Chapter 211: Linsey’s Gift Finds Damian
Damian stared at the silver light cutting through the air.
For a moment, he really thought his eyes had tricked him.
That thing was not a flying sword.
It was a huge chakram.
The weapon was wide and circular, its outer edge curved like a perfect silver moon blade.
Thin wind patterns moved along its surface, and every rotation sliced the air apart with a sharp, clean whistle.
Damian’s mouth slowly opened. "What the hell? This is a Sword Tomb, right?"
The silver chakram suddenly spun faster.
WHIIIIIR!
A second later, it split into two.
Two curved-handled half-moon blades separated in midair, one flying left and the other flying right, both circling Damian like hungry beasts.
Damian’s eyes brightened. "Oh? You can split too?"
The two blades answered with action.
SWISH!
SWISH!
They attacked from both sides at the same time.
Damian’s expression sharpened.
Chaos Qi wrapped around his fists, and he struck out with both hands.
CLANG!
CLANG!
The two half-moon blades were knocked back, but they only spun once in the air before rushing toward him again.
Sharp sword Qi tore through the mist.
Damian dodged half a step, then punched one blade aside and kicked the other away.
BANG!
BANG!
Instead of getting angry, his smile became wider and wider. "Good. Very good."
The two blades reunited in the air and became a full chakram again, spinning above him like a silver halo of death.
Damian looked at it with excitement. "Its aura is stronger than my sword, so it must be at least Top-Rank Royal Grade."
He immediately opened his system and focused on the weapon. "Let’s just see what grade you are."
A screen appeared before his eyes.
---
[Weapon Detected]
[Name: Wind Moon Chakram]
[Grade: Top-Rank Royal Grade]
[Element: Wind]
[Type: Split Chakram Blade]
---
Damian blinked, then grinned. "A wind element weapon, huh... It’s good. Although it’s not suitable for Cassandra, it’s perfect for someone in my harem. Linsey."
Linsey was a wind element cultivator, and her style focused on speed.
A Top-Rank Royal Grade wind chakram that could split into two would be a damn good fit for her.
Damian laughed softly. "Hehehe... good one."
The [Wind Moon Chakram] spun in the air again, clearly offended by his tone.
Damian raised his brow. "What? You don’t want to be a gift?"
WHIIIIIR!
The chakram cut toward him again.
Damian stepped forward instead of retreating.
[Thunder Flash Steps] activated.
CRACKLE!
His figure flashed through the wind blades, and his hand reached straight for the center of the chakram.
CLANG!
His fingers grabbed the inner handle.
The weapon struggled violently.
Wind sword Qi exploded outward and tore several cuts across his sleeve.
Damian’s grin became wild. "Relax. I’m giving you a better owner."
The chakram trembled harder.
Damian tightened his grip.
A second later, he opened his mouth.
[Lion Roar]
ROOOOOAR!
A tyrannical Chaos Dragon roar surged out like a dark dragon wrapping around the ring.
The surrounding sword mist exploded outward.
The wind sword Qi around the [Wind Moon Chakram] scattered violently, and the weapon’s rotation slowed for the first time.
HUMM!
The chakram released an angry hum, its two halves trying to split apart again.
Damian’s fingers sank deeper into the inner handle.
CRACK!
The metal groaned faintly under his grip.
"Don’t be dramatic," Damian said through his grin. "I said I’m giving you away, not throwing you into a trash pile."
The [Wind Moon Chakram] spun again, stubbornly resisting him.
Thin crescent sword lights erupted from its edge and slashed toward Damian’s arm.
SWISH! SWISH! SWISH!
Blood marks appeared across his sleeve and skin.
Damian clicked his tongue. "Sharp little bastard."
His Chaos Qi surged stronger.
The pressure of the [Chaos Dragon Physique] pressed down, heavy and tyrannical, forcing the wind around the chakram to collapse inward.
The weapon shook violently.
WHIRR...
Its silver light dimmed slightly.
Damian’s eyes narrowed. "Obey."
The command fell like a dragon’s claw.
The [Wind Moon Chakram] trembled for several breaths before its wild wind Qi slowly weakened.
Finally, the spinning stopped.
The silver ring rested in Damian’s hand, still faintly humming with unwillingness.
Damian lifted it and inspected the weapon with satisfaction. "Good. Linsey will definitely like you."
The chakram gave one last faint hum.
HUMM...
Damian smiled wider. "Don’t worry. She’s fast, beautiful, and much less annoying than me."
A second later, he paused.
"Probably."
The [Wind Moon Chakram] became silent, as if it had already lost the will to argue.
Damian casually stored it away.
His mood improved again.
One Top-Rank Royal Grade weapon had been obtained.
Not Cassandra’s sword, but still a good harvest.
Damian looked deeper into the [Core Sword Domain], his eyes shining with greed and excitement. "Alright. Linsey’s gift is done."
He cracked his neck and continued forward. "Now let’s find Cassandra’s."
---
Damian stared at the [Wind Moon Chakram] inside his storage ring for a moment, his expression still a little strange. "This is the Sword Tomb, right?"
He rubbed his chin. "Then why the hell is there a chakram here?"
For a few breaths, Damian honestly felt confused.
This place was supposed to be filled with swords, but somehow, a Top-Rank Royal Grade chakram had appeared here.
Damian’s eyes slowly moved. "Unless..."
A thought appeared in his mind. "Maybe the Sword Tomb doesn’t only accept swords. As long as a weapon reaches at least Top-Rank Royal Grade and carries strong enough blade intent, it can be buried here too."
The more he thought about it, the more reasonable it became.
After all, chakrams, sabers, daggers, and other sharp weapons could still carry cutting intent.
Damian’s lips slowly curved. "Hehehe... good."
His mood immediately became better. "If that’s true, then my harvest won’t only be swords."
His eyes shone with shameless greed. "With this, I can gift weapons to my other harem members too, even the ones who are not sword cultivators."
Damian looked deeper into the [Core Sword Domain]. "Good place. Very good place."
A second later, he laughed softly. "This Sword Tomb... no, Blade Tomb, is becoming more and more useful."
