitedly, looking up, "Mommy, is barbecue the same as BBQ?"

"Yes." Bella Acker replied with a smile, ruffling the girl’s hair, "You can pick what you want to grill later."

"That’s great." The little girl clapped her hands joyfully, "And the creek, Mommy, will there be fish?"

Director Ford interjected, "Of course there will. The water in the creek isn’t deep, and later you can go catch fish."

The little girl widened her eyes in excitement, already a little impatient.

Although Bella Acker usually didn’t restrict the girl, she was often too busy to find time for outings.

Seeing the girl so happy now made her quite pleased.

Director Ford squatted down and said to the girl, "Talia, Grandpa will give you a piggyback ride to catch fish, okay?"

"Okay." The little girl clapped, wanting to run over but hesitating, looking up at Bella Acker, "Mommy, can I go?"

"Go ahead." Bella Acker said with a smile.

"Yay." The little girl happily ran on her short legs toward Director Ford.

Sharon lifted her up and placed her on Director Ford’s shoulders, nervously instructing, "Be careful, don’t let Talia fall."

"She’s your god-granddaughter, which makes her my god-granddaughter too. How could I let her fall? Isn’t that right, Talia?"

"Yes." The little girl hugged his head, her wide eyes turning into smiling crescents.

"Talia, come on, call Grandpa."

"Grandpa." Talia called out crisply, without any shyness.

"Hey!" Director Ford responded even more cheerfully, "Let’s go, Grandpa’s taking our Talia to catch fish."

"Old Ford, slow down, don’t let Talia fall." Sharon continued to caution, seeing his brisk steps.

Talia, riding on Director Ford’s shoulders, wasn’t the least bit scared, laughing heartily.

Bella Acker watched, her eyes full of smiles too.

Deciding to bring Talia back to the country was definitely the right choice. Here she would receive more love and care from many people.
