Rhonda glanced at her reflection in the mirror and slowly curled her lips into a smile.

Bella Acker, your return is perfectly timed. Without you, I wouldn’t be able to stage the show I’ve prepared for so many years.

The assistant asked again, "Rory, considering your relationship... should we trip her up a bit?"

"Trip her up?" Rhonda sneered, "Do you remember Vivian Norris’s fate? She couldn’t stand Bella Acker, and what ended up happening? She drove drunk, hit someone, got detained for six months, and after getting out, what kind of life is she leading now?"

If anything were to happen to you, there’s no way Mr. Caldwell wouldn’t intervene."

"Mr. Caldwell naturally values me." Rhonda raised her hand to look at her nails, laughing softly, "But words from a man in love can’t be fully believed nor completely dismissed."

The assistant shook her head, "I don’t quite understand."

"You’ll understand one day, young girl." Rhonda turned to the makeup artist, "Do my makeup."

Only then did the agent speak, "Rhonda, I heard the Kingston Group’s diamond brand ambassador has seemingly been decided."

Rhonda paused for a moment, "Who was finally chosen?"

"Specifically who wasn’t discovered as Kingston Group has tightly kept the news, but it should be one of those popular first-line female artists typically favored for brand endorsements." The agent hesitated a moment, asking, "Do you think we should mention it to Mr. Caldwell, see if he can help you vie for it? After all, with the Kingston Group’s influence, being their brand ambassador is all benefits, no drawbacks."

Rhonda considered for a moment, nodded, and reached back, "Give me my phone."

"Rory, here." The assistant quickly handed over the phone.

Rhonda opened WeChat, sent a voice message, "Darling, are you busy? I have something I want to discuss with you."

After a while, the reply came, "What is it?"

"I want the Kingston Group’s diamond brand endorsement, you have business dealings with The Sinclair Family, could you bring it up for me? Love you." Rhonda continued with a voice message.

This time the reply took a long while, "Okay."

Seeing the reply, Rhonda finally contentedly put away her phone.

The agent and assistant next to her noticed her expression, knowing her request was granted, and were delighted.

She planned to buy some high-quality expensive ice cream to outshine the cold drinks Bella Acker just had people buy.

But as she stepped out, she saw the crew resting, each holding a Häagen-Dazs in their hands.

Häagen-Dazs is so much pricier than ordinary ice cream.

Regardless of who bought the Häagen-Dazs to treat the crew, if she buys ice cream now to share, it would just seem antagonistic.

The assistant pulled aside a crew member moving items, and quietly asked, "Brother, who came over?"

"You don’t know? President Sinclair came to visit the set."
