But his joy only increased after hearing the System’s voice.

"Lily... what percentage of comprehension does a person need to advance from Master (3) to Wis (4)?"
It was a question Rios had wanted to ask for a long time.
And now, the moment had finally come to receive the answer.
Hearing his question, Lily blinked several times before shrugging.
"Master, to advance from the third realm to the fourth realm, you need two things."
She raised her index finger.
"First, you must comprehend at least 10% of the first stage of any law. The greater your comprehension, the more stable your breakthrough will be and the lower the chance of accidents."
"Second, you need a catalyst. Using your understanding of that law, you must imprint that law into your Energy Core with the help of that catalyst."
Lily shrugged once more.
"Of course, this only applies to the Human Energy Path."
