The moment their eyes met, Rod’s spirit felt as if struck by an immense force, stormy tides surged within his soul, countless streams of Spiritual Light flickered within his Soul Body. At the same time, the Dream Realm experienced intense tremors; an unprecedented eerie echo resounded from the Obelisk. In the [long tower], ripples appeared on the Dream Bubble’s surface, the protective Spiritual Light outside the dream glimmered peculiarly, and, for a moment, the Dream Source Energy spun out of control.

The Book of Knowledge immediately cried out: "What happened? The dream, what happened to the dream?"

But in the next instant, the Dream Source Energy returned to normal, the protective Spiritual Light rose again, the tremors ceased, as if everything just now had been an illusion.

However, the Book of Knowledge was very aware that this was definitely not an illusion. In the brief moment of the dream’s loss of control, a significant disturbance had already spread within the [long tower], and those powerful tower knights quickly converged like sharks sensing blood, with countless Evil Spirit Armors appearing on the distant horizon, including some colossal tower knights with Spiritual Energy of level 18.

Fortunately, the dream soon recovered, the protection rising again, causing them to lose their target, avoiding a scenario where, once a battle started, the disturbance would expand without limit and revert back to the previous disadvantageous situation.

The Book of Knowledge, still shaken, shouted: "How could this be? The Book of Eternity’s retrospection concerns the past, yet what’s manifested before the master is clearly an Illusion Realm, why did it trigger such a tremendous backlash?"

"No!" the puppet said in a deep voice: "This wasn’t backlash; the dream just experienced resonance!"

The Book of Knowledge flipped its pages, exclaiming in shock: "Resonance? How could the dream resonate? And with what?"

The puppet remained silent for a few seconds, gazing at the far-off sky. Today’s dream realm, like the material world, possessed a lofty sky and also underwent day-to-night changes, and even appeared more profound than the sky of the Main Material World.

"Adorlis."

This dream servant, who had rarely spoken since its revival, now spoke in an unprecedented tone.

"I think, perhaps the birth of the dream realm is connected to the person of extreme evil."

The enormous shock caused the pages of the Book of Knowledge to cease turning.

"The dream realm connects to the person of extreme evil? No, how is that possible? The dream, the dream is an ancient existence from a distant past. Though the memory of the dream’s origin has been entirely erased from my soul, I still remember that this point, once filled with chaotic information within my Spiritual Body, has been completely purged by me, the codes the dream once used do not define its real existence, much less can it be related to the incredibly evil person of utmost extreme!"

The puppet gently said, "Adorlis, perhaps there are some secrets unknown to us, this connection may not be as simple as we imagine."

The Book of Knowledge was about to reply when it noticed that the past anomaly began to dissipate, the golden light of the Book of Eternity receded like the tide, the scent of time rapidly vanished; the blob of Residual Spirit exploded like a bubble, turning into countless streams of Spiritual Light, dissipating amidst the chaotic Starlight, though a few strands merged with the Book of Eternity.

"What’s happening?" The Book of Knowledge shouted: "Why was the retrospection forcibly terminated?"

Rod, snapping out of the boundless shock, felt the overpowering impact bring on a strong sense of dizziness, the immense dread still echoed within his soul as if he had encountered something terrifying.

"Is that the person of extreme evil?"

Rod could hardly believe his eyes, yet he had to believe; that unlimited terror, that ultimate distortion, like the very source of the Black Fog.

But why did I suddenly see him? Was it the retrospection of the Book of Eternity?

If it was a retrospection of time, then I should have seen a phantom; why did he seem aware of my gaze?

Rod forced himself to calm down, beginning to recall all he had seen.

In the retrospection of the Book of Eternity, he witnessed the dawn of the first Epoch, saw the cosmic truths, learned of the existence of thirteen Primordial Gods. They are Gods above all, transcending all matter and spirit, infinite and eternal, existences ever and always present.

Yet they too perished under the Black Fog released by the person of extreme evil.

Rod suddenly understood the source of his fear; could the Primordial Gods, who upheld the Supreme Universe, actually fall? Under the corruption of the Black Fog, through endless ages, into what horrifying forms have they evolved?

How could the person of extreme evil accomplish such a feat? The words revealed on the Book of Eternity claimed that he had stolen the power of the Gods, but how did he steal it?

Numerous questions arose within Rod’s mind, but in the next instant, a blazing light pierced through his soul, his Inspiration whirled madly, as if momentarily plunged into a sea of fire.

"Master!"

Asa joyfully fluttered its pages in his hand, exclaiming ecstatically: "I’ve seized it, that ancient time, that initial taboo, that buried past... I’ve completed an unprecedented super prophecy, my Destiny Energy intensity has greatly increased, I want to consume Destiny Energy, I want more Destiny Energy, I’m almost becoming the master of destiny!"

However, Rod did not respond, nor did he return it to the dream realm.
