Trinitas Mundus

Episode XVIII: Dwarf's Banquet

The night of April 22nd.

Ray was in the rally room at the General Headquarters of the Blacksmith Guild in Ars, king's capital of the Kaum kingdom.

There were more than two hundred Dwarf blacksmiths hissing there. The table is lined with dishes focused on fried food, with a number of large barrels lined up on the wall.

(It's a big banquet, when did you get ready...)

He wears spare clothes that were in the item box after he removed his gear. Ashley and the others had also removed their armor and then left the inn, uncomfortable, but there was also a look of confusion on their faces.

The Unos, the beastly slaves of Lukes, are disappearing the moment they leave the master craftsman's office. They lurk behind the ceiling and prepare for unforeseen events.

In the meantime, only Luna was greeting the blacksmiths she knew, without any particular confusion. There were so many blacksmiths who knew about her that they could have a hedge around her when she said it was before the banquet started.

"Everyone!" The voice of Ulrich Drexler, the master craftsman.

"Our friend Luna came from Lockhart! I'm starting a banquet, so take your seats!

I take my seat even as the Dwarves, who were surrounding Luna with those words, give me a remorseful look.

The blatant Rays are also urged to take their seats by Alliance officials.

Alcohol is ready when everyone gets to their seats, but Ray had his eyes rounded at the speed.

(Twenty or so staff members quickly hand out jocks. Awesome......)

He has also attended banquets many times since he came to this world, but this was the first time he had seen so much handiwork.

"I heard rumors, but that's awesome," Ashley mutters.

When Ray tried to ask what it meant, Ulrich's dra voice sounded so he gave up asking.

"Here's to reuniting our friend, Luna of the Lockhart family!

Ray hastily held the handed out jock, "Or, cheers! I say," and I manage to make it.

As he mouths the jock with relief, the sound of a throat rattling from his surroundings called gokugoku is heard and the jock is lowered simultaneously.

"" "Puher" "

Ray stared at the sight with the jock on his mouth.

Luna talks sitting next to Ray with a shuddered face.

"It's amazing, the way you drink dwarf. I think I had the same look on my face as you the first time I saw it. Huuuuuuuuuu..."

"Ho, that's really awesome..."

"But they say the drinks here are delicious. That's what I heard because you never let me drink it before."

That's what they say. Ray leans the jock again.

What was inside was a brown ale slightly darker than the beer he usually drinks, but he himself has no knowledge of alcohol, so he doesn't know what kind of alcohol it is.

Still, I found it tasted much better than usual.

"It's delicious, really!

"Right. It's really good."

Luna had such a grunting but slightly lonely look.

(I would have liked to have a drink with you. Because he's a minor, because he only made me drink enough to see the taste. I wonder what you're doing now......)

Ray, sitting next to her, was speaking to Ashley on the other side, and nothing noticed her expression.

When the second cup was empty, Ulrich rose.

"We're going to introduce our guests! I hope Luna knows... Ryan is the big one there. Luna's buddy Harvard!

Ryan doesn't know what to do with the introduction that all of a sudden started, and asks Luna, whispering, "What am I supposed to do?"

"All you have to do is stand and bow your head."

I get up and bow my head as they say, although I am confused by her cheerful sometime.

The Dwarves respond to it with applause.

"This is Ione, the healer!

Ione lowers her head in imitation of Ryan, but was satisfied that Luna had a pleasant look on her face, although confused by this situation.

(Is this how we banquet on the West Side? Master Luna seems to enjoy it more than usual. Even the feast at Sochius seemed fun, but now I think it feels like I was being cared for. But now I really enjoy it sincerely......)

Stella is introduced in the meantime.

"This man is not Stella! I used to be Lord Deodard's escort. Do some of you remember?"

Several people are nodding at the question.

"The woman next to her is Ashley, Hamish's daughter!

Ashley slowly stood up and said, "It's Ashley Marcut. I invite you and thank you," he says, bowing his head.

From amongst the Dwarves I hear the voice "of those Red Arms..."

The Markat Mercenaries were active during the invasion of the Demons nineteen years ago, and many even remembered their names in the Kaum kingdom.

"You'll be surprised at the end. Ray Arklight! Ask the poem," White Master ”!

I said to the assembly room, "" Ooh! "" The voice sounds.

Ray bows his head as he blushes with embarrassment.

"Luna tells me I need a few favors. One is to take care of Ashley and Stella's sword. They want you to see it because they switched battles from the Periclitle offensive with Fonce's Bartel hit stuff."

"I'll do it," he said more than once.

"I'll show you my sword later, so decide who's gonna do it!

Ashley was stunned by the way it was going.

(I did intend to ask the Dwarves of Ars to take care of it, but they are clearly the parents who are called celebrities here. I don't want to insult care, but I don't think I have to ask so many skilled craftsmen to take care of my sword...)

Apart from Ashley's thoughts, Ulrich's story continued.

"I'm not here, but he wants Luna's fellow Beast Man to strike his sword. Just like Stella, she's a light warrior, but her arm is better than this one. I need a five-wave, but can anyone who can do it in a hurry raise their hand?

With that said, about ten dwarves raise their thick arms.

"Jack! Write down who put their hands up"

"Okay!" I heard it coming from behind Ray. He was waiting behind the Rays at some point.

"Last favor," he says, but Ulrich's expression gets slightly stiffer.

The Dwarves also realize that and talk to their neighbors, "What is it?"

"This guy's a little troublesome. Ray's armor and spears here."

Ray's Armored Snow Clothes (Nixwestis) and Spear White Horns (Album Corne) are brought on the platform. Though there is a full set of armor, it takes four to carry that platform.

I wondered if Ulrich would say, "What's wrong?" and approaching,

"They're both incredibly heavy. It's not twice as common."

Blacksmith Guild staff are more powerful than the general public because they handle barrels used in iron and banquets that are materials. The blacksmiths couldn't believe that they were struggling to carry a set of armor and a single spear.

Ulrich tried to take the spear as he said, "Is it that heavy?" It's not the weight you can't hold, but it unwittingly opens your eyes to a few times the weight of a regular spear.

"Can you shake this, you"

"Yes, I can use it normally," Ray replies, but I can't tell if it's something I can tell you about the magic formation on my left.

"I can trust these people," Luna whispers.

Although Ray is even more troubled, he braces his belly that he needs to talk if you want him to see it.

"I don't want this to spread much," he prefaced.

"It's like it gets lighter when combined with the magic team on my left. I don't know what the principle is."

Until then, the assembly room quiets down as if the hustle and bustle were lies.

"I told you to stay with the magic team on your left... I've never heard of it..."

I can hear someone whining to themselves, but all the blacksmiths thought the same.

Ulrich, who returned it to me as soon as possible, stopped saying, "This is not the place to be."

"Luna's last request was to find out where this armor and spear was made."

"Why not? You can ask Ray," raises the question.

In contrast, Luna answers on behalf of Ulrich.

"He lacks some of his memories from over a year ago. Although I can remember my name, I don't know where it came from...... I'm also concerned about the similarities to Luke's crest. He hates phototheism himself, but he has doubts that maybe he was an associate of phototheism. So I figured if I could figure out where this armor and spear was made, it would be a hint of something."

Ryan and Ione reminded me of the doubt in her explanation. But instead of the atmosphere of mouthing it, I just kept it in mind.

"Luna tells me you're staying about ten days. I'm not going to look into this armor and spear in the meantime, but it's not as semi-probable as one or two of us can tell. Can those of you who are free come here and check it out with me?"

The Dwarves nod in unison. Because weapons made of unknown materials inspired their curiosity.

"If you're free, help me strengthen my gear. I haven't heard where and what to do, but Luna is going to stand the test. Right."

It was Luna with a grin so far, but I'm surprised how she figured out that word. But I decided to talk as far as I could tell that I had no choice but to hide it here.

"Yes, I can't tell you the details, but I think we're going to be fighting a very powerful enemy. There is no chance of winning, honestly. The more we manage to contain our enemies, the less likely we are to succeed."

"I'll give you a hand, too!" The voice goes up.

"Thank you. But this is our, no, my fight. You can say it's a test the gods have given me..."

The Dwarves listened quietly.

Although Luna, whom they knew, was with the Lockhart family, she was not a strong figure. But in front of her, she was a woman with a strong heart trying to fight on her own.

"... I have been protected until now. But in this battle, I will be the side to protect. I'm going to keep fighting to make sure you don't lose to anyone who keeps protecting me."

The assembly room is dominated by silence.

Ulrich broke it.

"I don't ask what kind of battle. Then, Non and the others are on Lockhart's side, and on your side. Whenever you need help, stretch your arms. Nong and the others take the arms of those with the name of Lockhart at all times. Especially Zach. You're special to Nona. Yeah, he asked me to."

Tears flow down Luna's cheek.

"Thank you. I have done nothing to you all myself. That's it for me..."

The last one was speechless.

Ray wondered what the Lockhart family was like for the Blacksmith Guild, and for Luna.

(I don't know Luna's, I have a past for Mr. Tsukiya... is that right? She's been over here for eighteen years, unlike me...)

With that in mind, it was decided that at some point it would be updated to include Ryan's gear.

"What's going on?," asks Ashley, "but she also says," I'm not sure, "

"Unmatched gear is treasure rotting. Whatever Uno and his men are, I'm not willing to do any more with my current gear."

"You sure do. But whatever the weapon is, I want it better. Because I don't like to be hurt."

When he finished explaining Luna's request, he entered a full-fledged banquet.

Alternative blacksmiths, especially at Ray's, were visiting and were thrilled with equipment and stories of white soldiers.

"It's amazing how you killed an orga for ten moments."

Yeah, but I'm going to recommend "well, drink".

"Thank you," she said, reaching for the new booze, but Stella looked worried about how it was going.

(This makes me hung over. Are you sure you're okay?

You heard that heart, and Luna advises, "You should hang the magic of detoxification early."

But in the end, Ray crumbled along the way.

It was caused by the Dwarves drinking too well in their singing toast song and by the fact that they started drinking the scotch served along the way.

Likewise, Ryan had been crushed. He was also frequently advised to drink too much.

In that regard, the women were cautious.

Luna knew many blacksmiths were coming to her and was careful not to get caught up in the pace. I wasn't just paying attention, I was faithfully following the advice of a woman.

(I thought you said try to talk as much as possible and keep the jock just to hold. I can tell now. I mean, this is pretty hard. Those two always did well......)

Still drinking a little too much and having Ione hang the magic of detoxification along the way. Ione couldn't imagine it, but he hears Luna's explanation and manages to make it work magic.

"I purify alcohol (alcohol) in my blood because I think it's poisonous. If it's difficult, ask the Spirit of Water to remove the foreign body in your blood."

This advice made Ione a healer capable of preventing hangovers.

She was told by Luna to hang the magic of detoxification on Ray, but she couldn't prevent it from crushing because she had already exceeded the limits she could magically erase.

The ione was not a target for the Dwarves by taking care of Luna in a worthy manner.

Stella pretended to drink as usual, but the Dwarves caught her and drank her more than usual. But is she physically drinkable, too, or she's not hung over just once Ione hung the magic of detoxification.

Ashley, but while she enjoyed drinking with the Dwarves, it never crumbled as usual.

The next morning, Ray woke up suffering from severe headaches and nausea, as usual.

And hang the magic of detoxification and drink the cold water that was ready.

(I did it again. If I drank at the same pace as Dwarf, even Luna would have stabbed me with a nail... but anyone should be hungover yesterday...)

Rest assured to see Ryan with the same blue face, and hang the magic of detoxification on him as well.

"Are you okay? I think it'll probably be easier in an hour or so..."

"Oh...... I've never had such a terrible hangover in my life. I thought I'd be able to drink."

"No, you can't do it with a human being," Ray says, agreeing with Ryan, "Right."

"Are you hungover?" Ashley showed up in the living room. Have you already finished your morning workouts, wiping your sweat with hand tugs?

Behind it were Stella, Luna and Ione. They all seemed to be doing their morning workouts, and the two men suddenly had no words on that fact.

"Think and drink alcohol. It's important to know how much you're doing."

That's what Luna tells me, and the two of them nod without words to give back.

"You should drink this. It's melted with turmeric and sugar, so it should be good for hangovers."

Each of them gratefully receives the cup and drinks up the yellow liquid. Face its sweetness and unique aroma.

(I guess a woman's liquor is stronger? I didn't think Mr. Tsukiya could drink better... I wonder what it was because he was at the Lockhart house...)

Ray was holding on to his aching head as he thought about it.
