Chapter 346: Establishing the Academic Ace Persona 1
The other teams all reached the campsite smoothly, completing the first task: setting up camp.
These teams immediately began organizing their supplies. Since they all had tents, the task was incredibly convenient.
Eileen Scott wasn’t about to do such rough work—and besides, she didn’t even know how. She hogged the camera the entire time, pretending to be hard at work on the livestream while her teammates had no chance to get on screen.
Although everyone was quite unhappy about it, no one dared to say anything directly.
When the livestream first started, there were over ten thousand viewers. This was thanks to traffic from the other teams, and because their stream had started late, it drew in some curious people who wanted to check things out.
But after seeing what was happening on their stream, the viewer count plummeted from over ten thousand at the start to just over one thousand now.
Eileen Scott was fuming inside. With so few people, forget about virtual gifts—there were barely any comments.
"I’ve been watching forever, and it’s just this ugly witch on screen. Is she the only one on her team?"
"Yeah, this is so boring."
"I was most excited for the Jinx and Lady Luck before. What a joke. Some ’Lady Luck.’ I’m so disappointed."
"Their team just has more supplies. What else is there to see?"
"So boring."
"Let’s go watch the Jinx instead. Her team should be at the campsite by now, right?"
"Let’s go check it out!"
Eileen Scott read the comments and stomped away in a huff. Spotting her teammates setting up a tent, she immediately snapped, "Why are you setting the tent up here?"
"If not here, then where should we put it?"
"Tonight, I’m sleeping in one tent by myself. I’m not used to sharing a tent with others. You all can sleep in the other one." After saying her piece, Eileen Scott walked toward the riverbank.
As she walked away, the camera focused on the other team members, who were still busy working.
"Willow, you have the most experience with livestreaming. You take over the stream, and we’ll keep working."
A tall girl was pushed forward, and the others went back to their tasks.

Meanwhile, Melody Monroe’s team had just arrived at the campsite.
Except for Melody Monroe, everyone else was about to collapse from exhaustion.
The terrain here was very level. Off to one side was a stretch of riverbank with a few large boulders in front of it. The tops of the boulders were remarkably flat—the biggest one could even fit several people lying down.
"The scenery here is beautiful."
"It is! Wow, look, there are fish in the river! The water looks really shallow. Can we go try to catch some?" Nana Owen exclaimed happily.
"Melody, the first task is to set up camp," a staff member reminded her. "Your team doesn’t have any tents, so you need to figure out your sleeping situation for the night."
"The weather looks fine. Let’s just make the sky our blanket and the ground our bed!" Shaun Owen said as he sat on one of the large rocks, not at all worried about where they would sleep.
"Easy for you to say! We’re filming for a whole month. Are we supposed to sleep on these rocks the entire time?"
Melody Monroe looked around and spotted a bamboo forest behind the riverbank. The bamboo grew thick and lush, with some stalks as wide as her calf. The ground within the forest was also relatively level, and an idea sparked in her mind.
She turned to the staff member and asked, "Do we have any other tasks after this?"
"Today’s only task is to set up camp," the staff member replied.
"And the supplies we drew, this is everything?" Melody Monroe asked again.
"Yes, these are all the supplies. Each backpack is labeled with the owner’s name."
Melody Monroe turned to her team. "Alright everyone, let’s unpack our things and take inventory."
