Lily Turner’s surprised and excited voice came from the doorway, pulling Sophia Wood back from her thoughts. She casually placed her phone on the sofa and got up to walk out of the living room.
Just stepping out of the living room, she saw the two sisters embracing by the door. Seeing this scene, her eyes became moist again.
She wiped the tears from the corners of her eyes with her hand, took a deep breath, and called out to the two sisters embracing each other, "Alice! Lily! Come inside and talk slowly."
After saying that, she turned around without waiting for the sisters to respond and returned to her previous seat.
Sophia Wood hadn’t been seated for long when Alice Turner and Lily Turner walked in hand in hand, with Anthony following closely behind. The three of them, one after another, quietly sat down on the sofa.

Lily Turner, though she was busy hugging Alice upon entering, had noticed Anthony who came in behind Alice. She just hadn’t had a chance to ask her sister yet.
Her sister bringing this man home meant there was definitely more to their relationship.
