Villainess Breaker: Raising Broken Beauties Against Destiny

Chapter 260: The Love Token Turns Nightmare

Rosa personally arranged for Violetta’s injuries to be treated when they arrived at Rosa’s own courtesan house.

But even after Violetta recovered, Rosa didn’t immediately take her to meet the higher-ranking members of the Heavenly Palace.

At that point, she was still nobody important. She was merely a broken woman Rosa had happened to pick up.

Because of that, Violetta remained under Rosa and began training directly beneath her.

She learned everything related to being a courtesan... music, dance, etiquette, and many other skills.

She even learned one of the Heavenly Palace’s secret techniques, which focused on reading people, using beauty, charm, and subtle manipulation to influence and control others.

Within only a few months under Rosa’s guidance, it was as though the miserable woman who had once been abandoned by the roadside had been completely reborn.

She was no longer merely elegant and confident. The hatred buried deep within her had never disappeared; instead, it had only grown stronger and stronger.

And that was why she quickly rose to become one of the finest courtesans in Rosa’s establishment.

One day, she approached Rosa directly and spoke with a hint of respect. "Senior Rosa, I’ve already become the best among the women here."

Her gentle eyes suddenly turned ferocious, without a trace of their usual softness. "So tell me, when are you going to help me with my revenge?"

Rosa stared at her for a moment before grinning. "Of course... You’ve already proven yourself, and I intend to keep the promise I made to you."

She soon stood up, walked toward the door, and waved her hand. "Come with me. We’re going to the headquarters."

At those words, Violetta grinned and immediately followed her. At last, the moment for her revenge was drawing near.

---

Damian’s eyes immediately brightened when he saw Violetta and Rosa heading toward the Heavenly Palace headquarters. "This time they should finally meet Vivian, right?"

He leaned forward with obvious interest. "Hehe... this should be a damn good show."

Almost out of habit, Damian reached toward the side as though searching for something.

A second later, his hand stopped in midair, and his expression turned annoyed. "Damn, where the hell is my popcorn?"

He paused as realization struck him. "Right... this fucking world doesn’t have popcorn."

Damian clicked his tongue before digging through his storage ring. "Fine. I’ll just eat whatever I have."

After searching for a moment, he finally pulled out a small pouch of dried fruit and roasted nuts.

He casually popped one into his mouth and turned his attention back toward the system movie. "Alright. Continue."

The movie flowed forward.

Soon, Rosa brought Violetta to the main headquarters of the Heavenly Palace.

Compared to Rosa’s courtesan house, this place was far grander, quieter, and much more dangerous.

Every woman walking through its halls possessed extraordinary beauty and elegance, yet not a single one of them gave off the feeling of being harmless.

Eventually, Rosa led Violetta into an elegant private room.

Vivian was already waiting inside.

The moment Violetta saw her, she immediately lowered her head respectfully.

Rosa also bowed. "Master."

Vivian calmly looked at Violetta.

Her eyes appeared gentle, but they were deep enough to make someone feel as though every secret hidden inside their heart had already been exposed. "I already know what you want."

Violetta slowly raised her head.

Vivian’s voice remained soft. "You want revenge, correct?"

Violetta nodded without the slightest hesitation. "Yes."

Her voice remained calm, but the hatred underneath it was unmistakable. "I’ll do anything for it."

Vivian gave a faint smile. "I know."

She rested one hand on the table and lightly tapped a finger against its surface. "Unfortunately, it seems your revenge will be somewhat troublesome."

Violetta frowned. "Troublesome?"

Vivian nodded. "Your target is Nolan Veyr, correct?"

The softness in Violetta’s eyes vanished instantly. "Yes."

Vivian continued, "Nolan Veyr is currently the direct disciple of the Heavenly Sword Sect’s Sect Master."

Her gaze remained calm. "He has also become quite famous recently."

Violetta’s expression shifted slightly.

She had already heard the name Heavenly Sword Sect many times from the customers who visited Rosa’s establishment.

However, she had never imagined Nolan would actually end up there. Much less become the Sect Master’s personal disciple.

Vivian noticed the change in her expression. "Don’t worry."

She leaned back slightly. "That position makes killing him directly troublesome, but it certainly doesn’t make him untouchable."

Violetta looked toward her.

Vivian’s smile gradually became more dangerous. "I investigated him."

Damian, who was watching the movie, immediately leaned forward. "Oh?"

Vivian continued, "Surprisingly, that man has hidden quite a large number of unsightly things beneath that clean reputation of his."

Violetta’s eyes sharpened. "Can you expose them?"

Vivian raised an eyebrow slightly. "You want to destroy his reputation first?"

Violetta nodded. "Yes."

Without hesitation, she reached into her belongings and took out a small token-like mark before placing it on the table.

Vivian glanced down at it. "What is this?"

Violetta stared at the object for several breaths.

Her expression became colder with each passing second. "A symbol from when Nolan and I first met."

She paused. "Back then, it represented our love."

Her lips slowly curved upward, but there was no warmth in that smile... only malice. "Now... I want it to become his nightmare."

Vivian studied her silently, and a few seconds later, amusement appeared in her eyes. "Interesting."

Her lips then curved into a faint grin as she nodded. "Fine. I’ll add it there."

Vivian glanced toward Rosa. "My disciple already promised to help you, and since you’ve managed to prove yourself, the Heavenly Palace won’t break that promise."

Her gaze returned to Violetta. "Just wait for the show."

Violetta lowered her head slightly. "I will."

Damian, meanwhile, suddenly stopped chewing. His eyes widened as he stared at the scene. "Wait a damn minute..."

Something finally clicked inside his head. "Isn’t this when all those rumors and terrible news about Nolan started spreading?"

His expression quickly became interested again.

Damian leaned back and tossed another roasted nut into his mouth. "Hehehe... so this is where that whole mess began."

His gaze remained fixed on the movie. Not only was it entertaining, but it could also serve as a valuable source of information.

After all, this was a parallel fate showing what would have happened to Violetta if Damian had stopped interfering.

That meant the events unfolding here could very well happen in the current world as well.

Damian grabbed another handful of roasted nuts. "Let’s see how badly this fucks Nolan over... and what that bastard does once everything starts falling apart."

A shameless smile appeared on his face. "If I know what he does in this movie, I can prepare for the same bullshit in this world."
