Chapter 1403: If You Don’t Like It, You Can Get Lost
Alice Turner had been racking her brains trying to figure out a good way to ask Thomas Fisher to leave. Meanwhile, time was slipping away by the second.
The sky outside had gradually darkened, yet Thomas Fisher sat steadily on the sofa, showing not the slightest intention of getting up to leave.
Anthony was starting to lose his patience. He stood up and walked toward where Thomas Fisher was sitting. His voice reached him before he did, "Mr. Fisher! How long do you plan to stay here? We’re going out for dinner; you’d better clear out."
As he finished speaking, he halted his steps.
In fact, Thomas had already heard footsteps when Anthony started approaching him, and he knew the other party was coming for him. He just wasn’t in a hurry to respond, quietly waiting for him to come over and confront him.
"Dinner, right? Let’s go together; my treat." He completely ignored the other’s intention to urge him to leave, focusing solely on the topic of dinner.
"Mr. Fisher! Did I not make myself clear, or did you not understand?" Anthony hadn’t expected Thomas Fisher to respond this way. He thought he was difficult enough, but he didn’t expect this person to be even more stubborn. As the saying goes, there’s always someone stronger.
Ignoring Anthony, Thomas stood up from the sofa and walked straight over to Alice Turner, "Alice! Let’s go eat."
As he spoke, he reached out and directly grabbed her hand. Regardless of whether she was willing, he pulled her up and began walking her towards the door.
"Hey, hey, hey!"
Anthony quickly rushed over, blocking their path, pointing at himself, yet glaring at Thomas Fisher in dissatisfaction. "Mr. Fisher! What do you mean by this? Trying to snatch my wife right in front of me?"
Anthony reached out to pull Alice Turner, but his hand grabbed at empty air, as Thomas had already pulled her behind him.
"I told you, she is my woman." Thomas gave Anthony a hostile look, pulled Alice Turner around him, and strode towards the door, opening it as they exited the room simultaneously.
Upon seeing this, Anthony immediately followed them out, wanting to block them again. But this time, Thomas Fisher didn’t let Anthony have his way. As Anthony approached, Thomas pushed him away.
"You’re despicable!"
Not only did Anthony fail to stop them, but he was also pushed aside, making him very angry. He was used to doing this to others and had never been in such a humiliating situation himself.
As Anthony looked like he was about to charge at Thomas Fisher in anger, Alice Turner spoke up in time: "Mr. Fisher! Could you please let go of me first? If you don’t mind, my husband and I can take you to dinner, but please respect my husband and me, and above all, have some self-respect."
Since he’d grabbed her hand, she had been struggling, but he held on too tightly, and she hadn’t been able to break free.
"I can let you go, but don’t be too affectionate with him, or I don’t know what I might do." Thomas Fisher glared coldly at Anthony, standing beside them. If possible, he’d love to kick this troublesome man all the way to Alien Planet.
Anthony stared back at Thomas Fisher without showing any weakness, not intimidated at all by the man standing opposite him. His words were even more provocative. "This is my wife; we can be as affectionate as we want. If you can’t stand it, you can leave. No one will stop you."
