" More and more Gadra waves, they don’t seem to have an end." Annie complained to Adrian.

" Do you think something is drawing them here!" He asked.

" I don’t know, maybe something or someone is driving them here, let have Alex investigate it."

He nodded, " That’s a good idea, leave it to him."

Alex received the order and took two of the strongest members of his lineage and went to investigate the source of the waves.

They all came from different directions so they were going to start from where the first wave came.

Alex’s nose showed him the path the Gadra wave has taken. Calling this an investigation was not accurate, at least that’s what he thought.

His lineage had senses higher than those of other werewolves, all he needed to do was follow the scent and he would know what he needed to know.

Eventually he arrived near a fallen town, obviously having been overran by the Gadra wave.

" Stop." He commanded, " I smell something here." He followed this new scent all the way out of town.

It smelled familiar but he couldn’t quite tell who it belonged to. ’ Weird, I don’t usually forget scents.’

He found his inability to remember strange, so he followed the scent until he reached a mountain range where he lost it.

" Somebody really might be behind the waves I can’t be sure, let go investigate the other sources."

They took off and ran like the wind, a few hours later they arrived at another town, this one was still standing.

It was obvious it had been attacked as well but it managed to stand, Alex sniffed the air trying to find the scent.

" It’s here as well." It was well known that the waves started from the wilderness but as soon as the Gadra reached Alguard.

They went to where the Fayara and humans were most concentrated which is why he went to the nearest towns to the pack territory.

" I’m almost positive now, somebody is behind this wave but I can’t pinpoint their scent."

He followed the scent out of town towards the direction of the pack but it suddenly disappeared halfway.

The scent was faint so he couldn’t exactly see what the person looked like through it or what they were doing.

He reported his findings back to Adrian then continued trying to pinpoint the scent to at least find out who it belonged to.

Back at the pack.

" Who do you think it is?" He asked Annie who was resting on his chest.

" It could be anybody, we’re not really liked you know but if I really had to choose, I’d say it’s either greed or envy."

He raised his eyebrow, " Oh, why do you think that?"

She raised her head and looked him in the eye, " They did try to steal your wheel and failed." She answered.

" Shouldn’t that failure be enough for them to know they can’t take it?" He asked.

She giggled, " Oh sweetie, I thought you of all people would know how demons think, let alone the sins.

They are greed and envy, it’s impossible for them to let go, that would defy their very nature, they will try to take it again.

What better time than when we’re busy trying to fend off the waves of Gadra, I bet they’re not far from here."

Adrian did not argue, he knew she was most likely right but he would sense the sins as soon as they enter within the range of his wheel.

Thousands of kilometres away from the pack. An army of Fayara more than ten thousand strong stood as one.

The army was made from Fayera of different races. Next to them was an Espara army 8 thousand strong.

The Fayera were led by three level 8 Fayera while the Espara were led by 2 level 8 Espara.

Their faces were twisted with rage and determination, they marched as one, shaking the ground with each step.

Behind them were four people, three women and one man. " How did you convince them to march against those wolves brother?" Gluttony asked.

" Oh that was easy, I merely told them the truth with a bit of flair, I roused their greed, they did not need much convincing."

" The truth, oh you didn’t!" Gluttony was surprised, if greed had told them the truth about the heart of destruction then there was no doubt they would move to fight.

Seeing the heroic expressions on their faces, she believed he really did. " Still, why didn’t they report it to their superiors?" She asked.

" Ke ke ke" Lilith giggled, " Knowing our brother, he probably told them everything, including the fact that their leaders do know.

Still, knowing mortals, they’re not so heroic as to risk their lives just to save others with no reward, what else did you tell them?" Lilith asked.

" What they needed to hear." Greed answered without getting into details,.leaving his siblings wanting more.

Lilith shrugged, " Good luck, this is not my fight, I’ve helped as much as I could, you owe me for this."

She disappeared, Gluttony followed after leaving Greed and Envy alone, both of them desired the treasures of Adrian.

They hid from the two armies and followed hundreds of metres behind them.

Alex cracked the scent to an empty field but then caught another scent, it smelled like strong perfume.

The scent stimulated his sexual desire a little bit, he didn’t have a mate so he was still susceptible to lust.

" Let go back." Alex had no desire to deal with lust, last they knew she already had strength rivalling level 8.

He wasn’t Adrian and couldn’t fight against a level 8 demon, especially one as powerful as the sins.

What he didn’t know was that Adrian could only fight against them because they lacked their sigils.

The sins were equal to an archduke and even stronger with their sigils. Alex retreated but he hadn’t got far when he felt an aura flying towards them.

He looked back and saw a level 8 Avian flying towards them. " Shit." He cursed.

" You two, run." He ordered his pack members and he came to a stop to face the Avian.
