The injured hyena tried to bounce back, but he did the same. He repeated the finger attacks one after another on different parts of the beast’s body.

Boom!

The vibration power transmitted to different parts. The finger attacks punctured the body, leaving behind finger-sized holes right after the attack.

Pfff!

Blood flowed out from the wounds. The hyena beast was weakened. Right then, the rest of the beasts stood up and charged at him.

This time, he used a close-combat technique.

Pfff!

He used his fists this time. His fist landed squarely on the body of the beast, and his vibration power transmitted once again.

Boom!

It blasted away the body of the beast. The vibration power destroyed its internal organs. This time, the beast collapsed on the ground and didn’t get back up.

Then he turned towards the other beasts. He decided to use punches against the incoming beasts.

When the hyenas got closer to him, he used his eye power to evade the attack. He side-stepped in time before releasing his punches.

Pfff!

A strong vibration power landed a heavy blow on their bodies. The beasts fell down to the ground. His next strike landed on the other beasts one by one.

Screech!

The hyena beasts released a weird sound. They were injured after receiving one or two blows.

Jeremy Night killed those Tier-5 Hyenas in the end. He had wanted to test his close-combat techniques. Not only the punches, but the finger attacks worked out well, too.

He then resumed his journey. After some time, he used the Feathered Steps to cover a large distance.

It didn’t take long for him to leave the easy area and enter deeper areas. He started spotting corrupted beasts.

He couldn’t afford to take a detour; it would eat into his mission time. He had to pass through the area. Soon, he got closer to the next dangerous situation.

A Tier-6 Anaconda was resting on the ground. He knew that this type of snake beast usually slept most of the time.

So he decided to take a risk. He used the same Feathered Steps to cover the distance. The tail of the anaconda was facing his side.

Even if the anaconda decided to attack him, he would have time to respond.

Swoosh!

Just as he was about to cross the area, the anaconda moved. Its tail reached up to him all of a sudden.

Boom!

He moved his body abruptly. The tail then firmly landed on the ground, and shock force spread across the area.

He then adjusted his body. The massive head of the snake turned towards him. He furrowed his eyebrows.

Swoosh!

Next, he used Explosive Steps to flee from the area. The snake was taken aback. It used its massive body to chase the human from behind.

Boom!

The snake’s movement caused a disturbance. The shock force uprooted the vegetation around them. The snake’s body left behind a huge trail.

The anaconda was different from other snake species. It was lacking in speed compared to other beasts, yet the beast was pushing itself to its limit.

It was almost catching up to humans.

As time passed, Jeremy didn’t stop using the movement method. He was constantly using Explosive Steps to create a gap.

He couldn’t believe the anaconda was following him at full speed. He continued to run for a few more miles until he reached the deepest area.

Fortunately, he didn’t come across other beasts. If there had been more higher-tier beasts, he would have been surrounded.

Hiss!

The Tier-6 Anaconda Beast hissed loudly. It was enraged. It couldn’t believe the human was outrunning it.

As time passed, Jeremy Night eventually reached the location. He saw a massive swamp ahead of him. It was his mission location, called the Northern Wet Swamp.

Hiss!

Next, he heard a sound from behind. He turned around and saw that the anaconda had caught up to him. There was no escape now.

Hiss!

The massive head, over 5 meters long, looked towards him.

There was an endless swamp behind him. He could not take the risk of entering the swamp. Insect parasite beasts could be hiding in it.

Slash!

He unsheathed the blade. He held the blade’s handle tightly and added starlight threads to the edge.

The beast hissed out loud at him.

Swoosh!

Next, the beast leaped at him. He used his movement method to evade the attack. He moved to its flank and attacked the beast.

Pfff!

The blade came in contact with the scales. The next second, the scales broke. He thrust the blade further forward.

The blade penetrated inside. Blood gushed out from the wound.

Hiss!

The snake hissed out in pain. It thrashed its body sideways with force.

Jeremy Night felt the pressure and retreated. The land beneath his feet cracked. If he paused for even a moment, the beast could hit him.

He escaped at the last moment. The massive snake body once again landed on the ground. The ground sank under the impact as shock force spread across the area.

Pfff!

Jeremy Night held the blade tightly. He saw the long tail coming towards him. He used his eye power to observe the tail.

He could predict its trajectory. Just as the tail was about to strike him, he shifted his body weight and avoided the attack.

Boom!

The tail once again landed on the ground, creating a huge shock force. The force came in contact with the wet swamp, violently disturbing the water within it.

Jeremy dashed forward. He brought his blade around to attack the snake. The starlight-filled blade went through the flesh and skin again.

Pfff!

Blood gushed forth from the wound. The snake beast hissed out in pain. It couldn’t believe the human had attacked it.

The snake beast was further enraged. It rolled sideways to attack. This time, the beast wanted to squash the human.

Jeremy once again moved backward to avoid the attack. The snake beast failed to crush him; its massive head missed the target and struck the ground.
