Chapter 110: The Slaughter Monarch Revealed

That alone was enough for him. Slowly, he raised his head and looked toward the countless experts hovering high above the battlefield.

Every one of them—Emperor Realm powerhouses, King Realm experts, were staring down at him as though he were some incomprehensible creature, unable to understand how someone so weak had managed to deceive them right before their eyes.

Ron and Albert were also staring at Nova, but neither of them lowered their guard for even a moment. Standing before them were the two Demon Generals, and the slightest lapse in concentration could prove fatal.

Behind them Leon and the other King Realm experts wore puzzled expressions. None of them understood why Ron and Albert hadn’t intervened to save the young man earlier and why was the demon genral interested in a mere grandmaster.

The same confusion was shared by the King Realm experts of the demonic side. If the human Emperors had noticed him, why had they simply watched? And Why is their lord intrested in that and , the battlefield fell into an uneasy silence until Azren finally spoke.

"So... tell me, ant," Azren said coldly, his crimson eyes fixed on Nova. "How did you hide your presence?"

Nova slowly wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth before looking up at the Demon General with a faint smile.

"Why don’t you take a guess?"

For a brief moment, the entire battlefield went silent.

The eyes of every King Realm expert widened in disbelief. Even the other Emperor Realm powerhouses looked at Nova in shock.

None of them could believe what they had just heard. Was he crazy , someone who wasn’t even in the King Realm, had the audacity to mock an Emperor Realm Demon General to his face.

Nova, however, remained completely calm.

He already knew Azren wouldn’t kill him immediately. If the Demon General had wanted him dead, he would have crushed him the moment he was discovered. The fact that he was still alive meant Azren wanted answers first.

Moreover, Nova wasn’t worried about revealing his identity.

Long before arriving here, he had already changed his appearance using his newly acquired skill, Body Sculpt. Although he still possessed an exceptionally handsome face, it no longer resembled Nova’s true appearance in the slightest.

From this day onward...This face would belong only to the Slaughter Monarch.

Azren suppressed the anger rising within him and stared at Nova with narrowed eyes.

"Why is there demonic energy inside your body?" he asked coldly. "And why do you smell like a demon while looking completely human?"

Nova’s smile only widened.

"Hmm... because I’m both."

His answer stunned everyone.

Confused expressions spread across the faces of the experts from both armies. Even the Emperor Realm powerhouses frowned, unable to understand what he meant.

"What do you mean?" Azren asked again, this time releasing a little more pressure.

Nova gritted his teeth as the weight pressed down on him, blood trickling from the corner of his lips.

If I’m going to die... then I’m not going to make it easy for them.

Far below, the war between the two armies continued without pause. Swords clashed, explosions shook the earth, and countless soldiers fought desperately for their lives.

Meanwhile, the area where Nova stood had become a forbidden zone. The overwhelming pressure released by the Emperors had already crushed most of the weaker humans, demons, and demonic beasts unfortunate enough to wander near it.

Nova slowly took a deep breath.

BOOM!!

His full power erupted.

His Demonic Dominion Aura burst forth without restraint, merging with his natural aura, demonic aura, carnage aura, and chaotic aura into a single terrifying presence.

The mixture of those completely different energies formed something no one had ever witnessed before.

The pressure surrounding Nova rose explosively. Although he was only a Grandmaster, the aura he released was no weaker than that of a King Realm expert.

Silence filled the sky. Every expert watched him without blinking.

For the first time in their lives, they witnessed such a bizarre phenomenon. His aura constantly shifted between that of a human and a demon before transforming into something neither side could recognize. It was chaotic... ancient... and utterly incomprehensible.

Beside Azren, Demon General Voren suddenly frowned. The sealed container in his hands trembled.

Rustle...

"...What?"

His expression changed. The container shook once more. Voren couldn’t understand why. Why would their lord’s heart respond to the aura of a mere Grandmaster?

Nova ignored their shocked expressions.

With a single motion, Rouve appeared in his hand. His eyes glowed with a deep purple light as he raised the weapon toward the battlefield.

"Moonclaw... Chimera... Lich... come forth."

The space behind him distorted.

Three colossal figures emerged from the darkness. The gigantic Moonclaw stepped forward first. Its shadowy body constantly swirled with dark mist while glowing purple patterns covered its massive frame.

Looking more like a beast born from nightmares than a living creature, it threw back its head and unleashed a deafening roar, sensing the fury of its Monarch.

ROOOOOAAAAARRR!!

Although Moonclaw’s strength was only at the Grandmaster Realm, the chaotic aura surrounding it sent chills through every lower King Realm expert.

Countless lower-ranked demons, demonic beasts, and even human Grandmasters instinctively trembled in fear.

Beside it stood the colossal hybrid creature Chimera, whose monstrous body radiated an equally terrifying presence. It roared alongside Moonclaw, shaking the battlefield.

The Lich was smaller than the other two, yet it was no less frightening. Dark death energy poured from its body, spreading across the battlefield like a black tide. The chilling aura alone made countless lower-ranked human experts shiver uncontrollably.

Nova’s other Deadborns were still in Frostholme. He had already sent Alpha away with Rieka, Asia, and Bai Chen to ensure their safety. Now, only Moonclaw, Chimera, and the Lich remained by his side.

"Who... is this boy?" Albert muttered, his eyes fixed on Nova.

"And what exactly is he?" Ron added quietly. The same question echoed through everyone’s mind.

Both armies stared at Nova with bewildered expressions. Although his strength was still insignificant compared to the other powerhouses and experts present there, the sheer strangeness surrounding him left them unable to understand what they were looking at.

His mixed aura, his ability to command undead creatures, and his incomprehensible powers made him seem like something that shouldn’t exist. If such a person truly existed, why had no one ever heard of him before?

Suddenly, the eyes of Blood Moon Cult Number 110 widened. A memory from three years ago flashed through his mind.

"My Lord!" he shouted as he hurried toward Azren. "I know who he is!"

Azren turned his gaze toward him.

"Three years ago, during our operation in Forstholme City, he was the one who ruined our plans and destroyed the Beast Tide. He called himself... Slaughter Monarch."

Number 110 pointed directly at Nova. "He has the ability to control the beasts he kills, turning them into his own soldiers!"

"Hm..." Azren glanced at Nova before a faint smile appeared on his face. "For a mere ant to call himself a Monarch..... although I must admit, I’m a little impressed."

Everyone present heard Number 110’s words. The battlefield instantly fell into another wave of silence.

The mysterious figure known as the Slaughter Monarch...The man rumored to have saved Forstholme from the Beast Tide by commanding an army of terrifying beasts...

Many had dismissed it as nothing more than an exaggerated rumor. But now...they were witnessing the truth with their own eyes.

On the battlefield below, Enzo and Ragnar, who were still fighting, widened their eyes in realization after hearing Number 110’s words.

"...Slaughter Monarch."

The rumors from three years ago instantly surfaced in their minds.

Nova ignored everyone’s reactions. Activating Sky Stride, he calmly stepped into the air and began hovering until he reached the same height as the Emperor Realm powerhouses and others, once again leaving everyone in disbelief.

Turning his glowing purple eyes toward Albert and Ron, Nova smiled calmly as if he were speaking to two ordinary people rather than Emperor Realm individual.

"I have a proposal for you two."
