That Ordinary Mister is a War God

59. Supreme Council of the Federation of Klein

The Klein Federation is located east of the Kingdom of Alto across the Groth Grand River.

It was said to have begun when small and medium-sized countries were united to counter the threat of the western kingdom of Alto and the formerly great powers that existed in the north.

The odd thing from other countries would be that every four years there would be a system in which the top of the country would take turns in a system called voting.

The head of the Federation is called the Federation Chief (Monarch), and the current Federation Chief is a Wolfram from Mayrs with the largest territory in the Federation.

He is also in a position to defend the rights and advantages of Emails, while, externally, he is in a position to assert the interests of the Union as a whole.

Assisting him is a member of the Supreme Assembly of the Union, but they were also representatives of the countries that make up the Union.

The Supreme Council meets regularly four times a month, twice to consider the interests of the Union as a whole, and the remaining two are used for a mix of internal conflicts of interest.

This is the time to talk about the Union as a whole, and all the members of the present Parliament are voices.

The representatives of the small countries made the following statement at a time when the conversation was concluded to some extent:

"Recently, the number of discoveries of demons seems to be increasing somewhat in our country. What about in other countries?

"There are no particular anomalies in my country. I have not received any such reports"

If the representative of one country says so, the representative of another continues.

"It's a slight increase in our country. Not as much as I care..."

More representatives from different countries speak.

"That's quite an increase in my country. Mr. Speaker, how about an e-mail?

Wolfram, president of the Federation and president of the Supreme Council, replied as he delved back into his memory.

"You haven't received such a report. Apparently, there are differences between countries. Let's sort out where it's more"

A young man, the secretary who hears his words, raises his hand and asks to speak.

"Mr. Speaker, I'd like your permission to speak."

Because such an act of his is so rare, Wolfram forgives as he rounds his eyes.

"It seems that countries with an increasing number of demonic occurrences are often in countries with smaller territories, in countries located to the north, in places where road maintenance is not very advanced and where people and objects are inconvenient"

The representatives of the countries who have heard his words look back at what everyone has said and realize that they are right.

"Sure if you ask me. Is there no abnormality in the mail, Zare or Koblenz? Everywhere the territory is large and maintenance is in progress.... Is it a coincidence?

Delegates from all countries face Wolfram's doubts.

"I feel something manipulative, but I can't deny the possibility that it happens either. That's an impression."

"Neither is the damage significant so far. Don't you care too much?

Zare's representative gives an optimistic opinion.

"I don't care too much. It would be too soon to make a decision. Not enough information."

Koblenz's representative holds him back.

"But what kind of guys are the enemies as something manipulative?

Wolfram cast his doubts on the spot where Zare's representative was upset.

"There is no doubt that you have some ambition for our country. Problem is, where are they?"

"Is it still the kingdom of the west?

I give one opinion, but I don't get endorsement.

"I don't think the pride kingdom guys will hide in the shadows and work on the fucking thing in vain. They'll fight from the front."

"I agree."

They have years of experience turning back small clashes with the kingdom.

That's why I can predict how to get out of the kingdom.

"There are many other countries that are likely to come to our country... I'd rather name a country that's unlikely."

When Koblenz's representative says, there is a bitter smile on the same face.

They are bound because there are many enemies besides the kingdom.

"A country that seems to be able to take it off would be an empire in the east. If you need anything over there, you can send me Yagami Fai. You don't have to go around."

"Well, that's true."

Wolfram nods and adds his own opinion.

"Also, there are circumstances where the Empire can considerably handle metal, rock salt, food, and demon ore in its own country. There's no good reason to bother coming after us."

"It's against the rule that the land is vast, rich, and the army strong."

Small country representatives crush enviably.

"I guess it's a privileged land that made me a mighty nation. No, in the case of the Empire, the army was strong enough to expand the national territory?

Quite a few years have passed since the Empire became known as the most powerful nation on the continent.

Where it has nothing to do with their memory, it is not surprising that the information has lost its accuracy.

"Let's not talk about empires now. Kingdom of the West, Empire of the East. And speaking of the Great Powers, you're the Holy Nation of the Northeast. Is this how powerful it seems to be to conspire against our country?"

"If the Holy Nation is behind it, will angels and golems come out instead of demons enlivening?

Zare's representative speaks out his doubts.

"Right."

Wolfram did not deny his opinion and expressed his opinion.

"But maybe that's why they use demons. If they serve angels or golems, they will also know that the Holy Nation is first to be suspected"

"Guru."

Zare's representative did not find any objection, so he shrugged in regret.

"It's all possible in the end."

A representative of a country says dissatisfied.

"Isn't it too late for something to happen"

Another delegate says back.

Then a mild statement begins and Wolfram rushes into a stop.

"If anything, let's have an extraordinary meeting. I want you to stay."

Many received the word of the chief of the Confederation.

In fact, small countries lack the capacity to cope with emergencies on their own, and we must expect assistance from other countries.

Wolfram needed to be careful not to overburden the side providing the aid.
