Kikanshita Yuusha no Gojitsudan

Episode 147: The Living Frontline of the Brave II

"Uh-huh, then I'll say the terms again. The period is five days, excluding weekends.

Planning products and selecting purchasing layers in a team of five people, and creating a marketing plan. The marketing plan also includes the creation of cash follow-ups on how goods are sold, manufacturing costs, operating costs, etc., production quantities and manufacturing delivery times.

You can check with our department personnel regarding costs, etc., but as a general rule, we recommend that you compile a kitten and confirmation items for up to three deployments per team. Oh, please make room for confirmations and questions as they don't necessarily have immediate answers.

And we'll have presentations on each team next Wednesday. The results of the presentation do not in themselves affect the evaluation, but if we are actually transported to employ the product that you suggested, if you are a participant in that team and wish to do so, we will issue a hiring policy. And I apologize in that case, but please note that we will have a confidentiality agreement regardless of whether you do not come to us. "

When the person in charge speaks so much in one breath, he or she looks at the group gathered in the conference room and confirms that there are no questions, etc.

"I will now announce that the team is combining here. Please note that we will not accept members' desire to replace them, and the team will be disqualified if there is a relationship or other problem that will not be resolved after a day. That and if a person is missing due to sudden circumstances, it will not be replenished either. So, the first pair..."

Each time a member of the team is announced, there has been some sawdust, but progress has generally been quiet. Well, some of my friends will be coming with me. That's not to be taken into account in the actual company, and the participants will know that, so naturally.

Of course there is no difference because I am on my own.

What are you doing?

I'm coming to an electric manufacturer today to take an internship that came out last time.

This internship.

There are several types, roughly speaking, with a short term of about a day or two, a medium term of a week or two, and a long term of more than a month.

According to the company, the short term reception is from time to time, and once or twice a month the content is a bit like a corporate briefing. In many cases, tours of the actual workplace and manufacturing sites as well as materials are included.

Long-term universities are implemented during extended vacation periods, such as summer and spring breaks, with the aim of acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary for work while doing part-time work, including work experiences. They often get paid, albeit in small amounts.

And this is the mid-term internship I decided to take.

Positionally, it takes place in the middle of the short and long term, rather than for the acquisition of skills, for the purpose of working experience. It's unpaid because of that. The timing of implementation is inconsistent with companies and is often implemented during extended leave periods, but there seems to be quite a few places where job placements are carried out on regular weekdays from autumn to spring when they become active.

I followed my recommendation the other day when I spoke to Seniors Kanzaki and quickly applied for internships with a number of companies.

This means that I have received two short-term companies and then I am participating this time in the medium term, when I was able to slip in just in time.

It was a medium-sized electrical equipment manufacturer who received it.

They also subcontract the commissioning of major electrical manufacturers in companies that manufacture and sell on-board equipment such as automobiles and small and medium-sized household electrical equipment.

This internship is intended for students aspiring to a general position, planning, and sales, and will be a work experience where new products are planned with reference to facilities and equipment that have been visited and explained in advance (yesterday and one day), and a total plan is created for manufacturing and sales.

It's like playing games if you ask me, but the content that is asked will be quite professional because it complies with actual business.

The rep said something about hiring at the company, depending on the plan, but, well, it's a student's plan. I can imagine that they won't be hired as they are first.

For this reason, the company has not made it clear, but according to senior information, the results of the internship will not directly affect non-recruitment, but will certainly be taken into account in terms of evaluation. Well, that's right.

After the team division is announced, move to the assigned room for each team.

They say this will be the hub of activity for the next five days in places like designated small meeting rooms and business meeting rooms.

Our team was assigned a 10-tatami room right next to the conference room we were first briefed on.

Is it usually used for meetings and presentations. There are whiteboards, projectors & screens, and oval round tables.

"Uh, why don't we all introduce ourselves first? Oh, I'm Toyoshi Akahashi, three years of management at T University School of Economics. Hobbies include marine sports and snowboarding? Greetings."

"I've been a big information science department for three years, Emmi Green Mountain (Midoriya Mamegumi). Regards,"

"Wow, I'm, uh, three years in the Faculty of Economics at H University in Nanmanrina. Shh, my hobby is, uh, ani, not movie watching and man, no, lano, but, duh, reading!

"Oh, me? Uh, four years of D economy, Itagaki, Yoro."

"I'm Yuya Kashiwagi, three years of s major economics department. My hobby is biking. Best regards,"

When he entered the room and hung it properly in his seat, a man named Red Bridge, who stood at the head and entered the room, cut the fire.

He's a refreshing young man with short haircuts. Your face is fuzzy, but you look handsome with a smile and atmosphere. But his face, atmosphere, and behavior are good enemies for the perfect handsome Todo.

... I'm vain to say, so let's stop now.

Nevertheless, I guess it's a pretty aggressive temperament to see where you're taking the initiative. I'm willing to compartmentalize it in an atmospheric way. Universities are also the most deviant prestigious of these. Let's have leadership as it is.

The next time I introduced myself, Mr. Green Mountain was an intelligent feeling girl with glasses on. There's an atmosphere where I do secretaries and stuff at some company.

Nan was a big, plain eyed, little girl.... It smells the same as Ayumi, but well, let's not worry about it.

Should I put ”Mr.” on the only fourth grader, Itagaki, for once? on the contrary i don't see much aggressiveness and it seems like a daunting chara man. i guess i still haven't decided to get a job that means i'm in an internship at this time of 4 years, but i don't look too anxious.

The five people who added me to this will be a team to do the product planning. Well, that's not why there's luck hanging around. Of course I'll be serious, but you won't even have to be that shaky.

"Then I think we should decide on the command tower, the leader, of this team first. I think I'd like to do it without the hopeful, wouldn't you?

"... nothing. I don't mind."

"Wow, that's fine with me, too"

"Hmm? What? Aren't you going to do it? Ok, ok, it's okay if it's not me."

"I think it's better for someone who's aggressive to do it, please"

For a moment Mr. Green Mountain seemed to think about it, but he admitted that he decided that this did not lead to an immediate evaluation. Nan and Itagaki actively agree that they don't want to do Ningro. I still can't decide on a future statue, either.

"Thanks. I'll do my best. Eh, I have to set the direction of the product to be planned first. Can I get you anything?

"Well, I'll write it down on the board. The Minutes…"

"Wow, I'll write"

I'm not doing anything because it doesn't make sense to join. When I get up and write down 'Product Directions' at the top of the whiteboard, Nan takes the college notes out of the bag and starts taking the minutes.

"Well, the first thing you have to decide is if you're going for the mass market or if you're going for a niche."

Mr. Green River says as he puts his hand on his chin and thinks.

"Electrical equipment is holding up the market by several major manufacturers, and in a way, I think it's impossible for Mass to plan for a short period of time because he already feels like he's out of appliances."

Ah, niche is the term for 'gap', and economics refers to a market that specializes in specific areas that are difficult for major players to target in terms of revenue. Conversely, it is called the 'mass market', which has a large number of users or a large size.

As Akahashi said, electrical equipment is shredded by several major manufacturers, so many of the products that many people would need or want are already on the market.

So it seems that for years product development has moved to a product that 90 out of 100 think is' better 'than a product that 1 out of 100 would' definitely buy '.

The success of a company that sold high performance oven toasters at high prices would be a good example. Most people don't really care about toaster performance, but some of them are bound to eat as good bread as they can.

Successful enough as a product if you can meet those small, and then enthusiastic needs. It can also cause phenomena such as having to enter even major manufacturers if they can get on the boom.

At any rate, Japan has a population of more than 127 million people and 58 million households, even if you only want to buy one in a hundred, assuming all households are eligible. Large companies also become megahits that change the color of their eyes.

"Nice market, then. But what areas are we going to target later?"

"Well, what about what you can use in nursing care?"

"Nursing care. Sure, given the super aging society, there's going to be needs."

"Hmm, but, hey, the power assist suit for nursing care that I even introduced with ringtones out of subsidies, is that it? That's not very popular, is it? All kinds of nursing beds and baths are already out there, aren't they? You can't, can you?

"Ah, ah..."

He was Nan, who insisted so hard that it felt like he never intended to, but he would be stuck and lay down his face in pain by Itagaki.

Come on, if you come in from denial, you can't plan it.

"Didn't I just struggle to spread the word because it takes a lot of work and time to put on while the price is high in the first place? I guess that's what's possible if you look for niche needs, right? Besides, if you're going to deny it, it's the principle of planning, isn't it?

"Ahem?... Oh, right, evil no. I said something extra."

Itagaki once again apologized to Nan for his expression on whether he immediately reconsidered it, although he turned a gaze that seemed unhappy with me for a moment. A little surprised by the unexpected reaction. Though I thought it would stick.

I had a lazy, selfish image, but that's not what I hear.

"Uh-huh, because we certainly don't know the nursing field. I can't even imagine it unless I have a caregiver in me."

"Right. But I don't think it's a bad area. Anyone you know work in nursing care?

A niche market is hard to find. Or it's a niche because only needs arise for certain people. That's why it's hard to know in the first place unless you deal with people like that or get a job like that.

But a new product of electrical equipment that is an issue is quite a challenge, and the kind that college students can easily come up with is either already commercially available or has failed to disappear.

Naturally, I think the corporate side is aware of that, and will see the responsiveness and flexibility of thought, but I would like to suggest something that is properly practical and startling to the company because it is a corner.

"My baba needed nursing care 4. I can barely get a job last year or this year because I lost my credit. I screwed up two months ago, so I'm finally free."

Itagaki-san says to herself mocking as she looks up at the ceiling.

Red Bridge frowns uncomfortably at the content of the words. I don't know because hearing only the words sounds heartless. But I don't know, Mr. Green Mountain didn't change his expression, and Mr. Nan had Ningro's sympathetic gaze on him.

Maybe there's a difference in experience and imagination around here.

I don't have a physical experience yet, and I don't have anyone in my body who needs it, but I can easily imagine nursing being forced to bear a considerable physical, economic and spiritual burden just from what I've heard. Incidents such as pessimism about the future and renunciation of care or causing suicide and murder due to the actual need for care have also been repeatedly reported.

Itagaki-san must have had considerable difficulty, too. Besides, I guess it's a complicated mood because I spent the important time of my employment on long-term care. It is also convincing that, given that view, there were reflectively negative words for Mr Nan's proposal.

"Yes. You had a rough time. But I dare ask, do you have anything in mind?

"I don't know. Well, the actual nursing care itself was mostly done by a helper. I just couldn't help but notice the dementia and hysteria. I slept and woke up whenever I wanted, regardless of day or night, so I didn't know when to do it. I always had a lack of sleep because of it. Yeah, I thought you wanted a machine that could get five hours of sleep after five minutes of sleep."

"That's... impossible."

"Ha, I wish I had that"

Sure, if we could make that, it would be a global hit product as well as a nursing site, but we can't do that at the moment. Seriously though, I'm sure you want me to make it.

Definitely the old raccoon wants it.

"Is it a good idea that you have a long-term care relationship as a candidate? But if we narrow it down to one, if we don't find it, it's gonna be hard to find it again from scratch.

"Then maybe we should split the search for a product in the nursing department into two teams and a candidate for something else. Anyway, if you can't decide on a product, you can't plan it yourself, so I'll make a selection of products for two days today and make the final decision on the third day, Friday morning. I think if we decide to allocate them afterwards, then contact each department for costs and delivery times, and we find out more about each other over the weekend, we can take shape in the next two days."

Red Bridge speaks out his concerns about whether he doesn't feel too comfortable, but Green Mountain presents a realistic response.

... Leader Akahashi, they're taking the lead!

Write Mr. Green Mountain's suggestion on the whiteboard and team it up.

Anyway, I have to start collecting information on these things. I can't move on, so I decided to find three people on the information gathering side of the long-term care relationship and the other two people online to see if there was anything else that was going to be a candidate.

Fortunately, Red Bridge and Green Mountain seem to be bringing their laptops and mobile routers, so they'll stay and look for candidates, and me and Itagaki-san and Nan are the nursing team.

What to do though.

Speaking of which, there was the same series of nursing homes right on the side of the self-contained home where Mr. Ji from Horse Farm entered.

... Don't you remember?

Before I remodeled our house, I lived next door, and both Yayumi and I became Ji and the deceased, but there - I took care of you scattered.

My father bought the land, but with that money I was admitted to a self-contained nursing home in the province, and now I also find a new hobby to enjoy a leisurely and comfortable life.

Me and Yayumi are going to play at about a month's pace, but the Social Dance we started after we were admitted (so-called social dance, is that good?) I seem to get along well with my neighbor's elegant atmospheric grandmother, who I know in, and I often get caught up with my grandmother and left alone even when we go these days.

I missed the point.

Anyway, let me make the most of what I remember.

That's what I thought, so I called him, and he immediately contacted the people at the facility, and they were supposed to listen to me. It is a surprise speed development myself. Don't say convenience or anything.

"Oh, I'll get it out of here because I'm driving."

That's how Nan and I chase Mr. Itagaki out of the room.

You're a person who doesn't know if you're being aggressive or not.

Mr. Itagaki apparently parked the light car he came on to coin parking, which was about 200 meters away from the company.

Mr. Itagaki, who unlocked the car silently, signaled him to ride with his jaw, so he gets in.

And launch.

So far silent.

"Oh, uh, oh, I'm sorry. Could it have been caregivers or something that didn't bother you?

"Hmm? Ah, sorry. That's not what I'm saying. I'm not really good at talking. They say you look scared or something, and I'm not mad at you, so don't worry about it."

As Nan cut out the silence, she scratched her cheeks awkwardly, answering Itagaki. Somehow, he's going to be misunderstood by a lot of things.

"Uh, it's good to know that Mr. Itagaki will actively cooperate, too, right?

"Oops. My mom had a hard time caring for Baba. You're welcome to go in that direction. Besides, I have to decide on a job, too, Yabe. They think there's something wrong until this time of year, so everyone gets dropped at the entry sheet stage. I don't want to get high until I get one shot, but if I don't get a little high praise, I have hope, don't I?

And won't you stop saluting me? It's not a big deal, is it? You can call it off. That's why I'm here. "

Ah, I think I might have figured out some way to deal with it.

"Better than that."

That's how Itagaki, Itagaki looks serious and suddenly pulls the car over to the left and stops.

"Uh, duh, duh, what's going on?

Is something wrong? Nan also asks in a hurry.

"Me, where am I supposed to go?

Listen to me now!!

... I didn't say either.
