Feng Shan’s brow furrowed slightly as he glanced at Little Tom.

Without hesitation, he drew his pistol, the weapon’s familiar weight bringing a sense of security.

He turned his head slightly and nodded to the people behind him, a silent command conveying his trust.

Then, Feng Shan was the first to turn and head toward the log cabin on the hillside.

Seeing this, the others picked up their weapons and followed closely behind him.

As they neared the slope, the group carefully scanned their surroundings.

They didn’t see any sign of the Biker Gang; they must all be inside the cabin at the top of the hill.

Feng Shan frowned slightly.

He took out his Hunting Knife, walked over to a motorcycle, and pulled out the brake line. With a simple gesture, he signaled for the others to cut the brake lines on all the bikes.

First, cut off their escape route. It would make it easier to wipe them out in one go.

The others understood immediately. They spread out quietly, each finding a target and beginning to carry out Feng Shan’s order.

After all the motorcycle brake lines had been cut, the group moved like ghosts, cautiously making their way up the slope.

All was silent, save for the occasional soft crunch of snow under their feet.

Just as Feng Shan and his group stealthily arrived in front of the old-fashioned, two-story log cabin, the wooden door creaked open from the inside.

A member of the Biker Gang in a black leather jacket sauntered out.

He had a cigarette dangling from his lips and was holding a lighter, ready to spark it.

The craving for a smoke had become unbearable inside, so he’d stepped out to satisfy it.

However, before he could even light his cigarette, there was a sudden glint of cold steel, and the dark muzzles of several guns were shoved coldly in his face.

In that instant, the biker froze. The expression on his face solidified, his eyes filled with shock.

"Fuck, you guys again?!"

When the biker realized the person in front of him was Feng Shan, he couldn’t help but curse in frustration.

He then resignedly dropped his cigarette and lighter, squatted down, and put his hands on his head with practiced ease, forcing a placating smile.

"Hey man, we’re just here for a visit, really. No other reason, don’t get the wrong idea!"

A Biker Gang, here for a visit!

What a joke.

The corners of Feng Shan’s mouth lifted into a mocking smirk. He then waved his hand.

Bat got the signal. He immediately stepped forward, a zip tie appearing in his hand as if from nowhere.

The biker looked exasperated. He rolled his eyes and said, "Hey man, go a little easier this time. Last time you tied me up so tight you cut my wrists."

"You think this is a joke?"

Bat glared, his eyes flashing with anger.

He looked ready to punch the reckless bastard and teach him a lesson.

Just then, the wooden door was pushed open again.

Sheriff Sean and Quinn walked out slowly, deep in conversation.

The two groups met in this awkward situation.

For a moment, the air seemed to freeze. Everyone stood rigid, unsure of what to do.

"Fuck, what are you doing?"

Quinn’s eyes instantly locked onto his subordinate, who was pinned to the ground and tied up securely like a lamb to the slaughter. He couldn’t help but roar in anger.

WHOOSH!!

The instant the words left Quinn’s mouth, seven or eight AR-15s were raised in unison.

Their dark muzzles aimed squarely at Sheriff Sean and Quinn.

The cold gleam of metal flashed in the sunlight, radiating a bone-chilling aura.

The next moment, Sheriff Sean and Quinn wisely raised their hands.

Their faces were a mixture of terror and resignation.

"Would you believe me if I said this was a misunderstanding? We’re here to visit Ms. Penny."

Then, Sheriff Sean looked at Feng Shan.

He forced an awkward smile onto his face, trying to use it to defuse the tense atmosphere.

But the smile looked worse than a grimace, his lips twitching and his eyes betraying his panic.

Ms. Penny!

’Ms. Penny my ass! You chased us all the way to Jenny’s house and you’re calling it a misunderstanding!’

Anger surged within Feng Shan. He curled his lip in utter disdain.

He raised his pistol, gestured toward the two men with the barrel, and spoke with the tone of a judge about to pronounce a death sentence.

"You’d better really be here for a visit. If a single hair on anyone’s head in that house is harmed, you two are going to become fertilizer for the pasture!"

’Assholes!’

Sheriff Sean silently cursed his rotten luck, unable to stop the frantic tirade in his mind.

’Are all Alaskans this barbaric? Pulling guns at the drop of a hat! No wonder they’re always clamoring to secede from the Union. They’re just like those rednecks from Texas—impossible to reason with!’

To prove he wasn’t lying, Sheriff Sean turned his head and shouted toward the house.

He raised his voice, trying to make sure the people inside could hear him.

"Ms. Penny, could you please come out? We have a bit of a situation out here and could use your help."

As he yelled, he secretly watched Feng Shan and his men out of the corner of his eye, terrified that this pack of fully-armed barbarians would suddenly go crazy and pull their triggers.

A few seconds after he spoke, a gentle voice, as soft as a warm breeze, came from behind the door. "Don’t block the door, thank you."

Hearing the voice, Sheriff Sean and Quinn acted as if they’d been given a command. They scrambled to either side of the doorway, hands still in the air. Their clumsy, pathetic movements made them look like a pair of startled rabbits.

The elderly white woman walked out slowly.

Her gaze was calm and gentle.

Despite the chaos in front of her, her expression remained serene.

Her eyes passed over the others and landed directly on Feng Shan, who stood warily with his pistol in hand.

"Child, have you found Jenny?" The old woman’s voice, though weathered by age, was full of concern. It was as if the standoff before her didn’t exist; her only thought was for Jenny’s safety.

"We found her. She’s just down the slope. I’ll have Diego bring the car up right away. But they..." Seeing the old woman was unharmed, Feng Shan’s wariness subsided a little. He quickly holstered his gun and nodded in reply.

But as the words left his mouth, he couldn’t help but glance at Sheriff Sean and Quinn.

He was still suspicious of their sudden appearance.

The old woman gave a kind smile.

"It’s a misunderstanding. They are all here to visit me. Put your guns away."

Hearing the old woman say this, Feng Shan waved his hand, signaling for everyone to lower their weapons.

He also had the captured biker released.

"Uncle!"

Just then, Little Tom squeezed out from the crowd.

He ran excitedly to Sheriff Sean, whose face was pale with tension.

Seeing his nephew was unharmed, the weight that had been pressing on Sheriff Sean’s heart finally lifted.

But in the next instant, anger flared. He glared at Little Tom, lowered his voice, and hissed at the little troublemaker.

"Fuck, get out of the way. I’ll deal with you later!"

Just as the atmosphere began to relax, the door of the neighboring log cabin, which looked like a warehouse, was pushed open.

A dozen more Biker Gang members walked out.

They were all dressed in outlandish outfits, decked out in all sorts of metal accessories—not a respectable-looking one in the bunch.

The two groups were face-to-face again. The bikers didn’t know the misunderstanding had been cleared up.

But upon seeing Feng Shan, the man who had caused trouble at the bar, they instinctively drew their weapons.

Feng Shan’s side didn’t hesitate either.

If they were drawing guns, so would they.

Gunpowder and the other veterans reacted instantly, raising their weapons without hesitation and aiming them at the bikers.

In an instant, the atmosphere grew incredibly tense, with both sides at a standoff.

"Put your fucking guns down."

Seeing this, Quinn flinched, his heart nearly leaping out of his throat.

He rushed down the steps in a couple of long strides, planted himself between the two groups, and screamed at his men.

Quinn knew perfectly well.

These Alaskans across from him were not to be trifled with.

Every single one of them had a military background.

They were wearing body armor and carrying automatic weapons.

Looking at his own men, they were all armed with nothing but pistols.

If a real fight broke out, if a single shot was fired by accident, it was debatable whether the other side would even get hurt.

But his own men would definitely be wiped out.

Since their boss had spoken, the Biker Gang members, though clearly reluctant, had no choice but to lower their guns.

Seeing this, Feng Shan tilted his head slightly and gave Gunpowder a nod.

"Put the guns away. Someone go get Jenny and the others."
