They were far ahead, both in the number of fans and the quantity of light sticks.

Some of the other groups, who had already set up their camps, saw what Melody Monroe’s team was doing and wanted to copy them.

But unfortunately, none of them had a commander and designer as capable as Melody Monroe, nor did they have such amazing teammates.

And some groups didn’t even have a bamboo forest to work with.

Rose Shaw watched Melody Monroe’s performance on the show, utterly shocked. Although they were part of the entourage, they weren’t allowed to appear on the live broadcast and couldn’t help in any way.

Evan Fairchild’s brow was furrowed tightly as he watched Melody Monroe, who was covered in dirt with her forehead beaded in sweat.

’If she were just filming a movie, she wouldn’t have to go through this kind of hardship.’

Melody Monroe was teaching the three other women—Yvonne Lewis, Nana Owen, and Cynthia Jacobs—how to weave grass mats.

The grass was all cut to the same length and woven into a large square, with one side secured by bamboo strips.

"Melody, you’re so amazing. You even know how to do this."

"Did you study architecture? How do you know so much about this?"

"Melody, you know what? I admire you so much!"

"I just know a little," Melody Monroe replied coolly.

Just then, Shaun Owen and Jenson Yates finished securing the six support pillars with bamboo strips. They had walled up five of the sides from the base to a height of one meter, leaving the side facing the river open. This opening would serve as the doorway.

"You two, take care of leveling the ground."

"You got it!"

The roof was finished weaving as well. Melody Monroe took a pair of scissors and neatly trimmed the edges, transforming the square mat into a circle. She intentionally left some long blades of grass hanging from the edge, making it look quite beautiful.

"Let’s lift the roof into place."

Working together, they lifted the roof onto the six pillars. A small hut had finally taken shape!

They gazed at the fruit of their labor, absolutely overjoyed.

They had really done it!

"Captain, you’re seriously amazing!"

"Yeah, it’s exactly the same as what you drew in the plans!"

"It’s gorgeous! I can’t believe I helped build such a beautiful little bamboo hut with my own hands!"

"Great work, everyone. It’ll be dark soon and we still have a lot to do, so we’ll have to push on for a little while longer."

"Okay!" everyone replied in unison.

They were exhausted, but their spirits were high!

Shaun Owen and Jenson Yates climbed inside the hut to firmly secure the roof to the six pillars one more time, so a strong gust of wind wouldn’t blow it away.

Melody Monroe and the other women continued weaving the grass mats.

This time, they wove them into long, rectangular strips. In total, they made over a dozen.

It was only when Melody Monroe picked one up and hung it on the hut that everyone understood the purpose of these mats. They were curtains! When let down, they covered the open spaces in the hut’s walls.

When rolled up, the hut could get light from all sides. It was absolutely perfect!

"If tomorrow’s tasks are a little more relaxed, we could use this method to build another, smaller hut. That way, it won’t be so crowded," Jenson Yates suggested.

"That’s a good idea." Melody Monroe nodded. "For now, let’s all wash our hands and get something to eat. After that, we still have six small beds to make."

"Alright!" everyone responded in unison.

Their dining table was a large rock on the riverbank, upon which the dinner provided by the production crew was laid out. It was all just convenience food, but everyone ate with immense joy.
