Ayra held the cub firmly while she fed her from the bowl of chicken soup that was served.

The rabbit chief stood closely, watching the female feed her cub his cooking while making sure it tasted nice. It was a recipe he had learned from the female.

Before preparing this, the rabbit had approached the female for some tips on how she’d make it. And the female had given some instructions on preparing it.

The rabbit had taken detailed notes before rushing off to make the soup. He was worried he wouldn’t make it but the female had encouraged him.

"Actually, your cooking isn’t bad at all. You just need to trust yourself," the female had gently smiled at him and all the confidence he needed came!

Luckily, the rabbit was a skilled chef as claimed and so he learned fast enough to make the soup. And now served it to the female who tasted it before giving the cub.

"So how is it...?" The rabbit asked, anxious and curious.

Ayra smiled as she stared up at the rabbit. "It’s..."

He panicked.

"It’s actually good," Ayra smiled as the rabbit let out a loud sigh of relief, almost melting down to his knees.

"That’s great.. I was scared I messed it up!" He wiped off an invisible sweat from his forehead.

Ayra smiled as she fed her cub the soup. The cub wasn’t picky at all, she gulped down the soup like one who hadn’t eaten for ages now!

The other cooks standing behind the rabbit sighed as they said, "At least boss didn’t burn down the kitchen this time around..."

The rabbit chef cast him a cold glare and he shut up.

"I’m a fast learner.. I don’t burn down things..." He said proudly as they held in their laughter, including Ayra.

The rabbit stared down at the cub. "See how she’s enjoying my soup.. look at her little mouth go! I’m so talented indeed."

Ayra shook her head with a smile. Soon, the cub was done with the soup. And immediately she burst out into crying again.

"..."

Everyone panicked. "What is it? Why’s she crying?"

"Didn’t she like the soup??"

"What’s wrong with the cub?" Rai stared closely.

"Quick, female check if she messed up herself again!" Everyone nodded to this.

"Yes! That must be it! Someone check!"

Some began sniffing.

Ayra smiled. She guessed the first thing all beastmen around knew now whenever the cub cried was to check if she messed up.

"She needs more," Ayra announced.

Silence fell as they stared at Ayra and then at the cub. "Ah..."

Immediately Lord Ash turned and stared at the rabbit. "Quickly! Go and get more soup! Get as many as you can for the cub!"

The rabbit and his companions instantly disappeared from the room to get more soup. And soon, arrived with more bowls of chicken soup for the cub.

The rabbit happily handed it over to Ayra. "Here..." He smiled as he watched Ayra take the bowl and begin feeding Ally.

Ally immediately stopped crying and began gulping down happily as if she hadn’t eaten a whole bowl!

Immediately, the whole beastmen all took a deep breath of relief. They were now at ease knowing that the cub was not crying anymore and was eating more.

Everyone stared with smiles on their faces, happy to watch the cub eat more and more.

"The cub is so cute when she eats..." Kan smiled while watching Ally gulp down the soup.

"She’s been eating for so long, I wonder how much little Ally can eat..." Rai blinked.

Another nodded as he said, "I also think so. Do you think she’s eating this much because she unlocked her S-rank skills?"

Everyone slowly nodded at the suggestion while watching the cub eat. She was done with a bowl, cried and another bowl was brought for her.

Even Ayra was speechless. The cub wouldn’t stop crying until more was brought for her.

"She eats so healthily," Lord Ash said proudly folding his arms. "That’s good.. that’s my little one."

Rai shook his head, impressed as he said, "I think the cub is eating more than I can with that little mouth..." He said as Kan nodded in agreement.

"Do you think that’s a skill too? Eating?" Kan asked.

"..." Everyone stared down at him, speechless.

"What? I’m just asking..."

And so they continued watching her again. The youths couldn’t help but discuss what had happened earlier.

Rai took his time telling them about how little Ally had soothed a wild snake from even attacking at all.

"That sounds impressive.. woah.. I wish I was there," one said, disappointed.

"You really should have been there. It was so fun!" He expressed while he kept exaggerating on how everything happened.

Ayra smiled as she sat there, feeding the cub while everyone watched and smiled.

Lord Ash was standing there with both arms folded. He had been watching her feed the cub while he observed the female’s face.

The female was looking slightly pale and tired. Like someone who needed some rest. And immediately, he leaned closer to sit down beside her, taking a close look at her.

"Are you okay...?" Lord Ash asked, running his hand over her forehead. "You look so tired..."

Ayra smiled as she shook her head. "Don’t worry, I’m fine.." she believed.

But Lord Vale had stared at her closely. He then slowly came to sit down beside her, running his hand through her forehead. "You don’t look so well..." He said as he brought his hand down to her neck.

And then, Lord Vale slowly brought his head down to Ayra’s stomach, feeling her stomach while listening to it intently.

Everyone there was rather confused as to what the snake was doing and what method he was using to examine her.

After a minute, he slowly brought his hands up to her stomach, gently feeling her stomach and caressing it with a smile as he said, "Our little one is tired from today’s stress..." He said, staring at Ayra with a smile. "You should get some rest."
