Sword of the Philosopher

Lord of flower gardens

Healing health, Sofia and the others gained momentum in their advance.

The level is up enough too...... at this rate Stella finally reaches the bottom, the arrow tip that I thought might be enough to line up my shoulders with a good fili...... etc. Yet Alto also progresses well through the woods. Is it a critical time for bowling if it stays this way?

And so did we - apparently a Dompisha in time.

The forest is broken. There are flower gardens in the woods, and so on, but the fog is deep and the whole picture is not visible.

In the middle of it, there was a plant demon… a boss named the giant ibil flower.

"What is that!?"

That's just as stunning as Caln is... the stem part thickens by the time it's unusual, and a red petal is opening its mouth to us that reminds us of the ugly blood on it.

The ground around the demon is formed to crawl with creepy roots in purple. Its roots erode the blooming flowers, making its dominance even wider.

And - before the demon, there's one woman.

"That's...!

As Sophia squeaks, the woman - Stella - runs. Shortcut brown hair and leather shorts are all you can see in the back. To be honest, it's light enough to be inappropriate for a journey, but if it's a dodge-oriented piece of equipment, well, maybe it's inconceivable.

That girlfriend sticks her sword into the demon with one hand - I wasn't sure how it was in the game, but I need to help anyway!

"I'm going!

Tell Sophia and Callan on one side, and I'll run out. I'll give it a try, but she ignored it and avoided the attack from the roots of the ground that the demons had unleashed.

This guy is an immobile enemy just like the chimeric plant Sophia fought for, but the big difference is that HP and so on are also present in the roots that exist around him. It is capable of regeneration by handling demons, and when left alone, it grows indefinitely.

I approach her at once and reach directly behind her. And

"Hey, wait!

I suppressed her shoulder trying to get from the front to the demon.

"- What!?"

Then Stella raised her voice. Apparently, he didn't realize we existed.

What the hell is a situation where I haven't seen my surroundings that far - even though I thought about it, I was forced to hold her body and avoid root attacks. Maybe now she was blown from the roots and blown up in the air - maybe she was swallowed by that petal.

I'm leaving until Sophia and the others are standing. This guy stops attacking when he gets out of between roots, unless he plants it from a distance such as magic. Nevertheless, flower gardens are gradually being eroded by thick purple roots. If we don't deal with it, our place will be his territory, too.

"Are you all right?

Put her down. Then Stella looks into her black eyes and says, "Thank you."

"Uh... what about you guys?

"I thought I'd take down the demons here, the adventurers"

"You don't seem like a colleague. Oh, I'm Stella-Moonlight."

"It's Luon-Maddin. This is one of my people."

It's Call-Buffy.

"Sofia...... my name is Sofia-Rattle"

Sophia gave me her first and last name... after briefly introducing herself, I turn to the demon.

"I don't know if you're confident, but it's too dangerous for you to slash anything from the front"

"No, I'm sorry. They swallowed the tools and forgot me."

"Tools?"

When she heard back, Stella nodded,

"Magic dagger... this guy swallowed it and made it so huge"

... I see, I understand the situation.

I guess the ibil flower in front of me became active absorbing the magic weapon Stella had. So, in an attempt to take it back, she singles out and gets swallowed up.

"I know why I stormed. But I'd rather give up my dagger than the demon in that condition."

I look at her as I say. If you look closely, you are injured all over your body. Sophia, who sees how it goes, speaks to her.

"Um, shall we treat it?

"No problem. Besides, if it means the dagger's been taken, I'm sorry I have to take him down."

Stella the stripper of struggle. Um, this looks like a lot of trouble.

If that's how it goes, you won't hear me say I'm going to leave this place... then a report comes in from the user demon in my head.

Alto is approaching... it just seems difficult to take Stella away under this circumstance because of her intentions as well.

Besides, I can't let the eroding demons go wild. So, what do we do - the answer is one. It interferes somewhat with Alto's main scenario, but regardless of her presence, the scenario was progressing - we just have to do it.

"That root is dangerous. And it keeps slowly eroding."

I'll tell Sophia and the others. Erosion also progresses while talking...... I notice one thing here. Much quicker than when I was in the game.

I think it's also because it's become the real world... but still more than I assumed... I'm not taking in Stella, so I'm supposed to be less capable than I was when I played the game. And yet...

While I doubt it, I say.

"I don't even know if I'll cover this whole flower garden area, but it's dangerous to leave anything alone. Nevertheless, even if we get closer now, we have to tease the roots."

- If it's my magic, it's possible to defeat it in one blow. But there is no zero chance that the Demons will see this battle. If that's a high-ranking Demon tribe, they might grasp my abilities... then...

"I magically destroy the roots. Sophia and the others will approach and attack the main unit."

"So Mr. Luon keeps attacking the roots?

The inquiry is Kaln. In contrast, I focus on the roots that keep appearing intermittently.

"The roots grow fairly fast, but I can quickly use magic to make my way to the main body and the petals and secure my way out. But this much playback speed... I can't seem to afford the main unit more than constantly attacking creepy roots... I'll leave you to Sophia and the others"

"- Okay, so let's go."

Says Sophia. Caln and Stella nodded in agreement as well.

Well... I start chanting. The root HP is there, but the extent to which you can extinguish it in about two shots if you exercise the fire attribute magic of weakness at the recommended level. In my case, a lower magic 'flame needle' can defeat enough output not to reveal magic... its ability to play it out of step faster than the game though. This is going to suck if I don't get any temper.

And if anyone is about to be swallowed up by a petal - then I'll do everything I can to help.

The battle begins. I use Flame Needle. A number of small flames are emitted - destroying the roots that tried to erode the perimeter.

Plus use the same magic. form a path to stems and petals that are the body. In addition to just starting to instantly regenerate from the baked buckwheat, the roots erode trying to surround us from left to right. So I have to use magic intermittently...... this much playback ability. You just want to figure it out, if you can.

Here goes Sophia and the others. Step over the roots that the three of you have consolidated and destroyed - I will use even more magic to keep them out of it.

Sophia and the others are approaching the main unit. This guy's means of attack is the root and petal part. The flower petal is an attack that makes something like pollen fly and poisonous, but if it suffers from a state anomaly, it should be cured by magic as soon as possible.

And Sophia and the others make a fierce assault. Sophia releases "Firelance" after Caln first snorts it to flow with a dagger. And Stella adds a blow...... so it didn't sink, but how it could have done damage for sure.

Nevertheless, the surrounding roots approach them. Sophia screamed because I was shooting 'Flame Needle' from the outside to secure my way out, but also because of the attack from the petals.

"For once, let's retreat!

With words, the three move out at the same time. I blow the roots I'm trying to regenerate... they managed to take them off the roots range.

Along with that, there's a report that Alto is approaching. Finally - I looked at the demon as I uttered words in my chest.
