Yin Jiu’s voice was screaming.

’They’re doing this on purpose, right? They are! They have to be doing this on purpose!!!’

Yin Jiu retreated into Sheng Yue’s body, dejected.

’I’m still young! Is this something I should be seeing?’

Sheng Yue walked in, letting the door close automatically behind him.

He was in no better a mood than Yin Jiu.

From his current position, it was as if a spot had been deliberately saved for him.

Sheng Yue lifted his eyes and had a clear view of the blush at the corners of Jian Yu’s downcast eyes.

A row of thick, dark lashes glistened with moisture, her teary eyes veiled in a perpetual mist.

Ling Yanzhi was holding the tassel of her ribbon hair accessory, letting it flutter lightly against her cheek.

The hem of her pink dress swayed slightly, and the silk ribbon of a pink bow dangled gently at her side.

The black tentacles on her ankles were conspicuous. The contrast of black on white gave her an air of unstable fragility, as if she might break.

Perhaps autumn was late this year. A wave of heat stirred Sheng Yue’s senses.

He wanted to raise his hand and undo the top button of his tightly fastened white uniform.

He only snapped out of it when he met Jian Yu’s soft, pleading gaze.

Sheng Yue’s arms fell naturally to his sides as he pressed his body against the cold wall behind him.

Jian Yu struggled for a moment, her face burning bright red.

Xi Yu held her down, nuzzling her earlobe adoringly. "Baby, it’s okay. We’re all friends here. Let him wait."

Jian Yu: "..."

Even her tears seemed to freeze on her face.

Ling Yanzhi let go, unable to hold back any longer.

He laughed out loud.

Seeing that Jian Yu wasn’t breathing too heavily and still had some strength left, Ling Yanzhi lowered his head to kiss her again.

Jian Yu turned her head away, feigning anger.

As he pursued her, deepening the kiss, she felt a sense of satisfaction that she was ashamed to admit.

Jian Yu had always had a clear understanding of F2’s and F5’s attitudes toward her.

Sheng Yue was indifferent to her, and Pei Yin detested her.

Sometimes, Pei Yin seemed to think she was in the wrong for simply breathing.

But the moment Sheng Yue appeared at the door, Jian Yu couldn’t shake the feeling of being caught in the act.

It was simple intimacy, the kisses tender, yet embarrassment flooded her like a raging tide, creeping through her veins to the tips of her limbs.

Her fingertips were wrapped by the tentacles. Whenever she curled them unconsciously, the tentacles would squirm an inch deeper into her palms.

A feeling of suffocation began to set in. Jian Yu whimpered and turned her head away, gasping for air.

Her throat was tight, rendering her speechless. Her damp eyelashes lowered, and she refused to raise her gaze.

Xi Yu pinned her waist, the only part of her that could still move.

Their cheeks pressed together intimately.

"Baby."

Xi Yu reveled in the ecstasy the tentacles brought, leaving a wet love bite on her fair neck. "Baby’s reactions are so cute."

Jian Yu’s heart raced, and her breathing grew hitched.

She kept her head down, fluttering her long lashes, trying to hide her flushed cheeks.

In that instant, she felt like all those idol dramas paled in comparison.

Ling Yanzhi smiled and pinched her chin, gently tilting her face up while his other hand pressed against the back of her head.

"How about we kiss when we get back? You can kiss me however you want."

Jian Yu shook her head, her eyes welling with tears, unable to suppress the sounds she was making.

She couldn’t ignore Sheng Yue’s presence.

Even though he had walked in, closed the door, and was just leaning quietly against the wall, doing nothing.

He just stared without blinking, as if he were leisurely appreciating a play.

As one of the protagonists in this play, Jian Yu felt nothing but awkwardness and shame.

Ling Yanzhi was utterly despicable. "Baby, do you like him that much?"

The whimpers in her throat were uncontrollable, and he wouldn’t allow her to restrain them.

Jian Yu subconsciously gazed at Sheng Yue’s tall figure, her eyes gradually losing focus and becoming hazy.

In her blurred vision, she couldn’t see the slightest change in Sheng Yue’s expression.

She didn’t know how much of her embarrassing state he had seen, and she was on the verge of breaking down from shame and anger.

Unable to analyze Sheng Yue’s unusual behavior, something in her mind seemed to snap.

But Jian Yu could understand the excitement of Ling Yanzhi and Xi Yu.

When they saw Sheng Yue, they didn’t politely stand up and straighten their clothes. Instead, they grew excited, like they’d seen prey, and became even more brazen.

’Talk about reaping what you sow.’ Jian Yu realized they were acting this way because they’d taken her words about liking Sheng Yue seriously.

In the lounge, it was as if the only sound was her own breathing.

These two had obviously found a more entertaining ’plotline’.

"Baby, you look so sad." Ling Yanzhi wiped away her tears with the pad of his thumb.

He ended his pursuit of her lips and knelt on one knee before her.

He glanced at the tentacles on her ankles and gently pressed his fingers to her knee.

A clone of Red Snake slowly covered the tentacles, tangling with them endlessly.

Unable to move her hands or feet, Jian Yu closed her eyes in embarrassment.

Ling Yanzhi’s thumb caressed her swollen lips.

His husky voice was pleasant and bewitching, yet it carried a strong, aggressive edge.

"I called over your favorite Chairman Sheng. Aren’t you happy, baby?"

A nerve in Xi Yu snapped, and he grew angry.

He gave Jian Yu’s waist a pinch that was neither light nor heavy, his tone cold. "Baby is mine."

Jian Yu’s eyes flew open when she heard Ling Yanzhi’s words.

As her side was pinched, she bit her lip.

’Damn it, do I have no shame?!’

Jian Yu’s face was flushed red to the tips of her ears.

’Who wouldn’t like a tall, rich, handsome, and ascetic man? She’d welcome it if Sheng Yue liked her, but he clearly didn’t feel that way.’

’It’s fine, it’s fine. Just deny it to the death.’

Jian Yu’s attempt at a rebuttal came out a little weak. "He’s just talking nonsense."

She instinctively avoided the gaze Sheng Yue sent her way.

And so she missed the way his eyes lit up, only to dim again.

The curve of Sheng Yue’s lips flattened, his expression growing grim.

Ling Yanzhi took it all in and scoffed internally.

’Another one down.’

Xi Yu was a bit dense, but he was decent enough at coordinating with him.

If Xi Yu weren’t so dense and so powerful in a fight, he would have actually preferred to get rid of him first.

However, a mutually destructive fight that would only benefit someone else was not a result Ling Yanzhi wanted.

Xi Yu didn’t understand coordination. There was no acting in his eyes, only pure emotion.

He hugged Jian Yu’s limp waist tighter, pulling her into his arms, his voice excited. "Baby, you suddenly got so excited. Your eyes are sparkling. So beautiful."

Jian Yu: "..."

’He saw right through me?’

’I really wish I could dig a hole and bury myself in it.’

Ling Yanzhi spoke provocatively, "Chairman Sheng, you’re being very rude."

"Ten twenty," Sheng Yue replied evenly, his throat tightening slightly.

The agreed-upon time. Not a minute early, not a minute late.

Ling Yanzhi shrugged.

Sheng Yue’s expression was distant.

Since they had deliberately let him walk in on this, he might as well get a good look.

The favorable impression had come on too quickly. Sheng Yue was still unwilling to admit he was developing feelings for Jian Yu.

He liked intelligent and calm types.

Jian Yu was not his ideal type.

Yin Jiu couldn’t help but retort, ’When Baby has a cold expression, she gives off a super-intelligent vibe!’

Sheng Yue’s expression was impassive. ’Don’t call her that.’

Yin Jiu: ’Master, I’m starting to feel a little sorry for you.’

Sheng Yue irritably blocked its voice.

He put down his wristband, his back a cold silhouette.

"Air the place out when you leave."

His words were so suggestive; anyone who didn’t know better would think she had really done something with them.

Jian Yu stared blankly at the closing door. ’What smell?’

Xi Yu’s voice pulled her back to her senses. "Baby, you smell even sweeter now."

Jian Yu pressed her lips together, the tips of her ears turning red.

She closed her eyes thoughtfully, then slowly opened them again.

A pink mist clung tightly to Ling Yanzhi and Xi Yu.
