Chapter 303: Axiom Fight
The bolt of lightning disappeared inside the scroll and the mountainous pressure on her body disappeared as well.
She raised her head and saw two people standing in front of her protectively. One of them was clad in a dark cloak as well.
Then she realised it wasn’t a cloak, their bodies were surrounded by pure darkness, he was an Axiom as well.
The woman looked at her and smiled gently, her golden eyes glowing with the tenderness of a mother.
Meggie’s eyes opened wide with suprise, " How? How is this possible!?" She found herself shouting.
The woman giggled, " Child, I think it’s time you leave, met us take care of this." She turned back and faced the giant Axiom.
" I suggest you lay down your hammer son of Asgard, these children are not yours to touch." Said the golden eyed woman.
" You would dare stand in my way woman?" The Axiom roared, his voice shaking the sky like a thunderous roar.
The other Axiom stood in front of the woman but said nothing. The son of Asgard looked down at the other Axiom.
" Will you also stand against me? You who know what I know, you would still protect it?"
" I will not let you harm a child Thor Odinson, it is not he who is out enemy, you know as do I who needs to fall."
" Stand aside Adam, I wish not to battle you."
" I will not, you have been given the honour to protect this world once more, to be a champion you once were and you use it to try and kill a child?" Adam roared with a rage full voice.
" Honour? You call this honour, she has desecrated my soul, dishonoured my warrior’s death and you call this honour?
I did not ask nor need this, it is a curse, my brothers and sisters feast within the halls of Valhalla but I and only I am cursed to never fight by the side of the all father again.
Still, disregarding who gave me such a curse, I am still a child of Asgard, we are the defenders of the nine realms.
I will make sure this world does not fall, no matter the cost, our Genesis will be the last, I will make sure of that will my last breath, now stand aside human."
Adam didn’t move, " Then our goals aligh Thor, I too wish to protect this world but killing the child will change nothing." Adam argued.
" He is the bringer of doom, he is the heart of destruction, he will fall."
" But that is not his choice, I will not allow you to judge him for what he could be, it is unjust son of Odin."
" It is his destiny, it had always been his destiny, it is written in the scroll of heaven, that you know, so why deny it?"
Adam did not answer, he realised Thor had no intentions of backing down and was intent on taking Meggie.
The truth was, the boy was hidden and protected from the Axiom, they could send others against him.
But they couldn’t touch him themselves, Thor had tried before by sending the Rendersol.
Unfortunately he didn’t have the aura or anything from the boy and the Rendersol couldn’t touch what couldn’t see them.
Which is why he needed Meggie, she was the boy’s mother, his aura lingered in her womb and her blood flowed in his veins.
As long as Thor has that, he could do many things including cursing the boy or sending another creature to him.
He also couldn’t rely on the Demigods, Adam had made certain of that by claiming the boy’s death will cut off their path to Godhood.
Technically he wasn’t lying about that but he wasn’t telling the whole truth either and it was true that the Axiom had no intentions of killing the boy but for a different reason.
Adam looked at Eve, they nodded at each other and prepared for battle, Eve’s ability was not combat oriented.
But it was very versatile depending on her own knowledge and as God who has been alive since the old era.
Her knowledge was staggeringly high, plus, she was one of the first two Espara to ever exist.
She clasped her hands together and a green marble appeared between her palms, this was her divine realm.
Adam waved his hand and summoned his own divine realm. Somewhere in the universe.
A giant sphere the size of a star that looked like a swirling eye of darkness shook for the first time in tens of thousands of years. In Alguard, the Demigods were the first to feel it.
The leader of the Avian race flew up, his face twisted with fury then confusion. " Is the black market..."
This to him was inconceivable, " It couldn’t be? Could it?" The sudden thought he had was too much to believe.
Everybody in the black market felt it even worse, they were suddenly ejected out but all of their properties were left inside.
The black market disappeared and everybody lost connection to it, those who knew the implications of this were terrified.
A black swirling eye similar to his two eyes appeared on his palm, he place it on his forehead giving himself a third eye.
This was what separated a true divine realm to the semi-divine realms of Demigods. Semi-divine realms were just more intricate domains.
As long as two demigods were fighting each other and had similar strengths, their semi-divine realms become useless since they cancel each other out.
But a true divine realm was not only a world but a weapon of the God, as long as they had it close to them.
They would have an infinite source of esper and their power would sky rocket, even if they couldn’t trap their opponents inside the divine realm.
They can still use it in battle. Thor on the other raised his hammer, a marble sized sphere of lightning inserted itself on the hammer.
Thunder and lightning roared increasing his power. Adam and Thor looked at each other then lunged.

Meggie had ran out of Alfheim long ago taking Maleficent with her but she didn’t dare go to find Adrian.
She knew the Axiom could track her anywhere she went, going to Adrian would be just putting him in danger.
However countless thought were running through her head at the moment, when the two Axiom were taking, she heard something that drew her attention.
