The person who answered the phone was Lily Turner. Although Autumn York was hearing Lily Turner speak for the first time, she was sure the voice she heard belonged to Lily Turner.

"Hello! I’m Thomas Fisher’s mother, Autumn York." The other person didn’t know her, but they surely knew her son. Autumn York politely introduced herself.

"Hello, Aunt Autumn! Why are you looking for Easton so late at night? He drank a bit too much today." Recognizing the caller as Thomas Fisher’s mother, Lily Turner spoke with slightly more enthusiasm than before, but still maintained a polite tone, as this was their first phone conversation.

Judging by the other person’s tone, Autumn York knew they recognized her son, so she didn’t beat around the bush and revealed the purpose of her call, "Could you ask Easton if he knows where Thomas went?"

The four of them went out drinking together, and everyone else had returned home, but her son was still nowhere to be seen.

"Aunt, please hold on a moment." Upon realizing Autumn York was looking for Easton Holmes to find out Thomas Fisher’s whereabouts, and knowing they had been drinking together earlier, Lily Turner sensed Autumn York’s concern and understood that she was worried about Thomas Fisher’s safety.

Not daring to delay, she reached out and nudged the man lying next to her. As she pushed the utterly drunk man, she called out, "Easton! East..."

Suddenly, Easton Holmes turned over and pressed down on Lily Turner, looking at her with a hazy but intense gaze, "Honey, you..."

"Snap out of it, Aunt Autumn is calling you for something." Worried he might say something inappropriate for the person on the other end to hear, Lily Turner interrupted him promptly. She intentionally raised her voice to ensure the man on top heard what she was saying.

Easton Holmes had drunk too much that night, and at this moment, his head was spinning. He hadn’t really heard what Lily Turner said, even though she was speaking loudly. Though he vaguely heard her talking, it seemed she mentioned Aunt Autumn.

"Autumn, Aunt Autumn... who is Aunt Autumn? I... don’t know." The drunken Easton Holmes spoke slurred words, but Lily Turner understood him.

Not knowing if the person on the other end of the line had heard, she quickly moved the phone a bit away from them, glanced at the phone she just put down, and then looked back at the man pressing on her.

"Your good buddy Thomas Fisher’s mother is calling you, asking where Thomas went?" Lily Turner deliberately slowed her speaking pace, hoping the drunkenly confused Easton Holmes could understand her. She emphasized the words, "Thomas Fisher’s mother," thinking he would surely grasp it this time.

Indeed, it worked. Easton Holmes not only heard what Lily Turner said clearly but also caught on quickly, especially to the mention of "Thomas Fisher’s mother."

Aunt Autumn?!

He suddenly opened his squinting eyes wide, staring at her beneath him. He seemed slightly more sober than before, although still visibly drunk, "You mean Aunt Autumn called looking for me?"

After asking, he instinctively turned his head to find his phone.

"Yes! Aunt Autumn is asking where Thomas went?" Seeing that he understood, Lily Turner picked up the phone she had placed aside, speaking to him while putting the phone to his ear.
