Chapter 58. Unbelievable Physical Strength
[Clear conditions to proceed to the next floor. This floor has x7 gravity: Slaughter 700 intermediate rank 1 chaotic beasts]
"I heard the challenges get increasingly harder as one moves up the tower. Hopefully, the next floor will be more challenging," Aiden thought.
He was challenging the gravity tower to hone his combat instincts and experience. But so far, he was not getting what he challenged the tower for. He was starting to feel like he was wasting his time.
Aiden looked around.
Several intermediate rank 1 chaotic beasts were emerging from the gate.
Currently, he was standing in a round area formed as a result of several surrounding collapsed skyscrapers.
The chaotic beasts were large hobgoblins and trolls.
Aiden was calm.
His eyes turned crimson as countless blobs of blood appeared before him.
The blobs of blood transformed into several crimson arrows.
The trolls and hobgoblins shot towards him as they launched ice arrows and balls towards him.
The floating crimson arrows shot towards the creatures and their descending attacks.
The crimson arrows pierced through the ice arrows and ice balls. The ice arrows and ice balls were destroyed. The crimson arrows did not stop. They proceeded further. They arrived in front of the 700 creatures consisting of trolls and hobgoblins.
Puchi... puchi...
The crimson arrows pierced through the chests and heads of the trolls and hobgoblins at the same time.
The creatures squealed and snarled in pain as they fell on the ground with a dull thud and spasmed for a while.
Soon, their eyes turned lifeless and they stopped moving.
They were all dead.
[Clear conditions fulfilled. Congratulations for clearing the second floor in 3 seconds. You have set a new record. Hidden reward received; 6000 contribution points awarded. You are being transported to the third floor]

Outside the VR rooms, the audience was growing in number.
Everyone who arrived at the second floor of the training hall wanted to find out who was causing such a commotion that had caused such a large crowd to gather before the VR rooms.
They all looked at the screens in shock.
The 700 intermediate rank 1 creatures had been killed by Aiden Vhorn so effortlessly.
"This guy has set another record. He cleared the second floor in three seconds! Seriously??"
"Most of us don’t even make it past the second floor!"
"Bro doesn’t want anyone else to set a record or what? He has shattered Wilmora Henry’s record on the second floor too. Wilmora cleared it in 6 minutes. This guy used just three seconds."
"I wonder how she will feel when she comes out of the VR room."
"It’s simply too easy for him. I’m afraid only the fourth floor and upwards may start posing a bit of change to him."
"He’s now ranked 3500 on the Heavenly Ascension ranking list."
"Well, with the contribution points he keeps amassing for breaking records, it’s only natural."
The audience observed on the screens as Aiden Vhorn arrived on the third floor.
The environment of the third floor was the same as the second floor.
It was just that this time, Aiden had to kill 800 intermediate rank 1 chaotic beasts.
He used the same method he used on the second floor to kill them all. He cleared the third floor in 3 seconds again. He earned 8000 contribution points.
"He’s now ranked 2000 on the Heavenly Ascension ranking list!"
"He literally just surpassed Wilmora Henry!"
"Who would have thought Aiden Vhorn would make breaking clear records of the gravity tower, getting contribution points and climbing the Heavenly Ascension ranking list so effortless!"
"Look, he’s appeared on the fourth floor!"
Aiden appeared on the fourth floor.
The place was a ruined city.
Several dangerous chaotic beasts could be seen moving across the place.
"A virtual reality of an evacuated and abandoned city as a result of a chaotic beast tide that could not be controlled on time, huh," Aiden thought.
There were times where unfortunate cities across empires in Endra would be completely evacuated and abandoned by residents as safety protocol when gate closing interventions were delayed or chaotic beast tides were extremely overwhelming.
The city would become a ruined civilization and it would be classified as a no-go area for regular civilians. Warriors would frequent these places to thin down the number of chaotic beasts. Eventually, the beasts there would be slaughtered completely over time, the land would be reclaimed and the destroyed city would be rebuilt.
Aiden snapped out of his thoughts as the clear objectives appeared before him.
[Clear conditions to proceed to the next floor. This floor has x18 gravity: Eliminate the overlord of the area, the shadow moon wolf, an advanced rank 1 chaotic beast]
Aiden had scanned the place. It was full of advanced rank 1 chaotic beasts.
"This is much better than the previous floors. The gravity amplification is also satisfactory. Time to engage in actual combat," Aiden thought.
"I should test the effectiveness of my physical strength first. As long as my time in the tower is not up, I’ll just respawn if I die. This is not the real world. I can use this to my advantage to understand my physical strength better," Aiden said.
He was currently standing on a road full of destroyed and abandoned vehicles.
Suddenly, a towering creature lifted its head from behind a skyscraper with a destroyed summit.
It looked like a large gorilla.
It was an advanced rank 1 chaotic beast.
Aiden started to run towards it.
He nimbly leaped along walls of buildings and cars and ascended higher with preternatural grace. Eventually, his figure arced through the air, as he spun, eyes crimson, headed down towards the gorilla.
The creature looked at him.
It swatted its hand towards Aiden. The attack was very overwhelming. Aiden looked like a fly before the creature’s hand.
Everyone outside the VR room watched with bated breaths.
What was Aiden Vhorn up to this time? He was attacking an advanced rank 1 chaotic beast without using his affinity?
"He’s testing his physical strength," Someone noticed.
"Is he a masochist? Although he will respawn when he dies, 89 percent reality simulation is no joke. Dying will be very realistic. What if the creature swats him to death?"
"He’s someone who is probably very ruthless to himself in training."
"Look..." Someone said.
Aiden’s leg met with the creature’s hand. Slight pain travelled through his leg. But that was all.
Shockwaves rippled outwards from their clash.
The creature’s hand cracked.
It screeched in pain as pain travelled through its right arm. The hand exploded into chunks of flesh.
Aiden pivoted towards the creature’s head and launched another attack towards its head. The head cracked and exploded. The large creature’s headless body crashed into the skyscraper and destroyed the skyscraper. It fell down with a loud thud that caused the place to shake.
"I see," Aiden thought. "An average advanced rank 1 chaotic beast cannot withstand my physical strength. Only those creatures who naturally have very high defenses because of their biology will be troublesome to deal with if I use only my physical strength. I’ve seen what I need to see. It’s time to go all out."
Blobs of blood before Aiden. Some of them transformed into crimson wings. The crimson wings attached itself to his back. Some of the blobs of blood transformed into a crimson armor and covered his figure. Then, the remaining blobs of blood transformed into a large scythe.

As for the audience outside the VR rooms, they were shocked.
What sort of physical strength did this guy have?
What sort of body was this? He had slaughtered that large creature with just his physical strength?
How could he also move so freely under the weight of x18 gravity? Was this guy not too adaptable?
They knew Aiden Vhorn was a freak, but they still couldn’t help but be shocked.
Now that he was about to use his affinity, what shocking stuff would he pull off now?
