Why don't you build a village on top of the world tree

Lesson 16: The Skyscraper Corridor Plan

Two people were already waiting in the room that was put through: Mr. Partok, the current owner of Yoinsley, and Mr. Dazturka, the current owner of Beautellarm.

"Is Mr. Takakus here?"

As Mr. Partok raises one hand to greet me lightly, so do I.

"Where's Kanes?

"They're going to be a little late. I'm talking about a festival greeting."

Mr. Partok seemed dissatisfied with Mr. Dazturka for answering my question.

"Daz, don't take people's dialogue."

"I don't want to talk about it. I hope you're not in a bad mood for that. It hasn't changed since I was a kid."

"Uh-huh. It's better if you take people's dialogue."

We're good friends.

Sitting in the seat provided, Mr. Calaria came in with tea.

Looks like he's going to join us today, not as Caines' secretary, but as a paycheck.

When Richay bowed his head, Mr. Calaria also responded quietly with an elegant trick.

Mr. Calaria will also be seated in an empty seat because of the connection between Kanes and his arrival.

"Kanes is a little late because he has a festival greeting. Please understand."

The reasons I have just heard from Mr Dazturka are repeated.

There is still room for the opening hours of this meeting. We just got there too soon.

"Both the subcloud and middle cloud layers were pretty busy, but how many people are in there?

Asked as she remembered her thoughts of wandering around, Ms. Calaria responded after a few thoughts.

"Perhaps 70,000 tourists will go down today alone. The festival is scheduled for about three days, but it is expected to increase further tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, as well as the Hexas Games."

Considering that a lot of people can't come because of the fields, 70,000 people are pretty good on the first day alone.

Takakus' skyscraper memorial festival should have been 60,000 on the first day, 80,000 on the second day, and just under 90,000 on the third day. Though the actual number would be even smaller because it is an estimate based on the total number of people.

Maybe because the south side is originally heavily populated.

"When you were in Yoinsley, you said it was about 60,000 on your first day."

I guess you've read the material at the time. Mr. Partok gets mixed up in the story.

"When did you skyscrape Yoinsley?

"It was a little over a thousand and three hundred years ago. You're paying for Grandpa. The skyscraping of the beautellarm was almost simultaneous. Am I right?

When Mr. Partok tells the story, Mr. Dazturka, who was enjoying the scent of tea, nods back.

"Beautellam achieved skyscraping in the name of his great-grandfather, and there were seventy-three thousand visitors at the memorial festival. It has been an agricultural city since that time, so this is probably why the population of the surrounding towns and cities was somewhat larger than that of Joynesley."

Doesn't the crowd change that much even a thousand or three hundred years ago? It's a little surprising. I was wondering if it was less.

Keeping the public conversation going, Kanes glimpsed his face. I see all the other participants are there, and they look like a bunch of bad students who are late for class.

"I'm fine because I'm not late. Besides, you didn't bite me at the festival greeting, did you?

When he hits him lightly as he speaks, Kanes stretches his spine and walks to his seat, apparently getting back on track.

"I won't bite. I've been practicing so many times."

"Oh, my God, that's boring. Well, then, Kanes, we're all here, so I'd like you to say hello to the meeting. I hope so, don't I?

"Can you bite me?

After tapping lightly, Kanes sits in his seat and looks around at the participants.

"Well, we haven't even eaten yet, but I'm going to start the first meeting of the skyscrapers."

"That was more interesting to bite there"

Unsurprisingly, Mr. Dazturka will take the lead in the story while it is being made to brown.

"Then we have to clear this agenda first because of the first round. It's an explicit culture about the social positioning and responsibility of skyscrapers. It also influences the basic policy of the upcoming meeting, but it has solidified to some extent due to the accumulated role of Beautellarm and Yoinsley."

When Mr. Dazturka foresees that, he comes up with the materials. At the same time, Mr. Partok has come up with something that he has put together at Yoinsley.

From here, Richay will submit a basic document indicating the position of the Takakus on the north side of the world tree.

When Kanes put the basic materials on the table about Aquas in place of Mr. Calaria, who returned to serve, the materials were right.

After rotating and reading the contents of the material in each case, it is passed and woven into the text as soon as possible for overlapping positions and roles.

"- Coordinate local opinions, grasp supply demand, and allow skyscrapers to collaborate with each other to achieve smooth import and export of scarce supplies. The right to issue currency is traditionally received by Yoinsley and Beautellarm. Finally, the interests of the entire world tree shall be the primacy of this meeting. Are you sure about this?

Richay, who was the secretary to me, read it out, and all my lords, including me, nodded. The text so far just sums up the duplicates.

From here on out, we will need to fold.

"Building and maintaining a system of stable dispatching of the workforce, especially demonic bug hunters and snowy personnel, can't be done without a skyscraper?

Name one of the skyscraper roles submitted by me and Kanes, and Mr. Partok will strangle you.

"What kind of warbug hunter moves on his own to a hunting ground with few peers?

"That's a story about the east and west with good road maintenance. The north and south are still not building enough road networks, so there are really neglected areas of warbug hunters out there. In particular, in the case of the north, there are many villages and towns where the transportation network is mahi due to snow accumulation, and the challenge is to communicate during disaster emergencies typical of Cyrillic and snow shaking, and to construct means of transportation of supplies."

Explaining the background, Mr. Partok stroked his jaw.

"When that happens, it's not just a situation on the north side. If the movement of the Warbug Hunter remains unrestricted, can it be that there are not enough Warbug Hunters when needed?"

"Yes, so I want to work with the skyscrapers to manage the movement of the Warbug Hunter to a certain extent."

Although some warthog hunters have their homes on the north side, it is a condition that I would like to pass in view of the future.

Fine, Mr. Dazturka agrees.

"It is in the interest of the entire world tree to grasp the power of war and build a smooth dispatch system, beyond the damage some demons can call disaster in an individual like the demon of Barrill Cliff. However, this is somewhat lacking. Keep each skyscraper ready by placing a lower limit on your arrow and bow reserves."

"It helps."

"I'm going to be talking about it in every region apart from this. I think we should decide on the emergency route as well. Even the demon crusader at Barrill Cliff should have been thirty men in size. We need to go through a town with food reserves."

Each of them nodded at Kanes' proposal and arranged for information to be shared after the development of the dispatch route.

Meals were then carried within one careful discussion at a time.

Although alcohol is sometimes not available at work, it is a number of dishes with a lot of AQUAS specialties, including Ayuka and Mippa. I didn't expect to be able to eat fish salt kiln roasting in this world.

"You've roughly exhausted the role of the skyscraper."

Mr. Dazturka looks around and continues to see us as he confirms to be in attendance.

"Now let's talk about exactly how we're going to act."

Ayuka's a pain in the ass, but she's soft and delicious.

"We just confirmed that a skyscraper is a tower that brings together each region, east, west and north, on matters that need to be addressed across the world trees, like the emerging village issue. In the future, we should take the initiative to promote cultural exchange projects to strengthen cooperation in each region in advance."

Mr. Dazturka modifies the flow Mr. Partok smashed with force moves. You look so used to it. I can see the usual relationship.

I decided to get on with Mr. Dazturka's story. Mr. Partok looks like he's stuck, but I just want to get the job done.

"Even when it comes to strengthening cooperation in a bite, there's a distance problem at the moment, isn't there? Whatever it is for each region, east, west, north, south, east and west. The beginning and end of even taking some time to contact before we get in touch. I think this will be an immediate challenge."

Although we do not yet have a belly proposal, we need to point out only the problems to be solved and come up with a resolution at the end of the debate.

That's what I thought I said, but Mr. Partok and Mr. Dazturka laughed.

"As for the solution, only suggestions were made in my father's and mother's days. At the time, the skyscraper had only Joynesley and Beautellam, so we kept every plan in preparation for the time to come."

"Let's explain it from scratch. Fortunately, the development of a transportation network around the skyscrapers will continue, both east, west and north, so if you can travel directly between skyscrapers in each region, it will be easier to travel to municipalities in each region via the skyscrapers. And the skyscraper always has branches of the no-layer above the clouds. It's a branch of the clouds that can create roads that don't depend on the weather."

I see. You plan on stretching a dedicated road between the skyscrapers, east, west, north, south and south, connecting branches of the cloud-no-layer that have nothing to do with rainfall or snowfall, and turning it into a circular line? By using a radial road network that stretches from each skyscraper, there are no problems in getting around at the local level.

Sure, it's a plan that we can't proceed without a skyscraper from east to west to north. One of the reasons why we don't have branches in the city is because tourists and merchants from another part of the world come and go in and out of the skyscraper, which also serves as a relay, making a profit.

"What's the name of that plan?

When Kanes came out intrigued and asked, Mr. Partok replied with a childish grin.

Heavenly Tower Corridor Project.

Specifically, within a hundred years, we will complete the installation of wild monkeys from cliffs and branches to branches within two years so that we can come and go at a minimum, with a policy of developing a circular road on the cloud-no-layer, commonly known as the Heavenly Tower Corridor, and improve our network of contacts.

"It's a planned site for the roads we formulated at Yoinsley and Beauterrum. Nevertheless, it's somewhat old as a dossier, so you should think about a new planned location by next year. Consider the location of the roads in light of the municipalities in each region."

I receive the materials from Mr. Partok and look through them.

Based on the current situation, such as the movement of people and the industrialization of each municipality due to the erection of Takakus and the emerging village disturbances, the dossier is indeed old.

Since many new roads and bridges have also been built on the north side here these days, many items are not depicted in this dossier.

"Richay, keep this as a reference"

"Okay."

When I gave Richay the material, Mr. Dazturka called out.

"Now all the agenda for this meeting will be resolved, but I would like to propose one thing to Mr. Takakus."

"Suggestion, is it?

"Yes, it's a suggestion. It is a proposal to align the role of the skyscraper with the role of supporting cultural exchanges between regions."

"Is this a North and West Exchange business? Specifically?

"We watched it at Mr. Takakus' Skyscrapers Memorial Festival, but Takakus Theatre, that's a really good theatre. So we want to co-host a music festival"

"Is it a music festival? That sounds interesting."

Beautellarm artists are just top notch. It will also be a highlight of tourism during this period, and there is no reason to say no.

Playing to the unusual inhabitants of the north can also win new fans for the Beautellarm orchestra. This will come alive after the completion of the Heavenly Tower Corridor.

"Let's pack the details"

I talked to Mr. Dazturka about the music festival and agreed to hold it in five years.
