Chapter 13: I think miss Caroline would be my next harem member
The men casually tossed them to the side and immediately walked out of the main door while Paul and Andrew stared at each other, still in shock about what had actually gone down.
Andrew opened his mouth to speak but still couldn’t utter a single word. It was still all a shock to him.
Paul, on the other hand, was filled with rage. He couldn’t accept it. He had just been complaining about the disrespect he had gotten from her, and now this.
Getting slapped by her three good times on the face.
He felt like he could not take it anymore, clenching his hands in anger before banging them both on the table.
"This woman was never loyal," he spoke out in rage, but still couldn’t do anything. After all, there were guards everywhere in the house that could bounce on him if he tried anything funny.
After all, it seemed the tables had turned and Stephanie no longer had that respect she normally used to have towards him as her husband.
Andrew casually placed his hand on his dad’s.
"Don’t worry, it’s only a matter of time," he said, holding his phone to his dad’s face.
Paul looked at it and couldn’t help but smile.
"20 million views. Gone."

Logan kept pacing around Brandon’s room while Brandon laughed hysterically at the sight before him.
"What’s actually funny? Don’t you know I’m at risk here? If the agency sees that they might take down my scholarship," he said, sweat dripping down his face as he walked up and down trying his best to figure something out.
But all Brandon did was just smile.
"I want to aura farm but I just keep losing my aura," Brandon laughed heartily, trying to form a jokeful webnovel title for the current situation.
"Alright then. After thinking this through, I really don’t think there is much I could actually do about it," Logan said before climbing back onto the bed.
Deep down, Brandon’s words had actually gotten to him and he decided not to care about anything again. After all, he had a business now. If his scholarship was eventually withdrawn, he would just have to work extremely hard with his system to meet the need.
But deep down his main worry was Hydra and Stephanie. What would actually happen if this becomes a global trend?
Hydra is actually one of the biggest oil companies in the world, so such news wouldn’t really go under the carpet.
"Alright, now all we need to actually talk about would be your own fees. What’s the plan?" Logan said with a serious face like it was a very serious matter.
Brandon’s serious demeanor returned, but he remained silent for some time before he finally spoke.
"You see, the thing is I am not actually going to return to school till me and my mom are able to figure out a way to send me back.
I mean without Andrew’s help we just can’t do it," Brandon spoke for some time, trying his best to maintain his calm and speak in an audible voice.
There was silence for some time.
The two friends looking away from each other as though they were trying so hard to comprehend the current situation.
"Nope, you’re not going to drop out. I mean I am also in the same situation, but remember we have all summer. We can do something. I already have a business in mind. I promise. Just believe me. I promise you if you can do it, by the end of the summer we can definitely be able to come up with that money.
I really do feel sad and don’t want the whole pressure to be on your mom always. I mean I know she might not have liked me right from time, but she still doesn’t need to carry all this load all by herself. We are men. We can help too," Logan spoke, looking straight at Brandon.
Seeing the change in his demeanor finally calmed Logan’s mind—the change from worry to actual anticipation, zeal and enthusiasm.
"Yes, you’re right. I never thought of that. We could get a job. Hopefully we can raise the money like that. Besides, the summer has actually just started and we have about 3 more months of holiday."
But Logan was still shocked because the information in front of him was something he couldn’t have expected.
[Binding target discovered. Miss Caroline attraction points: 300]
It was very obvious his mom had been listening to their conversation. He was not sure exactly from where, but one thing he was one hundred percent sure about was that she heard everything he had said about Brandon’s fees and her.
[Each binding from now henceforth would cost 30 system coins.
Total system coins now sit at 150. You can now also get items from the system store too.]
Logan was still in shock.
Miss Caroline was at a minus when he had come in, meaning she didn’t just not have any attraction towards him but she slightly hated him.
But now he needed only 700 more attraction points and she would be a bonded target.
"I said, do you actually have a job in mind? Because that’s the hardest part of this whole thing," Brandon repeated himself slightly louder, trying to get him back.
"Yes, yes I do," Logan immediately said, coming back to his senses.
"I would come with all the details of the job tomorrow or next. Just do well to unblock me," Logan said with a smile.
"Oh, that sure," Brandon smiled lightly.
But deep down Logan actually had no jobs in mind. In fact, he thought of that at the moment.
He had never in his life planned on it despite it being a very good idea, but he couldn’t possibly tell Brandon that now. He would just take him back to his dejected state.
And with what he was seeing, Brandon was already super excited. He looked pumped up and ready to work.
Seeing that made Logan more uneasy.
"Okay then, I think I need to get going. It was really nice. Looking forward to seeing you again," Logan said as the both of them stood up and walked towards the door.
But even before they could reach the door, Miss Caroline immediately entered the room.
"Logan, please stay for dinner. I’m almost done. I can’t let you leave like that after spending so much time here," she said calmly and rushed out as though she had something burning in the kitchen.
Logan and Brandon immediately stared at each other, completely shocked, knowing fully well that Brandon’s mother
