For the best results, David instructed, "Just act natural. Pretend I’m not here."

Purple Mountain wasn’t quite what she had imagined. It just looked like an ordinary mountain peak—aside from being a bit high, there was nothing special about it.

Seeing the disappointment in Jiang Li’s eyes, Shen Yanzhi comforted her, "Maybe there’s something special about it. Let’s wait and see."

Jiang Li shrugged helplessly. "Well, we’re already here. Nothing to do but make the best of it."

’These are so artistic! There’s no way a simple tour guide could take photos like this. You’d need decades of experience to get this kind of result.’

Jiang Li had thought it might be a lucky shot, but every single photo was just as good.

Jiang Li couldn’t help but exclaim, "Your skills are incredible! These look like they’re from a professional photoshoot. They’re gorgeous!"

David said modestly, "It’s because the two of you are good-looking models."

Jiang Li wagged her index finger. "Nonsense."

If the subjects are good-looking but the photographer is bad, the photos will be passable at best.

But when the subjects are good-looking and the photographer is skilled, that’s just the icing on the cake.

"Why are you working as a tour guide? If you were a professional photographer, you’d earn so much more."

After all, a photo studio charges dozens for a single picture, and hundreds for a retouched one.

She saw that in just those few minutes, David had taken no fewer than a hundred shots, and every single one looked as if it had been professionally retouched.

David sighed. "If you turn your hobby into a job, you lose your original passion for it."
