Raydor Holy Sword War Journal

55. The Empress, Guild and Salting Request

When Raydor returned to the guild's reception after an interview with Cruz, the people who kept him waiting closed their eyes and protested.

"Brother, it's late"

"I'm going to get it done early. The princess is a princess."

It was Ceilia von Alsline, the Imperial Empress, who kept her waiting in the hall where the reception was located.

Ceilia, with a grey coat over her simple red dress, has her arms in front of her chest with the holy sword hanging on her hips.

At her feet like that, about three men dressed like adventurers were unconscious and stripped of their white eyes.

"What about these guys?

"I knocked it down because something was tangled up. These are adventurers' promises, aren't they?

"Oh... you mean that"

Raydor somehow guessed the situation at Ceilia, who tilted her little neck adorably.

Ceilia was naive and of such a character that she could have gotten her hands on it before her mouth, but she is the blonde courtier herself if only for her appearance.

If she was in such a proud guild of her arms, it was self-evident that she could speak up to the bad touches.

"More than that, have you done your errands? Bring me here on purpose."

"Oh, good end"

"Yeah."

Raydor shook a few pieces of paper in his hand patterned.

Ceilia looked at that hand as intriguingly as a cat waving a cat, and said, "No!" and took the paper from Raydor's hand.

"Yeah...... is this an Alliance requisition? You came to get something like this?

"It's not just a requisition. It's a salting request that has been left unattended for months without anyone being able to accomplish it, even though the Alliance has asked for it."

"Shiatsu?

Ceylia blacks and whites her eyes at Raydor, who stretches her chest.

"Why would you do something like that? What do you use it for?"

"Hey, Ceilia. What if you make a request to the Alliance and the request is never fulfilled?

"Is that... withdrawing a request or something?

Raydor nodded at Ceilia's answer.

"Right, but these requests have been abandoned for months without being dropped. Why is that?

"Uh, um..."

Ceilia twists her head with a roar of yeah.

"Um... you haven't taken it down because it's troublesome or something?

"Yeah, maybe that too... but the main reason is because my client is still having trouble with the progress."

Just because you dropped the Alliance's request doesn't mean the cause they were to ask the Alliance to disappear.

Therefore, they continue to make requests with the utmost hope that someone may take them one day.

"So you're saying that your brother takes this request to help people? Uh, your brother is the king's brother, isn't he?

"For once, though... it's longer to be an adventurer than it was to be my brother"

…………

Ceilia puts a question mark on her head when she doesn't know what Raydor's words mean.

She doesn't know that Raydor was in exile, or that she has a sinister relationship with her brother Granard.

"Killer Falcon Crusade, Red Ice Snake Capture, Rockman Dragola Delivery, Dead Lake Cause Investigation... all a difficult request, but if we had two Holy Sword Holders we'd be cleaning up soon"

"Oh, I'll do it too!? Oh, my God!?"

"We can't leave this country until we have a harmony with the Empire, anyway. I'll be free until then, so help me. If you don't want to help people in enemy countries, fine."

"Mmm... that's a bad way to put it! Okay, okay, you just have to do it. Do it!"

Ceilia swelled her cheeks and swallowed Raydor's suggestion with prick and anger.

Raydor swung the head of the princess, who turned away from her face a lot.

"Hey, don't touch it!

"Well, let's call it kingdom sightseeing when we achieve the request. Let's go see the lake together first, as promised!

"Ugh... why are you doing this..."

Raydor pulled Ceilia's arm, who looked dissatisfied if not convinced, and left the Adventurer's Guild.

The adventurers who were in the guild dropped off the backs of the two Zayn and Alsline royals, besides the Holy Sword holders, with their eyes black-and-white.
