Now that he learnt Adriana might be fine, he felt a bit more calm, the only thing left was rescuing Meggie.

However while he knew how to do that, he didn’t think he’s capable of doing it. He didn’t have the power to break into that prison.

What Adrian didn’t know was that Meggie was not in the second prison but on one of the more accessible wildernesses.

Knowing that would not change anything, on the contrary he might find it even harder to rescue her.

The two prison realms can be opened using a world piercer, both the Organisation and the High Council has one.

If he could borrow and buy borrow he means steal them,he can open a gate to the prisons but the wilderness Meggie was in was artificially locked.

Unless Adrian is a demigod, he’s not breaking that seal, not that he knew any of that.

He was still worried about to get his hands on one of the two world piercers. He gave up temporarily.

And just like that 3 years went by, Adrian and Annie were huddled together in their bed having spicy time when the entire castle shook.

In the past three years, every single werewolf managed to break through their levels.

They now had multiple levels 7 werewolves, all of the 13 Delta were included and multiple Gemma and Omega.

Unfortunately,Annie’s family were yet to reach that level, as Betas, their esper was too pure.

They were not like him and Annie and found it harder to fully control their thick and fast flowing esper.

Still, no matter which werewolf broke through, this never happened. They say up and felt the aura around them.

Frost appeared on the walls and even on their bed. Annie smiled happily, " Eve had broken through."

Adrian was not so happy, it’s not that he didn’t want Eve to break through but she did it at the worst time.

He looked at the little guy who was yet to calm down and sighed. Annie got up and got dressed then ran out.

He followed after her and they ran towards the room Eve was in and found Cane standing there.

The ghosts of his parents were standing next to him, over the years Eve has been feeding them her ghost esper.

About a decade ago they finally reached the level of being able to materialize themselves giving themselves physical form.

They no longer needed to stay in the amulet around Cane’s neck, those who didn’t know better might mistake them for living people.

Actually that was not far from the truth, thtur bodies were mere manifestations, you might call them flesh suit but those suits were alive.

They had blood flowing in their veins and a beating heart, they can eat, the only thing differentiating them from humans is that they are cold to the touch and don’t age.

All three of them were watching the room eagerly, there was a hint of worry in Eve’s parents eyes.

A layer of frost had surrounded their bodies but one was a werewolf at level 5 and the other two were ghosts.

As undead spirits they had no levels but being able to manifest physical forms is a sigh of strength.

Adrian was able to estimate their strengths could match that of a level 8 Fayera which was impressive.

As for why they didn’t help when the castle got attacked, they were not here, they were accompanying their daughter who was gathering undead spirits to increase her power.

He and Annie sat down and waited, two days passed and the entire castle, no entire domain was surrounded by thick grey fog.

Adrian used lunar realm which covered a radius of a thousand kilometres then he realised.

The entire city below has been caught up in her semi divine realm, Eve created a ghost town as her realm.

Upon closer look, this town resembled Lagon but at its centre stood her house rather than the church.

’ Well this makes sense, this is where it started for her after all.’ Adrian remembered all those years ago.

It was so long ago that any non supernatural human who had been alive back was almost certainly dead by now.

Yet here they sat with barely any changes in their physical appearances, it was all so surreal.

The weight of his immortality was starting set in and strangely he felt nothing from it, neither joy nor sadness.

’ Am I that far separated from humanity now?’ he wondered, he was thinking about the passage of human life and he felt nothing.

He felt the same thing he felt when he learnt about the lifespan of flies when he was still a kid.

Back then he thought their lives were meaningless, that even killing a fly would not change anything.

They wouldn’t live past a month anyways, even the longest lived wouldn’t live more than 2 months.

Then dying sooner would change nothing, in comparison to his lifespan as a human back then, their lives were a blink.

Now he felt the same about humans, whether that was a good or bad thing, he couldn’t tell.

One thing he was not certain of though, he genuinely didn’t care about humans anymore.

Or rather he saw them as less, the same way they see pets, he wouldn’t mind protecting those who lived under him as they are his.

Speaking of which, he could see them panicking as they suddenly found themselves some place else.

Some were screaming and calling for their friends and others were on the ground shivering.

They remembered what had happened 3 years ago before they came here, the terror they had felt back then was too much to bear.

Adrian sent a pack call to Sam, as the police force, it was their duty to maintain order and so they did.

Well Sam was too lazy for that, he just sent his lineage members including Diego and Isabella to calm the public down.

When he saw them handling the situation and seeing the trust the people had in them he closed his eyes and rested.

Another day went by and the semi divine realm ghost town disappeared and everybody found themselves back home.

The door opened and Eve came out smiling, her hair was completely white and so long it reached below her waist.

" I’ve become a demigod." She whispered happily.
