Why don't you build a village on top of the world tree

Episode XII: Kite Flying Festival

"Ama, my brother is amazing!

Fly the kite high into the autumn sky while getting praise from the kids.

The kite, which is in the air but whose posture is straight and not blurry, is painted with bright red and sprinkled with mojo leaves on an empty land. This is my handmade product of my past life's grief for Japan.

Still, I'm almost fifty years old and you're calling me brother. I haven't felt a culture gap in a long time.

"Amane, how long have you been playing?

"Oh, it's my sister Richay"

"It's my sister Lee."

The kids who noticed Richay earlier than I did, they dump me and run over to Richay.

Only a few boys remained around me.

I'll put the kite back on hand so I don't let the thread roll over and stall. A colorful kite filled the open space instead of my kite lowering altitude.

Today it is a festival, commonly known as the Kitefly Festival, which has been regularized by launching its edge at the Cyrillic Crusade Memorial Festival.

Colorful kites fly from all over the Tacax sky, although residential districts and other prohibited areas are also set.

It is very pleasant to watch the flock of kites brightly coloring the tacks when staining the white colour of the snow. It seems that many tourists enjoy flying kites together or looking at the kites below from the bench they have set up at the Village Bridge.

Thanks to this, there is a simple stall out in Amabashiri, which, unlike usual, has a lively atmosphere up to the cloudy no-layer.

There are no areas where kite flying is prohibited if there are no layers on the clouds, but it is only a pity that the sun is too dazzling to be liked very much.

I retrieved the kite. I walk over to Richay, who was dealing with the kids.

"Well, let's go on a date"

"Even if you look so crisp on someone who was mixing with the kids and kiting until just now"

Leaving the kite flying area while Richay laughed bitterly and stood up to the children.

In the morning, Richay and I will be running the festival, and in the afternoon we will be taking turns for Melmie and Teten, so it is our date time now.

There are also many festival management committee members, such as each village chief in the emerging village and Richay's junior and librarian Micam, and it's a date time that we've been able to secure because we've come to a sense of stability.

"Where shall we go? They're playing street games in front of the entrance square."

"You decide to have time, you decide to win or lose by the number of twists, right?

"Yes, yes. Rosas, the guy from the project brought to you by a sitter Ray One."

I don't know if the top five will be allowed to join one Rosas after a separate review.

It seems to be due to the fact that the person who previously held the front seat has indicated that he will marry and turn to the back, and that several of the front seats have turned to some sort of backward development.

"I thought it sounded funny, but I'm a little thirsty, so let's buy something along the way"

"Well, that's what it is."

Pass under the aerial market in the fourth branch of the Cloudless no layer and head to the square in front of the entrance after purchasing tea at the store.

It's just the front door of the Takakus and it's a lot busier, and you can hear the laughter from there.

"You were right to keep this place in a no-kite zone. I don't think there's a guy in this crowd who can give you a kite."

"There was hope to fly a kite as one of the street arts, but when it fell into the crowd, it was a problem, so I rejected it."

"The boulder is Richay. You're broken."

Even though merchants and others stay away from the festival crowds during the holding period, they are quite crowded. This is the only downtown area in Tokyo.

If you take a peek at the boulevard tournament for the purpose, you can see a few artists who seem to constrict to too many audiences.

I just want to encourage you to work hard, but you can't be so far-fetched in your position. It would be counter-productive if I, the owner of the skyscraper, would call my attention irrevocably.

Perhaps the masters of the historic skyscrapers, such as Mr. Partok and Mr. Dazturka, narrowed their friendship with a stack of similar things.

And once analyzed, there is one thing to do.

"Jump in, okay?

"Oh, there are absentees out there, so long as they connect the venues - said Amane!?

"Then don't hesitate. Let me use the loaner there."

Borrow and prepare a rope with some bows and arrows and cymbals bracketed from a loan that is available for use in the event of broken participants' props.

Something's getting so much attention, but I don't care because that's what it's all about.

After a covert gaze conversation with Richay, I squeeze my bow.

Unlike the bells I always use, the cymbals that are targeted are huge. I guess it's a thing with improved visibility from the audience and the magnitude of the sound in mind.

"Now listen carefully"

You complain, I release the arrow. Cymbals made of warthog nails sound one after the other, playing nursery rhymes that everyone knows.

Some of the participants in the tournament who were using the instrument began to sound the instrument as I did. We're all good at just coming in, and we seem confident.

So my blade gradually floats, but leave it there.

"I'm running."

"Arrangements."

I say it back to Richay's no good.

Only a nursery rhyme widely known to the world tree and the audience knew the original song, and I guess I was uncomfortable playing it. He nods like he's got a point in it and laughs soothingly when he hears me and Richay interacting.

When I finished playing while running everywhere, the audience gave me a soothing applause.

Give me back my tools and I'll leave the place with Richay.

"Now some of the failures would have been in the air to get you to laugh and flush."

"Right. It was just a bad outfit."

They laugh at me like a prank, and I scratch my cheek.

I want a chance to return the stigma, even though I did it for you.

Looking around at the festival wondering if there would be anything, we head to the Takowka field.

Takowka hasn't glowed yet because it's still daylight, but it's a rolling word for well-maintained, big blooming flowers to spread out on one side of sight.

Whenever the flowers bloom, they are replanted for each color and aligned in one color per side of the field.

"I've got more strawberry kooka seeds, maybe I can plant them in this field"

"It saves me time replanting plants, so why don't I talk to the people I hire as administrators and ask them if they want to turn to landscaping?"

"Or have him work as a gardener."

While we talk, we stop our legs and chase the couple through the Takowka field to the Takakus Theatre.

Since the rental fee for the Tacax Theatre is only halved for the duration of this festival, several seats, starting with one in Rosas, show off their arts, plays and performances in a hiatus.

The audience was relaxing in the garden just in time for one to be replaced. Not many children or couples. One way or another, I can see more of the seniors.

There are limits to enjoying street food as the food gets thinner, and it's a small embarrassment to mix it up with the kids and fly kites. So I guess I took a trip to the Tacax Theatre.

The square in front of the entrance was a bit noisy with many young people, and the arts felt like they were still developing, so they wouldn't be enjoyable for the elderly with fat eyes.

In addition to customers, there were sellers in the Takakus Theatre Garden.

He dresses like he's on this ballpark and sells drinks and sandwiches. The sandwich appears to be made of bird ham made from rum bird breast.

"You're a very young seller."

"I'm a student in a specialty at Tacax School. I only work during the festival."

It's called part-time work.

Specialized disciplines opened this year can study agronomy, genetics, arts, etc. There are also entrance exams to see if you have basic schooling because you only teach professional knowledge, and the average age of students is in their mid-teens. Are the students who are sellers about fifteen years old?

In the future, if the visibility of the Tacax school increases or graduates become active, the average age will increase with enrollment of about two hundred people contemplating a career change.

"I also asked Mr. Kruwe in the city of Kattella, who at the beginning of the establishment of the college seems to be of low average age. The training school for heat management officers also had an average age of late teens in the first 120 years or so."

"The city of Kattera has many water stores in the city, so you must have let your kids through. I take it for granted that the average age drops."

Richay's predictions also make sense. It seems that it is still common to send successors to training schools, and there is goodwill that even kids with weird hobbies won't fall for work if they are qualified for the time being, like Teten.

Teten was brilliantly blurry and caged, though. Human beings, it seems, are the same in this world that qualifications alone can hardly make it to work.

"I don't have a lot of kids in Takakus, but it seems like a lot of kids are coming to learn from people in Cateo town. Villages on the north side of the world tree like the others are exporting food to the city of Kattera"

In other words, it will be acting as a role for succession development.

It is the current situation that has not yet reached the stage of increasing the number of researchers.

You can assume that this condition will continue for the time being.

After speaking to the Tacax Theatre seller and buying two sandwiches, me and Richay crossed the capitalization bridge.

Several couples can also be seen on the observation deck of the Capital Bridge. He looked at the kite rising from the fourth branch of the cloudless layer and spoke with pleasure.

I'll be back when the kid is born. Like, when I hear what you're saying, I want to present the kite. I will also paint a picture of Zhongxian now.

Shall I spread the word? Carp. If you export culture to Aquas, you feel like you're going to get a guide. Because I don't climb the dragon gate or anything, I think I need to give a proper explanation.

Stroll through the branches of the cloudy noodle layer thinking of it as such. There were also appearances of children and big friends flying kites here.

Apparently, he came to visit with a paragraph of the Inn's work, sidelined by Billows showing off his formidable powers to be a hero to his children, heading to Tenbashi Takeshi.

"Melmie and Teten will come home hungry, and shall we make dinner a little extravagant?

"You've only enjoyed half the festival because of it. I got it from looking around with Amane, and I need to make it up to the Mermies."

I'll try to make one, too, while gently stopping Richey from talking about crossing Tenbashi Takeshi.

Fu, looking at the aerial school of the second branch of the subcloud no layer, I saw a kite that the students seemed to be flying.

I guess it's fried by students my age who can't even work part-time yet.

Looking at nothing, one from the colorful kites that make up the herd, drifted off in the wind.

Has even the yarn been cut?

As he enjoyed his freedom, the kite disappeared somewhere in the wind.
