The Boys: Viltrumite Evolution Panel

Chapter 116 Conquest VS The Great Lucas

During this period of slaughter, Lucas’s performance attracted someone’s attention.

This day.

Lucas had just split the head of a Viltrumite.

A rough voice came from the sky, filled with endless fighting spirit.

"Interesting."

"Finally found someone who can pique my interest!"

Lucas slowly turned his head.

At the end of the battlefield piled with mountains of corpses and seas of blood, a burly man was floating toward him at extreme speed. He was an elderly Viltrumite.

His temples and beard were somewhat grey.

Everywhere he passed, those Viltrumites who were originally fighting crazily instinctively retreated to both sides.

Not even a single person dared to make eye contact with him!

Nor did anyone dare to block his path!

Because they all knew that the man before them was one of the most terrifying and invincible existences in The Great Purge.

Conquest.

Before being weakened by the scourge virus, Conquest’s strength ranked within the top three of Viltrum, and it was said he was the number one person under Thragg.

In Lucas’s biological sensing, Conquest’s strength was infinitely close to the Planet-Level.

That was a terrifying level that stood above everyone present.

Conquest stopped in front of Lucas, his eyes filled with bloodlust and fighting spirit, inspecting the blood-soaked young man with great interest.

"Kid, you haven’t even grown a beard yet, yet you possess such formidable power!"

"Who are your parents? Did you kill them with your own hands?"

"Also, why do your wounds heal so quickly?"

Conquest could hardly fail to notice that Lucas’s age was too young—so young that he was equivalent to an infant.

An infant killing many adult Viltrumites and achieving supreme glory was a unique existence in the history of Viltrum.

If given a few hundred more years, I’m afraid even he wouldn’t be a match for him.

Conquest also noticed that the reason his opponent could remain standing was because of that extraordinary Super Speed Healing.

He could even project energy beams from his eyes.

A... non-pure-blooded Viltrumite?

Before the scourge virus killed billions of Viltrumites, Viltrum also had experience breeding with alien races.

Lucas was not pure-blooded, yet he was stronger than many pure-bloods!!

"What’s the use of knowing so much? You’re going to die soon anyway!" Lucas’s posture was arrogant.

Viltrumites respected the strong in their bones; the more humble you were, the more they looked down on you.

"Hahaha!" Conquest laughed up at the sky, "Interesting. Do you know who I am?"

"To me, you are nothing but a stray on the roadside!"

"You only need to know that I am the true powerhouse!"

Conquest was stunned for a moment.

"Hahahahaha!"

"Good! What a brat who doesn’t know the True limits of power!"

"Then let me see if you have the qualifications to be this arrogant!"

Before the words fell.

The two figures collided without reservation.

"Boom!!"

In that instant, the entire continent trembled violently.

An epic battle.

Officially began!

Between the two, there was no fancy probing, nor any room for holding back.

With their fists as the center, a circle of invisible shockwaves exploded, sending the surrounding fighting Viltrumites flying away in droves.

Some lost their balance and tumbled in mid-air to stabilize themselves; others were even knocked back over a dozen meters by the shockwave, looking toward this side with astonishment.

Most of them didn’t suffer any substantial injuries, but the pressure emanating from the center still caused many to instinctively retreat a certain distance.

They couldn’t care about fighting each other anymore, watching this battle with shock.

Anyone could see that the center where those two were fighting was not a place for someone of their level to approach.

The collision ended.

The ground beneath Lucas’s feet first cracked into a spiderweb-like fissure, then the entire area collapsed, creating a crater dozens of meters in diameter; the rock layer was crushed by the force of their collision, raising dust that filled the sky.

Their fists were pressed firmly against each other.

Neither could shake the other.

"Boy! That’s interesting!"

Conquest grinned, his eyes burning with long-lost excitement.

He was a loner, cruel in his methods, and Viltrumites feared him.

This was the first time a young man dared to go head-to-head with him.

"I haven’t met a young man like you in a long time. You have guts and strength! Don’t disappoint me."

Before he finished speaking, his other fist had already swung fiercely toward Lucas’s side profile.

Lucas didn’t even bother to dodge.

He tilted his head to deflect part of the force, taking the punch squarely with his cheek. Flesh split and blood splattered, but the next instant, the wound closed at a speed visible to the naked eye.

At the same time, the hand he was using to press against Conquest suddenly exerted force.

"Bang!"

Conquest’s wrist, clenched into a fist, was pressed downward by this force, and his entire center of gravity was thrown off by half an inch.

It was just this half-inch.

Lucas’s knee followed the momentum, slamming heavily into Conquest’s abdomen.

Conquest let out a muffled grunt, his burly body sent flying backward, dragging a long furrow on the ground, breaking several stone pillars jutting from the earth before barely stabilizing his figure.

He wiped the corner of his mouth, looked down at his wrist; the opponent’s wound had already disappeared.

He laughed with great delight.

"I have a punching bag for training!"

Lucas didn’t show weakness, "Aren’t you a punching bag too? Take this hit from me!!!"

But Conquest struck first.

He stomped his feet hard on the ground, the earth behind him collapsing into a large depression from the kick, and his entire body turned into a shadow skimming at low altitude, charging toward Lucas again.

Lucas took the initiative to meet him.

The two figures grappled on the surface, trading blows.

Defense? To hell with defense!

The two were brawling face-to-face, taking each other’s punches head-on. Conquest’s strength was significantly greater than Lucas’s, and every time he could tear Lucas’s flesh, but Lucas possessed Super Speed Healing.

And when his fists landed on Conquest, they could only cause the opponent pain.

Conquest was like a masochist; every time he felt pain, he would laugh wildly.

It made Lucas think the opponent had been possessed by The Batman Who Laughs.

The battle between them was simply jaw-dropping. Every collision resulted in one party being knocked away, only to use the momentum to turn back and pounce again. During the battle, the original battlefield was trampled into collapse by the two of them, turning it into a ruin crisscrossed with gullies.

Occasionally, one could even see magma seeping to the surface.

The surrounding Viltrumites had already regarded this place as a forbidden area, and no one dared to approach this region.

They continued their slaughter, but still cast glances at the battlefield, especially the two figures in the center.

The great Lucas actually didn’t fear Conquest?

How young is he!

He’s not even a hundred years old, right!

Such a young guy, never heard of before, yet he could fight back and forth with Conquest?

And the two fought more and more fiercely.

Conquest would absolutely not hold back; Lucas’s strength was plain for all to see.
