Just as Logan was trying to make sense of what he had actually just accepted, his Uber finally arrived.

In practical terms, it was definitely going to be very hard for him to actually pull off such strings. I mean, he was actually just a college student. By the way, he knew almost certainly nothing about politics.

Logan immediately entered the car as he was deep in thought. He had just been thinking of what job he was going to pitch to Brandon, his friend, tomorrow when this tantalizing deal came up.

Logan stayed in the car as it drove off into the distance, and he couldn’t help himself.

He immediately pulled out his phone and began frantically typing out questions to the system.

"System, I am just a mere college student. How on earth do you want me to actually solve high political issues of such levels? Hydra Oil is a global company, so how on earth do you want me to even be able to start doing that?"

[No one said you would have to actually do that by yourself.]

[You have all the resources at your disposal. All you need to do is go to the system store and hire any of the artificial intelligences of your choice to do the job.

There are investigators that can basically get all the information on an individual in less than 2 minutes. There is also an AI for employing bouncers and all.

Do you need connections for that mansion you like but can’t get because there are a lot of high-ranking individual connections you need to have? There is an AI for that.]

Logan raised his head up in shock, and before long he slid down to the store aspect of the app.

And low and behold, there was really a place at the right-hand corner of the app tagged AI Mode.

Without wasting much time, Logan immediately clicked on the icon.

The screen turned slightly white before reappearing in front of him with a search bar where he could type which AI he was currently looking for.

Logan quickly typed the word "private investigator," and a bunch of icons appeared, all stating what they could be used for.

A blue tick and the word "recommended" was tagged on the very first result.

Logan didn’t have time. He really just needed to know exactly what was going on, so he just clicked on the very first icon as suggested by the system.

[What would you like to investigate, sir? Each use costs 20 system coins.]

Logan didn’t hesitate.

He poured down the whole situation happening, asking for details, and after about 4 minutes the app finally replied to him with a detailed report of exactly what was going on.

Logan took a look at the result and he couldn’t help but smile in satisfaction.

The AI even offered ways in which it believed Logan could be able to handle the situation.

Of course, Logan was not one to depend fully on AI, but he couldn’t even begin to lie. At this point in time, everything the AI had said was very accurate. Even the ways to solve the problem didn’t even feel like something an AI would suggest. It was way too smart.

In no time, Logan finally arrived at his small apartment. He turned on his light and finally began to ascend the steps leading to his house.

After finally reaching his door, he quickly opened it and collapsed on his bed out of tiredness.

It had been a very, very long day, and he couldn’t really wait to rest, but there was so much more he needed to accomplish.

First of all, he needed to handle the new missions, make some more research into the case, and also gather proof.

After which, he needed to deal with the 10 critical issues that needed to be solved with his new company while also giving it an overview and putting some things in place.

He also needed to open up his starter pack and discover what he had actually received for completing all the missions he had completed.

There was just no time to actually rest at the current moment.

But he just needed that rest, if not he might as well faint soon.

Logan immediately stood up and began typing on his phone again.

Currently, he had all the information he needed. He had gotten even more than Miss Stephanie would get even if she continued researching throughout this night.

He knew that it was Andrew and Paul that were behind every single scheme.

He knew exactly how they did it and knew almost exactly how to bust them.

But firstly, he needed something important.

He needed proof.

So he typed in simple and clear words:

"Please, I would like you to actually give me some proof on the claim above so I could use it to defend her case, or rather so she could use it tomorrow when in front of the board of directors."

[I’m so sorry, but I can’t, and it is beyond my scope. You can ask me about any other topic and I would be more than willing to help you out.]

Logan’s face immediately turned sour in disappointment.

But he didn’t hesitate. He immediately brought out his phone and chatted up Miss Stephanie.

{Logan – Sorry for the late reply. I was looking into and investigating the case and discovered the exact cause, and I think I have a lead. Please come to my apartment with the computer you use for the storage of the CCTV cameras.}

{Stephanie – Alright, I am on my way.}

Miss Stephanie was still working on compiling every single detail about her expenditure when Logan’s text came in.

She didn’t really know how exactly he planned to help, and on a normal occasion Miss Stephanie just wanted to tell him not to bother at all. After all, he was actually just a college student, so there was actually really nothing he could do for her.

But she didn’t want to just call off his help like that, as it would come off as rude. Besides, if he indeed knew something and she missed it, it would be totally on her.

After all, the chances of a young man like him having any leads in such sensitive matters were low, but not completely impossible.
