Hearing Anthony’s voice, Alice Turner withdrew her gaze from Thomas Fisher and tilted her head to look at Anthony. She didn’t say anything and walked out of the hotel with Anthony.
Once away from the hotel, Alice Turner’s tense nerves gradually relaxed, but her good mood from earlier was gone.
She casually picked a breakfast place, dragging Anthony in to make do. She wasn’t in the mood to eat, taking only a few bites before putting down her chopsticks.
"You don’t look like you’re in a good mood. Is it because of your ex-husband?" Noticing Alice Turner putting down her chopsticks, Anthony asked.
