Villainess Breaker: Raising Broken Beauties Against Destiny

Chapter 262: Nolan Cleans Damian’s Enemy

The system movie rapidly fast-forwarded through the next two months.

When the image finally became clear again, Vivian and Violetta were standing together inside the Heavenly Palace.

Compared to two months ago, Violetta had clearly changed.

She was still the same elegant beauty, yet everything about her now felt sharper and more refined.

The soft grace surrounding her had not disappeared, but beneath that elegance was a deep, poisonous hatred that Vivian’s training had tempered into something far more dangerous.

Damian leaned forward slightly as he examined her. "Damn... she really changed a lot."

A moment later, the door opened and Selvara entered the room.

Her gaze immediately settled on Violetta.

Selvara silently examined her from head to toe for several breaths before giving a faint nod. "Good."

Violetta remained calm beneath her inspection.

Selvara continued, "You’ve changed so much in only two months that I almost didn’t recognize you."

Violetta respectfully bowed. "Thank you, Elder Selvara."

Selvara’s expression remained cold. "Unfortunately, I didn’t come here with good news."

Violetta immediately frowned. "Bad news?"

Selvara nodded. "Nolan has become stronger."

The atmosphere inside the room immediately became heavier.

Selvara continued calmly, "He obtained a King Grade weapon inside the Sword Tomb. And along with that weapon, he also obtained a King Grade martial art."

The moment those words left Selvara’s mouth, Violetta’s face darkened.

Even Vivian, who had remained composed until now, showed a slight change in her eyes.

Outside the movie, Damian clicked his tongue. "So even on this path, that bastard still got the [Sunfall King Sword]."

His expression turned slightly annoyed.

"Fucking protagonist luck."

Before anyone inside the room could continue speaking, the door suddenly opened again.

Raven entered.

Her normally distant expression was noticeably colder than usual.

Vivian immediately turned toward her. "What happened?"

Raven answered bluntly. "The Night Fragrance Pavilion was destroyed."

The entire room fell silent.

Vivian’s expression finally changed. "When?"

Raven directly answered, "Just now."

She also paused for a moment before adding, "The one who destroyed them was Nolan."

Violetta’s eyes turned terrifyingly cold.

A second later, realization crossed her face. "So that bastard thought I was still connected to them."

Outside the movie, Damian’s grip tightened slightly around his pouch of roasted nuts. "Damn..."

He stared at the ruined Night Fragrance Pavilion shown briefly by the system.

A moment later, his expression became strangely approving. "Although... good fucking job, Nolan."

Damian casually tossed another nut into his mouth. "That faction hated me anyway. Nice of you to help clean them up."

Vivian released a quiet sigh. "It seems your revenge has become even more troublesome."

Violetta did not respond. The hatred in her eyes only grew deeper.

Selvara watched her for several moments before finally speaking. "Violetta."

Violetta raised her head. "Yes?"

Selvara’s voice remained calm. "I have one thing that may help you."

Violetta’s attention immediately focused on her. "What is it?"

Selvara looked directly into her eyes. "I can take you into the Sword Tomb."

Violetta froze.

Selvara continued, "I’ll allow you to enter and try to obtain a King Grade weapon of your own."

This time, even Violetta had difficulty hiding her surprise. "A King Grade weapon...?"

Selvara gave a small nod. "Despite its name, the Sword Tomb doesn’t contain only swords."

She turned slightly toward the door. "Many cultivators simply call it that because sword cultivators created and dominated most of its history."

Selvara’s gaze returned to Violetta. "There are other kinds of weapons inside."

Violetta’s expression immediately changed.

If she could obtain a King Grade weapon herself, then Nolan’s newly gained strength would no longer seem completely untouchable.

At the very least, she would have something capable of standing against his [Sunfall King Sword].

Vivian looked toward Selvara with clear interest. "You’re really willing to bring her there?"

Selvara nodded without hesitation. "I can give her the opportunity."

Her gaze settled on Violetta again. "Whether she actually obtains anything depends entirely on her. If she possesses enough talent and compatibility, the Sword Tomb will respond."

Violetta did not need any more convincing.

"I agree."

Selvara immediately turned around. "Then follow me."

The movie shifted once again.

Under Selvara’s guidance, Violetta eventually arrived at the Heavenly Sword Sect and entered the Sword Tomb.

Damian stopped eating.

His attention became completely focused as the scenes moved deeper and deeper into that familiar ancient place.

Everything was almost exactly as he remembered it. Eventually, something appeared in the distance.

Damian immediately sat straighter. A familiar aura emerged from the darkness. Moments later, an elegant pipa slowly floated into view.

Damian’s eyes sharpened. "As expected."

He had already suspected this would happen.

Even in a world where Damian never saved her, Violetta had still been drawn toward the same King Grade pipa.

The ancient instrument floated gracefully before her, surrounded by a mysterious and elegant aura.

Unlike the attitude it had shown Damian, however, the pipa spirit seemed almost immediately gentle toward Violetta.

The damn thing practically welcomed her from the beginning.

Damian’s eyebrow twitched slightly. "Seriously?"

He stared at the pipa. "You treated me like shit, but you’re this fucking nice to Violetta immediately?"

The pipa spirit obviously could not hear him through the system movie.

Damian clicked his tongue before leaning back again. Still, his annoyance quickly disappeared as curiosity took over.

The pipa floated happily around Violetta before willingly allowing her to form a contract.

Not long afterward, Violetta finally emerged from the Sword Tomb with the King Grade pipa floating quietly beside her.

Selvara was already waiting outside.

The moment her gaze landed on the weapon beside Violetta, even she showed a trace of surprise. "You actually succeeded."

Violetta gently touched the pipa before nodding. "Yes."

Selvara examined her for another moment before asking directly, "When do you want to face Nolan?"

Violetta did not need even a second to think. "As soon as possible."

Her voice was calm, but the hatred burning beneath it was unmistakable. "I’ve already waited long enough."

Selvara gave a faint nod. "Fine."

She took out a small piece of paper, quickly wrote down an address, and handed it to Violetta. "Go here."

Violetta accepted it and looked down at the location.

Selvara continued, "Wait there and spend the remaining time cultivating and familiarizing yourself with your new weapon."

Her eyes turned cold. "I’ll bring Nolan there myself."

Violetta’s fingers slowly tightened around the paper. A dangerous anticipation appeared in her eyes. "Understood."

Selvara turned away. "Prepare yourself properly."

Her voice remained calm. "The next time you see him, you’ll finally have the chance to settle everything."

Damian’s eyes filled with anticipation. "Finally... it’s time to see what kind of ending you would have reached, Violetta."
