Falling Mage and the Power of Divergence
Lesson 3: The Magic School Class
The day at Senavian School of Magic consists of six classes. This is common in most magic schools and is basically separated on a two-hour basis.
In the first or second hour, he learns the theory of magic in situs, scissors a little longer rest time, and the third or fourth hour becomes a time of voluntary practice.
Voluntary training time is the time to solve your own problems and concerns, and in some cases it is possible to consult with the teachers.
And in the fifth or sixth hour after the lunch break, practical exercises and practical training incorporating magic and martial arts were held.
Magic basically consists of three fields: theory, technology, and adequacy, and these three together can exercise magic for the first time.
Theory, as its name suggests, is about how magic is structured and what its components are.
Technology is a magician's skill, and it can also be described as his good magician. It is the only area where improvement is possible depending on effort.
And aptitude is adequacy to magical attributes. The magician was born with one of the four attributes, fire, water, wind and light, which become basic attributes, and all magic consists of these four attributes.
Some magicians are born with two or more aptitudes, and it is possible to handle composite magic that uses multiple attributes simultaneously from the very beginning.
The magic of an aptitude attribute is easy to handle, but it is difficult to use the magic of an aptitude attribute. So the magician has decided on the magic he can use to some extent since he was born.
Three of the above are important things about magic. By the way, Seyya's proper attribute is light, but powerful light attribute magic aside, she was so bad at magic that even simple magic required full chanting.
The reason is that I couldn't train magic in childhood because I don't have parents.
Failure to train in childhood means that it is slower to learn magical fundamentals than people, and the overwhelming difference has already opened up between them and their surroundings at this point.
So Seiya was even training swordsmanship and studying seating. Thanks to you, Seiya's grades in seating are pretty good.
Seiya began to prepare for class as Ramia, who was in charge, left the classroom. The first hour of the class will be "Chant Description," an understanding of the meaning of chanting used to activate magic.
Each word and word of chanting when activating magic has its own meaning, and that meaning constitutes the magic formation. Two types of magical chants of the same attribute, if there is a word on which it is worn, the word will be a word that represents the attribute.
For example, the chant of the fire attribute primary magic "Fire Bullet (Fire Barrett)" is as follows:
"I, the one who receives protection from fire. Give me protection now." Fire Bullet "
Here is an indication of using fire attribute magic with the phrase "who receives the protection of fire". There are other words that manifest fire attributes, but this word is the most popular.
Three shadows approach as Seyya prepares for class. Of course it's those three Zach, Hoa, and Shra.
"Annone, are you ready for class?
"You're very conscious."
"Well, Annone has to work twice as hard."
The three of them were involved in Seyya not just every morning, but almost every time they took a break. Seiya also responds in a low position as usual, as it happens every time.
Because it's easier for Saiya to throw away her pride than it is to have a bad attitude and undermine the mood of the three of us and be a pain in the ass.
"Yeah... because I'm inferior to everyone else. We have to work hard."
Saiya answers Zach and the others with a bitter laugh. I usually make fun of Seyya here and go back to my seat satisfied, but unfortunately the three of us were in a worse mood today than usual.
"Whoa, Annone. That sounds like catching up to us."
Seeing Zach about Seiya with a hateful grin.
"That's not what I said..."
Seiya tries to solve a misunderstanding, but it's not easy to solve. The three of them are doing it on purpose.
"Don't get on with it, Annone"
"That's right."
"Nothing..."
Whatever you say, it takes you in the wrong direction. But if you shut up, it will be perceived as ignoring it, so Saiya is stuck in words.
But Zach took even that as a spoken answer. Apparently Zach is in a pretty bad mood.
"Ah? You're gonna answer that?
"I'm in good shape, so I have to apologize."
"Down in the ground, I guess."
The three begin demanding the dungeon of Seyya. I don't care what you think, it's too much. But no one in the class stops the three of them.
There are some things in the class that are more stylish than Zach's, but there couldn't have been anyone to help Seyya.
"Ha ha, that's good. Then it's dusty."
"I'm not feeling well. - Say it."
"Come on, Anno."
That's what Seyya says, slowly getting her hands on the ground.
There is no such thing as pride in its face, and it is as if it were a task to sit in the ground and apologize. The whole class sees such a sight as a flicker, but there is still no stopping it.
"I wasn't on track. Forgive me."
"" "Gahahahahahahahahahaha" "
Zach and the others laugh out loud when they see Seyya's dungeon. And Zach said as he stepped on Seyya's head as he was grounded.
"The bottom line of elementary magicians is not answering to the Intermediate Mage Clan. Oh, and this isn't an assault, it's a sanction. Ha-ha-ha."
Zach's actions are one-off but justified.
In the magician's world, if a lower clan defies a higher clan, the higher clan has the power to sanction that lower clan, and if it exercises that power of sanction, it is allowed as lawful if it is determined that it is not excessive.
And what Zach was doing now fit in legitimately.
If this punches Zach about Seyya, or if the other two get their hands on Seyya, that would be a problem, but Zach and the others don't step on such a dodge because they understand the area.
The classmates pretend to be invisible to the Sayers, chatting and getting ready for class, etc.
Seyya was being struck like this every day.
Every day I can make you apologize if I disagree at all. There's nothing one elementary magician can do to change the status quo or have no family.
Such painful times are also forced to come to an end if the class begins. Bokt, the teacher in charge of chanting explanations, came into the classroom and started a class on chanting explanations.
Standing on the stage and writing words one after the other on the blackboard, Bokt is a famous figure in the world of magical chanting. He was doing research on chant discards during magic activation, a great figure who was theoretically allowing no chanting.
But when he announced it, he came to the conclusion that unchanging was risky and dangerous, and when he also announced it, he was blamed for receiving a voice of praise and at the same time a denial of possibilities, a person who became a one-jump person.
Since then, although he has continued his research, he has now apparently invested in education.
"There are at least three things you need to chant. First, the granting of attributes. Without this, we can say that it is impossible to build a magic formation. And then the words of the magical composition content. Is it for attack or defense, piercing or releasing? Without this, it would just be a magic explosion..."
Classes continue in this way, and at the end of the first hour, the second hour of sitting is next.
The second hour of today's lecture is about "special effects by attribute," which is the basic thing in the basics. This class just does the basics and doesn't do much for Seiya either.
For this reason, Seiya reviews the chant as she pretends to listen to the class.
There were a lot of students sleeping pretending to be listening to classes just like Seiya, but the "special effects by attribute" teacher cared about those students. I didn't show them. I proceeded with the classes pale.
Incidentally, a special effect by attribute is like a by-product present in each magic attribute. 'Activation' for fire, 'sedation' for water, 'hardening' for wind, 'rising' effects can be magically imparted by light, a technique that can be used unexpectedly.
At the end of the second hour, which most students hadn't heard, and after a long holiday, Seiya left the classroom early enough so Zach and the others wouldn't find her.
It is on the roof of the school building that Seyya leaves the classroom and heads early. The rooftop of the Senavian School of Magic usually forbids students from entering, but only Seyya was specifically allowed.
Seyya spends every day on that roof, from this rest time until the end of her fourth hour of voluntary practice.
This was for Seyya and at the same time for the other students.
If you practice voluntarily in the same place as Seyya, who is despised as Annone, the air on the spot becomes subtle and uncomfortable for Seyya and for other students.
So Lamia, who distracted me, gave me permission to use the roof.
Permission for rooftop use is also appreciated for Seiya, who has been allowed to make effective use of the space where she can concentrate on her own.
When Seyya opened the iron door and reached the roof, there was a foreman there.
