Chapter 1415: The Ex-Husband Is Here Too
When Thomas Fisher mentioned that aside from having a son, Lily Turner also gave birth to twin daughters, Alice Turner exclaimed in surprise, "Lily is amazing, she even had twins."
No wonder she had three kids in five years, it turns out she had twins.
"The key is that my big brother is really amazing," Thomas Fisher, in front, couldn’t help but praise his brother.
Alice Turner didn’t react immediately at first, but when she saw Anthony covering his mouth and laughing, she suddenly realized, and her cheeks flushed slightly.
Luckily, the man driving in front couldn’t see her, otherwise she would feel even more embarrassed. She glanced at the man in front, sat up straight in her seat, and tilted her head to the person beside her, "Jacob! I’m going home tomorrow, can you stay in the hotel by yourself?"
The moment she got off the plane, Alice Turner couldn’t wait to rush home to see her parents and sister, but it was really too late at the time, and she was worried she might surprise them.
She originally planned to go home to see her family the next day, but unexpectedly she was invited out to dinner by Benjamin Shaw and Thomas Fisher, which messed up her plan.
Since yesterday, she had been pestered by Thomas Fisher, and her mood was persistently irritable and unstable. She didn’t want to go back in such a state.
After a rest in the hotel today, she decided to visit her family tomorrow.
"Sis! I want to go home with you. Didn’t he say there are three adorable little kids at home? I want to see those three adorable little kids," Anthony, who particularly loves children, pleaded with Alice Turner to take him home to see the three little ones.
Faced with this situation, Alice Turner couldn’t bear to refuse Anthony, so she nodded at him, "Alright then, I’ll take you to my home tomorrow."
She wasn’t very comfortable leaving him at the hotel either, as her assistant Grace Young couldn’t really ’control’ him.
"Great! I can finally see the three little ones," Anthony clapped his hands happily, looking just like a child.
Thomas Fisher straightened up and glanced at Anthony in the rear-view mirror. He wasn’t intentionally distorting Anthony’s image, but Anthony really looked like a woman.
No matter the way he talked or some of his actions, nor his style in handling matters, Thomas Fisher couldn’t help thinking the man in the back looked like a woman.
Thomas Fisher just silently observed Anthony and refrained from voicing his doubts as he did during breakfast earlier. He looked away and focused on driving happily.
Alice Turner didn’t say anything further; she simply looked at the delighted Anthony before turning to gaze out the car window.
She was feeling quite anxious about returning to see her family tomorrow, unsure if her parents were still angry with her for leaving abruptly five years ago. Surely, they must be.
Her parents must be extremely upset with her!
Leaving without a word five years ago undoubtedly broke her parents’ hearts and saddened them deeply. Reflecting on it now, she realized how inappropriate her actions were back then, but what else could she have done?
Alice Turner was filled with worry and guilt towards her parents, as well as deep longing for them and her sister, not to mention the anticipation of seeing those three little nephews/nieces. She couldn’t wait to meet those adorable kids.
"And the ex-husband is here too!"
Upon hearing Anthony’s exclamation, Alice Turner instinctively turned her head to look in his direction and, through the car window, indeed saw Benjamin Shaw standing at the hotel’s entrance.
