Damian’s excitement was nowhere near finished.

The [One Hundred Years of Genius Comprehension in King Grade Primordial Dragon Crushing Fist] did far more than simply improve his mastery of the two fists.

It opened his eyes to the deeper structure of the entire scripture.

As countless fragments of comprehension settled into his mind, Damian finally began to understand what a true King Grade martial scripture actually represented.

The [First Fist: Dragon King Shatters the Mountain] and [Second Fist: Dragon King Splits the Heaven] were not merely two powerful attacks.

Hidden within the circulation methods, stances, breathing patterns, bloodline stimulation, and movement principles of those two fists were fragments of several supporting techniques.

Damian’s eyes gradually widened.

"Holy shit... there’s even more hidden inside?"

By studying the movement principles behind the two fists, Damian could derive methods for improving how his entire body moved.

Even the way his bones and meridians transferred power from the ground into his fist.

More importantly, the deeper comprehension revealed something far more valuable.

A body-tempering method. Its purpose was simple but fucking terrifying.

It was designed to continuously refine the human body until the flesh, bones, meridians, and organs could withstand the violent power of a dragon.

Damian’s breathing slowly became heavier, and the method did not stop there.

If cultivated far enough, an ordinary human cultivator could gradually stimulate their blood and transform it until their body produced the tiniest trace of genuine dragon bloodline.

Damian’s mouth slowly opened. "Holy shit..."

Now he finally understood why the [King Grade Primordial Dragon Crushing Fist] was so terrifying.

This scripture was not something an ordinary human could simply learn and start punching with.

At the very least, the cultivator needed to possess some trace of a draconic bloodline or enough physical strength to endure its power.

Otherwise...

The recoil produced by the fist force would tear their own body apart before they could properly kill the enemy.

That was why the scripture contained a hidden body-tempering method in the first place.

For ordinary cultivators, the method existed to gradually create the minimum physical and bloodline requirements necessary to practice the fist scripture safely.

Damian, however, was completely different. He already possessed the [Royal Grade Chaos Dragon Bloodline].

He did not need to painfully create a tiny sliver of dragon blood from nothing.

Instead, he could use the same body-tempering principles to refine, strengthen, and further awaken the draconic bloodline he already possessed.

Damian clenched his fist again.

HUMMMMM...

A faint draconic pressure immediately stirred beneath his skin.

This time, he could clearly sense how his blood, muscles, bones, and Qi should work together instead of simply forcing raw dragon power through his fist.

His grin slowly widened. "As expected of a real King Grade scripture..."

Damian looked down at his fist with undisguised excitement. "This thing is really fucking amazing."

---

Damian eventually returned to Selvara’s peak.

By the time he arrived, the sky had already darkened considerably.

He had barely stepped onto the mountain path and was preparing to return to his room when a familiar figure suddenly appeared ahead of him.

Selvara.

She stood there with her usual cold expression, her long dark hair shifting faintly in the night breeze.

The moment she saw him, she spoke directly. "Come with me."

Damian immediately stopped.

He looked at her suspiciously. "What’s the matter, Master?"

His expression quickly became wary. "Why are you suddenly calling me over this late at night?"

Damian instinctively took half a step backward. "Please tell me this isn’t more training."

Selvara frowned. "It isn’t training."

Damian immediately relaxed.

Selvara continued, "I need to talk to you and Violetta about Nolan."

The relief on Damian’s face disappeared.

His expression became slightly more serious. "Nolan?"

Selvara gave a faint nod before turning away. "Come."

A short while later, all three of them had gathered inside Selvara’s room.

Damian sat casually beside Violetta.

Violetta remained graceful and composed as usual, although there was a faint seriousness in her eyes after hearing Nolan’s name.

Selvara sat across from them.

She wasted no time getting to the point. "I spoke with Sect Master Arven."

Damian immediately understood what this conversation was about.

Selvara continued, "I told him Nolan tried to kill you inside the Sword Tomb."

Violetta’s gaze instantly sharpened. Her fingers tightened faintly against her robes.

Damian leaned forward slightly. "And?"

Selvara’s expression became noticeably colder. "He dismissed it."

Damian frowned.

Selvara continued, "His excuse was that the incident happened inside the Sword Tomb."

Her voice grew colder with every sentence. "So, according to him, there’s no proof that Nolan attacked you at all, since there were no witnesses."

Damian’s eyebrow twitched.

Selvara’s fingers slowly tightened. "He even implied that you could simply be lying because of your existing conflict with Nolan."

Silence.

Damian stared at her for several seconds before clicking his tongue in disgust. "Tch... that bastard Arven is fucking shameless, just like his disciple."

Violetta remained silent, but the temperature in her gaze seemed to drop several degrees.

Selvara’s own expression became even colder. "Of course."

Her voice carried obvious irritation. "Now that Nolan has obtained a King Grade sword, that bastard has become even more willing to protect him."

Damian sighed.

He was hardly surprised.

From Arven’s perspective, Nolan was his direct disciple, an extraordinary genius, and now the owner of a genuine King Grade Sword.

Without undeniable evidence, there was no chance Arven would willingly cripple or punish someone like that.

For several breaths, the room remained quiet.

Eventually, Damian leaned back and waved one hand. "Don’t worry about it, Master."

Selvara looked toward him.

Damian shrugged. "At least I’m still alive."

His eyes became slightly more serious. "More importantly, you said Nolan can’t openly act against me inside the sect, right?"

Selvara’s gaze sharpened. "I already warned Arven."

Her voice became colder. "He pretended not to hear half of what I said."

Damian’s mouth twitched.

Selvara continued, "However, if that bastard Nolan dares touch you again while you’re inside the Heavenly Sword Sect..."

Her voice suddenly stopped.

HUMMMMM...

A terrifying killing intent erupted from Selvara’s body.

The entire room seemed to freeze.

Damian’s shoulders instantly stiffened.

Beside him, even Violetta’s breathing briefly stopped.

The pressure was sharp, cold, and overwhelmingly murderous.

Damian swallowed.

"Yeah... I really don’t need to worry too much while I’m inside the sect."

His mind suddenly flashed back to Mirabel.

Even that crazy woman had immediately remembered Selvara when talking about dissecting him.

"Hell, even Elder Mirabel is scared of Master."

Damian quickly raised both hands. "Okay, okay, Master! I understand!"

Selvara looked toward him.

He hurriedly continued, "Please calm down first. Your killing intent is fucking terrifying."

Selvara paused.

The murderous pressure gradually receded.

She turned toward Violetta, who had also been caught inside it. "Sorry, Violetta."

Violetta’s tense shoulders finally relaxed.

She offered Selvara a gentle smile. "Don’t worry, Grandmaster."

Selvara gave a small nod.

Once the atmosphere returned to normal, she shifted toward another topic. "There is another piece of news."

Damian’s expression immediately changed.

He already had a very strong suspicion about what she was going to say.

Selvara had barely opened her mouth when Damian suddenly interrupted. "Did Nolan leave the sect and destroy the Night Fragrance Pavilion?"

The room instantly fell silent.

Violetta’s eyes widened.

Of course she recognized that name.

The [Night Fragrance Pavilion] was deeply connected to her earlier life as a courtesan, and she had worked with them during those years.

However, Selvara’s reaction was completely different. For several seconds, she simply stared at Damian.

Her usually cold expression showed genuine surprise. "...How did you know?"

Damian froze.

Selvara’s eyes sharpened. "Nolan destroyed the [Night Fragrance Pavilion] only a few hours ago."

She slowly leaned forward. "The news hasn’t even properly spread through the sect yet."

Her gaze locked directly onto Damian. "So how the hell did you already know?"
