Fearful growls escaped the throats of the dragons, as they watched another of their kin fall out of the skies to its demise.

But entrapped by the evolvers of division one, the dragons were completely helpless, and running wasn’t an option.

Inevitably, one of the dragons faltered for a beat, its movement suddenly falling into a chaotic mess; Seth whisked right in, in a flash.

His spear swept through the wind, and created streaks of bleeding red, as the dragon’s body twitched and fell decapitated, its head spiralling off into the distance.

Another of their kin died, turning their movement more frantic and prone to a lot of openings.

Seth homed in onto another dragon, flipping his spear as his frame drew a stance, his muscle clenched, ready to leap into action in an instant.

Tense but still, he waited right until another dragon fell into a mess of disorderly movements, its reaction speed definitely skewed.

His movements were insanely quick, but remained precise and in order.

Zipping right into range, his spear tore through the skull of the beast to inject a heavy flow of dangerous essence, pumped into such a vulnerable center; the winged beast collapsed dead, its eyes suddenly losing sight.

The soldiers of division one moved with a cohesive synchronisation, which made their attack capacity quite high.

Needless to say, a few more minutes and the entire dragon flock of thirteen was dead...

These were dragons—they just slayed thirteen dragons in a mere matter of minutes.

’Damn I didn’t think the battle suit’s capacity would be so lethal.’ Seth thought in surprise.

He had previously assumed that due to the lack of a mech his group wouldn’t have the same dragon slaying capabilities like the others.

But it seemed like he was wrong. The size difference against these monsters had become a sort of advantage making their slaying capabilities even more effective.

Lights flashed as their systems instantly recorded their mission status as complete, the receiver instantly getting a beat of new information.

A new minimap flickered into view. Seth’s pupils constricted; it seemed the difficulties were increasing with each battle.

The warp reactor embedded into their suits charged and sparked, as a gaping wormhole bled into space, swallowing the entire division whole.

The scenery flipped, as colors mashed, before everything blended back together in a cohesive mesh.

Seth gripped his spear tightly as he stared far into the horizon of the new location.

They were on a volcano island of sorts, carrying a massive towering volcano home to a great dragon.

Beasts of great devastating power, beyond that of ordinary flame dragons, these beasts were larger and had more lethal capacity within their arsenal.

They carried royal blood of an ancient golden dragon, as the flames they carried were rumoured to carry the heat of the sun itself.

This wasn’t a normal dragon, and that was precisely why they were here. Shedding the blood of the great dragons would release an irresistible scent that would surely gather more dragons than they could otherwise find at once.

The island shook and quaked, as a claw dripping with molten orange grabbed onto the rims of the volcano.

A devastating roar broke through the horizon, echoing with a thundering effect, as a head snapped right out of the volcano.

Its pure red eyes glowed with intense rage as it snarled and growled, turning directly towards Seth’s direction.

Its size was massive, practically casting a shadow over the group... its scales already carrying a faint tint of gold-flecked crimson red as its tail arced.

The evolvers’ energy blades charged, as their battle suits’ thrusters burst with jets of compressed flames.

Zipping through the wind, each individual raced into a precise position, all anchoring themselves into a formation.

The great dragon sensed danger and snarled, roaring to the sky, the wave of billowing ash rising from its throat so thick it blocked the sun in the sky, swirling into dark clouds.

Its claws suddenly raised into an attack, the moment executed faster than gravity was meant to allow.

The speed caught them off guard, but they still managed to evade through the strike skillfully.

The claw dug into the volcano side, making flaming contents bubble with a higher intensity.

The dragon suddenly spun through the wind, sweeping out its tail like a whip, the tail tearing through the wind ready to deliver a scalding lash all while a pulse of red thrummed up its throat.

Seth was still assessing the monster and still hadn’t come up with a sure means to take out this beast.

Unless he outsourced a means, taking this thing down wouldn’t be easy.

His senses caught sharp spikes of energy from several evolvers from his side.

His eyes lit up, it seemed the pressure was finally enough and had ignited six human evolvers into fully-fledged bronze humans.

With their stats effectiveness shooting through the roof, these guys will finally be able to pack a punch and deliver lethal blows to dragons by themselves.

Seth’s previous plan was to equip a divine item to snipe this dragon dead.

But now he decided to take things slow for a bit, if more soldiers could shed through the ranks of false bronze humans, then it was worth it.

Blending into the background of the assault, Seth wasn’t the primary assault force in this attack this time.

With him directing the flow of battle, he utilized every evolver to their true potential.

All of them participating as the core assault force, they focused on dealing deadly lacerations to the dragon’s throat, hoping to disrupt its charge.

In the end it was all of no use, as its jaws snapped open, brilliant rays of bright red spilling from its massive maws.

This... this definitely couldn’t be avoided. A pillar of flame, spanning a range of miles in one breath beamed from its throat.

The defense shields of the battle suits ground down underneath the intense heat, their durability taking a massive dip.

But it still weathered the storm, allowing the evolvers to escape with their lives, all of them awakening into bronze humans from the pressure.

The dragon’s wings parted; this beast couldn’t be allowed to take the skies.

Jumping back into the assault, Seth stepped forward and whipped out his spear, letting it tear through the wind charged with deadly essence.

The spear pierced directly through the wings, sending a sharp influx of poisonous essence up its marrow.

The dragon let out a pain-filled furious roar, as the wings fell limp by its sides, the sudden shift in weight messing with the dragon’s center of balance.

The entire division dived into action, attacks charged with lethal flows of essence, blitzed across the dragon’s vulnerable frame.

This split moment was more than enough to allow the humans to chip at its vitality; the great dragon was furious as its blood cloaked its frame.

Another charge welling up its throat, as currents of light pulsed and it swung its head, Seth’s way.

Its golden, rage-filled pupils focused on Seth, as its maw parted.

Seth’s armor quickly activated its shield of defense, resisting the temperature of the dragon flames, as he charged forward against the tide of the beam of fire.

Fighting his way out of the attack, his grim bone spear dragging behind him.

His shield of defense flickered off, its power supply barely dented. His spear stuck in from the side ripping right through an eye.

He charged his entire frame like a projectile, bursting right into the dragon’s head along with his spear.

The spear sank in deep enough to rage with a savage flow of essence, causing more damage as he progressed through the dragon’s skull.

With the others pressing in on the attack from the outside, within moments the dragon collapsed dead rolling down the volcano.

Its blood flowed in massive streams down the volcanic mountain, impervious to the scalding degrees of temperature.

Seth dug his way out of the dragon’s carcass, glancing at his entire division, he was pleased to see a good portion of them had gone beyond false bronze state.

Meaning they’d have a better chance dealing with what came next, especially since the others could now take various assault fronts.

Each member of team alpha headed a unit of nineteen soldiers, together making a twenty-man unit.

The division soldiers scattered into agreed locations, their battle suits stealth function activating as they blended into the scenery.

The scent of the great dragon’s blood riding the wind served as a wild, intense, irresistible form of attraction to all dragons within the region’s radius.

Everywhere went silent for a moment. Until a shadow approached from the horizon then two, then three.

The numbers climbed as the dragons glided through the winds, drool escaping their maws as they plunged down towards the volcanic mountain.

To be more precise, diving straight for the remains of the great dragons.

While hiding with the stealth fields, battle suits glowed as the soldiers got ready to pounce.
