[VRMMO] Chaos Doctor

The mage of chains used his gravity and teleportation magic to fly as well as teleport around as the massive monstrosity with three heads on tried catching the man.

The mage unleashed his chains, darkens, gravity and even space magic, trying to wound the monster... But the monstrosity wasn’t stopping nor it was slowing down.

It was still on the rampage, trying to hunt down the mage.

(Fuck me! This is hopeless!) – thought Apple as he tried tie down Phantasia with his chains, only for the monster to soon after break free and unleash a barrage from his minigun transformed arms as well magic skills, unleashing such heavy bombardment that pretty much obliviated anything in its path.

(Yeb! I can’t win this!) – thought Apple as he used blink to barely escape the danger.

(I don’t know what divinity he has, but it doesn’t matter.)

(Without it he is already too big of a monster for me to handle.) – thought Apple as he remembered his fight with Powin.

(Still, all I have to do is hold him back!) – thought Apple as his plan was never about winning, but just holding down Phantasia in place, allowing two of his hidden comrades to break through monster blockade and enter the cave.

And while that was happening, in the real trial dungeon, a fight was happening between Maparapara and the Destruction By Duel.

*Huff* *Huff*

(Okay... I fucking expected this... But still... What the fuck?) – thought Maparapara as the battlefield was noticeable damaged by the fight.

The lava being set its sword on fire once more, before the it swung down its blade, unleashing another massive explosive blast of fire, which the slime woman had no choice but to block, resulting in the explosion of fire occurring, which then covered up the entire area with a smoke.

The creature once again rushed towards Maparapara... Before then suddenly stopping.

"Tch." – and that was a right decision, as the slime woman was ready to counter attack.

(This guy... He learned that I have a lot of counters.) – thought Maparapara as the smoke around her dispersed.)

(Ah... What the pain in the ass.) – thought Maparapara as the boss monster ran at the woman, before then suddenly leaping to the side and then starting to run around the slime, circling her around.

"..."

(He is looking for my blind spot.) – thought Maparapara as she nervously stayed still, waiting for the enemy to make the move.

And the lava creature in did made its first move, it rushed at Maparapara.

The slime instantly countered with her massive spiked shield, instantly cutting off the path for the creature.

However, the lava monster straight unleashed the explosion from its feet, launching itself upwards, flying over the shield and going straight for the slime.

"!?"

"WAIT-" – Before the slime could finish speaking, the warrior swung its blade and slashed Maparapara cross her entire chest, dealing a critical damage to her.

"[SPIKE COUNTER]!" – however, after getting slashed like that, Maparapara countered by firing off a spikes from her body that deals damage to everybody around her based on the damage she just took.

The strike managed to hit the boss monster... However, it was ready for the counter as it instantly backed away in order to avoid the fallow up attack.

"You little fucking running rat!" – shouted pissed off Maparapara.

(Fuck me! This isn’t good!) – thought Maparapara.

(If I wasn’t a tank, I would had already died some time ago.)

(But still, this isn’t good!) – thought Maparapara as she unleashed her blood magic to try and annoy the enemy, before then using her massive shields to try and sandwich the enemy.

But the enemy wasn’t allowing itself to counter as it was backing away whenever it sense the danger, before then launching his counter attacking.

The enemy had 3 noticeable attacks.

The long-range bomb slash attack – A long range attacks that deals AOE damage and covers up the area in smoke afterwords.

The basic attack – A normal attack which posses both speed and power.

And the third attack.

A mid-range attack that causes the lava blade to open up and extend, making the blade act like pseudo whip in order to extend the attack range.

(That whip sword attack is annoying, as not only it increase the range, but it also makes the attacks far more powerful.) – thought Maparapara as she was in close combat with the lava creature, exchanging blows left and right as both sides were taking noticeable amount of damage.

(But it has downsides.)

(It is noticeable slower and it need to first transform the blade before it can unleash the whip.) - thought Maparapara as she tried crushing the boss monster with her shields once again, but the creature once again leaped out of the way and quickly countered with explosive slash at close range, blowing up the slime and covering her vision once again with a smoke.

However, in the smoke she saw a flash of light, which instantly put her on the high alarm as used [Shield Art: Wall Block], using her shield as a massive burning slash came her way and smashed into her shield, which ended up unleashing a powerful impact.

(The whip isn’t really dangerous for me! But the problem are these basic attacks!) – thought Maparapara as the lava creature quickly rushed in and slashed the slime, before then quickly getting away as the smoke clearly cleared up.

(Out of everything that guy has, his basic attacks are the most dangerous thing are I need to look out for.)

(True. I’m tank. And a shield wielder at that.)

(I have many defense oriented and counter attack type skills, but I’ve already used up a good number of them.)

(All because of that stupid 100% increase in damage taken.)

(Not only that, this guys isn’t some stupid beasts... He learns how I fight and makes a counter moves and what not.) – thought Maparapara as she swung around her shields again and again, trying to smash the lava creature, but each time she tried to land a hit, the creature just backed away, resulting in not hits being hit even once in the rampaging barrage.

"!?" – however, before the creature realized, it was already backed up against the wall.

(BUT YOU AIN’T THE ONLY ONE LEARNIG HERE!) – thought Maparapara as she then unleashed [Bison Art: Overwhelming Charge].

Maparapara wasn’t going to let the boss monster to get away, as she unleashed a short range charged skill which covered the entire area, making sure that the creature couldn’t escape in any directions.

Obviously, the best way to dodge it would be to go backwards... But there was a wall.

Which resulted in one thing.

The boss monster getting splattered.

As the metallic wall bended from the strike, so does the rock armor that covered the lava monster’s body ended up shattering somewhat.

"[Shield Art: Shield Bash]! [Cruel Shield: Offensive Defense]! [Bison Art: Weapon Charge]!" – Maparapara wasn’t letting the momentum die down as she started unleashing one after another her attacks with shields, aiming to overwhelm the boss monster and don’t even give it a time to use its agility to get away.

And it was working.

Again, and again her spiked shield smashed the boss monster as soon as it tried moving, crushing the creature and bending the metallic wall behind its further.

(DON’T STOP! KEEP HITTING THE FUCKER!) – thought Maparapara as in desperation she was unleashing more of her offensive skills, trying not give the lava monster a chance to escape or even counter attack.

(FINISHER!) – thought Maparapara as she aimed to finish off the boss monster.... But-

"!?" – a sudden eruption of the purple fire pushed away the massive slime.

The erupting fire didn’t really damaged Maparapara at all... However-

It did pushed her some distance away from the boss monster.

"..."

"Oh... Fuck." – said Maparapara as she lava monster jumped out from the bend in wall.

But something was different out of it.

The rock armor which covered the entre surface of the Destruction By Duel... It was gone.

Now, its pure purple lava body was visible, with nothing covering it.

"Fuck." – said Maparapara as the creature leaked out lava from its palm, which then transformed and hardened, turning into the second sword, which the boss monster instantly equipment.

(The others didn’t freaking had it... But that guy does?!) – thought alarmed slime.

(The second stage!) – thought Maparapara as the boss monster launched itself towards Maparapara.

"?!" – the slime girl raised up her shield, blocking the two swords.

(SHIT! HE IS WAY FASTER!) – thought Maparapara as she tried unleashing a counter with her spiked shield, but the boss monster against showed its agility as it dodged the attack.

However, this time it was able to get much closer with its dodge, before then swinging around both of its blades and slashing the slime, before then getting away.

"!?" – Maparapara panicked and countered with her shields, forcing the boss monster to back away.... However, she realized she is in trouble.

Why?

Because the second sword has the same amount of attack power as the previous one.

And not only that, but that transformation not only caused the monster to have its speed increased, but also have its attack power increased.

The current attack power of the boss monster increased by 200%, making it 300% of its original attack.

And there was another problem.

The 100% increase in damage received.

Meaning that this 300% of damage will end up getting doubled... Turning the 300% into 600%

"...Oh boy... That is fucking nasty." – said Maparapara.
