Zero no ambassador: my harem

Zero Demon Envoy's My Harem Chapter 62.

Hao Tian was also slowly laughing.

Louise's three girls looked puzzled.

The Duchess was nonchalantly sipping her tea.

"Father-sama, Hao Tian, what are you?" Louise asked.

"It's nothing, Louise, I'll take this son-in-law." The Duke laughed and patted Hao Tian on the shoulder.

"Ah, what are you talking about, Father-sama." Louise blushed.

"That's wonderful, Louise." Hao Tian smiled.

Eleanor and Katria looked at Louise's sweet and shy face with some envy.

"Tell the kitchen to cook a good and sumptuous meal, I still have to rush back to the capital tonight."

"Got it, Father-sama." Eleanor echoed.

A family of five plus Hao Tian had a good meal in the evening, and Hao Tian took the opportunity to offer to return to the king's capital with the duke. The purpose of returning with Louise had been achieved, and there was no point in staying a few more days.

The Duke nodded and told the steward to prepare two more steeds.

After dinner, the Duke, Hao Tian, and Louise said goodbye to the other three.

Riding on the horses, the three of them quickly headed to the King's house.

At night, the three of them arrived at the Magic Academy, leaving Louise at the Academy. The Duke and Hao Tian make their way to the King's Capital.

Along the way, the Duke advised Hao Tian a lot, and many of their ideas coincided with each other, which made the Duke very satisfied, and Hao Tian was also a bit more favorable to his future father-in-law.

Dismounting outside the palace, the Duke said to the guards, "I'm Valier, here for the military meeting."

"Ha, yes, Duke, please come in."

Hoshi was about to follow him in, but the guard stopped him.

"Captain, we didn't get permission to let you in. Shall we inform the inside first?"

"He was brought here by me, to observe the meeting." The Duke said quietly.

"Yes, understood. Captain, please." The soldier made way.

Hao Tian followed the Duke into the palace.

In the past, he always met Anrietta in the side hall, but this time, following the Duke, Hao Tian walked into the main hall.

The candlelight was bright, and some people in the main palace looked sparse and sniffy.

"Ah, Hao Tian." Standing next to the throne was Anrietta.

"It's Duke Valier, hard work."

In the hall were the President of the Supreme Court, the Secretary of State Cardinal, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Army Marshal Grammont, the President of the Academy of Magic Osman, and so on. They were the ones who would decide Torristine's fate.

"You are, that Griffon, and this is not the place for you to be. Get out." The Court President spoke harshly.

Hao Tian does not respond.

"He was brought here by me to sit in on this meeting. You have a problem with that? Hmm." Duke Valliere looked at him coldly.

"That is not in order. This meeting is of great importance, and it is important to prevent any leaks from the gallery." The Minister of Foreign Affairs.

"You say that, Hoshi is from my magic academy and he has always been loyal to Torristine." Othman spoke up.

"I trust Hao Tian, let him stay." Anrietta spoke up.

Several ministers exchanged glances, "Alright, you stay right behind Duke Valier and don't say anything."

Hao Tian smirked without responding and stood behind Duke Valier.

On one side of the Duke was Marshal Gramont, Osman.

On the other side were the President of the Court, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Commerce, and the Secretary of State Cardinal.

"Well, now that everyone is here, regarding the Albion Republic's declaration of war against Torristine." Anrietta spoke up.

"Wait, Princess, Albion is only asking for the return of the Crown Prince of Verus. There was no declaration of war, and I, Torristine, should avoid unnecessary war." The Minister of Foreign Affairs interrupted.

"Oh Princess, wars cost money, and the treasury has no money." The Minister of Commerce blandly stated.

"You, you." Anrietta was trembling with anger.

Hoshi saw it and resented the men.

"Wyrus is not in Torristine, and this is just an excuse for the Albion rebels to go to war." Valier spoke up.

The Secretary of State several people looked over, how did Duke Valier, who had been silent and watching the show a few days ago, speak up?

"To Albion's provocations, Torristine should respond firmly and harshly. If he wants to fight, I will fight." Valier chimed in.

"Well said, what's wrong with a war. It's been a long time since Torristine has been at war, and the other countries still treat Torristine as a soft target who would dare to take a couple of bites." Gramont shouted, "As I see it, we must hit hard. Beat Albion painfully, and also show Galmania, Romania, and Gallia that Torristine is not to be messed with."

"What do you know about politics, an Outer Seal Lord and a soldier. Just send out Verus and the Republic of Albion will have good relations with Torristine, maybe even an alliance, then you won't have to worry about threats from other countries." The Secretary of State spoke up, "Shouldn't the peace of Torristine be what you seek, Princess?"

"I, it's not like that." Anrietta shook her head.

"Heh heh heh, Secretary of State have you ever seen a wolf and a rabbit coexist peacefully? The Republic of Albion is the wolf, and he's treating Torristine like a rabbit and wants to take a big bite out of it." Osman squinted and smirked.

"Think about it Princess, if you decide to go to war, the dead soldiers are my Torristine citizens." The Secretary of State's eyes were staring straight at Anrietta, and it was oppressive.

"Me, me?" Anrietta was at a loss for words.

"There's no need to hesitate, we'll fight when it's time to fight. Please make up your mind, Princess Anrietta." Valliere said.

"Princess, I, Gramont, am willing to lead the troops out, so you give the order."

"Your Highness just trust your feelings to make the decision." Othman.

"No, we can't start a war, Princess." "Just hand over that Wyrus, we don't need a war." "Please think twice about it, Princess." The Minister of Foreign Affairs and others.

Anrietta didn't know what to do amidst the voices of the two factions.

Hao Tian, Hao Tian, she looked to Hao Tian behind Valiere like help.

Hao Tian gave her a gentle smile, lips opening and closing.

"It's okay, I'm here."
